Got food quick, but the Pad Thia was not good! That could very well be just me and not any reflection of them. Good prices

Food was fantastic, hot and spicy! Service was friendly and answered my questions and offered suggestions for my order. Overpriced IZZE, but didn’t want an overpriced soda either. Great location and decor. Been to other Noodles & Co. but this one is really nice.

Absolutely delicious! They allowed us to try a sauce before buying. I am glad they did because it was quite spicy for me. I had a pesto dish and it was delish. All 3 of us liked our choice of noodles. I will definitely be coming here again when in the Peoria area.

The food was great, and the staff was friendly. They made you feel welcome. The food time was quick but not rushed, a job well done! It was tender yet flavor-packed. Would eat there again.

Workers are miserable. I felt bad for them, truly. The guy taking my order did not want to be there and that was clear. He was nice towards the end. Wait was 20 min for the tortellini garlic dish which was not good. The zucchini wasn’t cooked at all. Expensive for 6 tortellini noodles. Would not recommend. Rice Krispy absolutely flavorless.

A friend of mine spotted this place and knew we had to try it. I was prepared to either get a salad since I'm doing keto or just have a cheat meal. We approached the counter and someone was ready to take the order, everyone seemed to really enjoy working there, makes for a great atmosphere. The menu consists of different pasta dishes. They were all very pleasant and helpful. They have your Italian, but also Asian and there's also mac n cheese. I noticed Zoodles on the menu!! I think my friend was more excited for me that I don't have to get a salad again. He got the pad thai which he said was amazing. I added parmesan encrusted chicken to my creamy garlic sauced zoodles. They also have rewards, having a birthday gives a free entee, after your first visit. I will definitely return many more times. Excellent service, excellent food, clean and comfortable atmosphere. Way to go.

The first time I got food there it fantastic. I ordered the spicy Korean. I substituted the zucchini noodles and tofu. The second and last time I went in I ordered the same thing. Only this time the noodles were so overcookedthey were mushy and not even green anymore. Everything was swimming in the sauce like a soup. Plus, there were literally only 5 pieces of tofu in there. It was so gross I couldn't even finish the mush. For $14, I was very disappointed, to say the least . Overcooked vegetables are my pet peeve and if I want soup, I will order soup!

Everything was great but what made it awesome was Mike. He helped us with customizing our order, brought our food to us, cleaned up our table, and had great conversation. He was so polite and personable. He truly made it a wonderful dining experience.

There was one worker at Noodles & Company that was working his butt off, but we had to wait on another guy to take our order after being outside and just didn’t seem like he was too happy to be there. The food was still good and we wished the one guy working the floor and cleaning had more praise.

Ordered delivery online. They charged a delivery fee and a service fee, yet they sourced it through doordash and kept over 10 dollars and didn't even send my overpriced drink.

Maybe if I was 12. I really don't get the appeal of this place to adults. I had the Japanese Pan Noodles with Marinated Steak. Very similar in flavor to a fozen noodle dinner (can't recall the brand, but nothing bottom barrel or anything) I had a while back. #2 in my party had the noodles & butter with garlic chicken... I just don't understand. Just my opinion... I am by no means an food expert.

Ordered a carryout order 10/21, with a time of 525. We arrived early, and the food was not ready, which is totally fine. 540 rolls around, food is still not done. Mentioned it to a worker who said they would get right on it, and someone else must've grabbed it. 555 rolls around, still no food. Asked to speak with a manager, she was very kind and advised she'd give me a refund and have my food right out. 605 we finally got our food, and still have not recieved a refund, which is no biggie but the lack of follow through was completely disappointing.

They seemed short staffed. The dining room was only half full, yet the trash was overflowing, all the tables were dirty, and the drink station was was missing supplies. It took a long time to get our food and when we finally did it was almost cold. The staff was nice, but the service was poor. This is not the first time we have had poor service at this location and will avoid in future.

I have no idea why I keep ordering food here considering I got my SEVENTH wrong order in a row tonight over a span of 3 months. Not sure what is happening here lately but considering all the ingredients of your order are listed on the receipt taped to the bag you’d think it would be a little easier to get the order correct. Quality of the food has gone way downhill as well. Shown below is my “leanguini fresca” which features charred noodles and NONE of the included vegetables. Won’t spend another dollar here.

This used to be a good one. They used to have happy and helpful staff. Now they won't even bring out your curbside delivery. Tipped them in advance then they act huffy when I did their job for them. Really miss their old crew.

I enjoy the menu here, service was quick and professional. Ordered a normal size zucchini noodle bowl with double chicken and it rang up as $18.xx so not exactly inexpensive depending on your budget, but it was tasty.

When we come to Noodles & Company, we always order curbside pickup. Every single time I have ordered from the East Peoria location, we have had to go in and get the food ourselves, I also tip beforehand. My fiancé waited inside for over 10 minutes today while none of the employees asked him what he needed and finally when they did, the order had been sitting out, ready the entire time. The receipt was not facing out or in view. You shouldn’t offer curbside pickup if employees will not actually do it.

Table number 7 was finally clean. My order was missing an item. When I mentioned the tables need wiped I was informed they had been swamped. At least 8 people I could see working. Including me 7 people ordered. Still no one has cleaned the tables. I see dried food and smears on the tables. My husband received his order and was also missing an item. He went to get it. The same girl who gave me mine looked at him and said well it is on the table. That was my rice ceispie square. She acted like we were trying to steal a $3 rice Kristie square. I asked for a manager. He said he would speak with her. People wonder why no one is going to restaurants. This is why extreme poor service by extremely rude employees. Extremely disappointed. Used to come here all the time. It will be awhile before we return to this store.

This was maybe the worst alfredo sauce I have ever had. The three cheese tortellini and the chicken are the only reason they are getting 2 stars. The alfredo sauce was NOTHING and I mean nothing but separated oil. There is just a complete layer of some sort of oil. The sauce is completely split.
