    The service at this Dunkin Donuts is absolutely appalling. Every time I go there the staff just seems miserable at their jobs! I never get what I ordered, which I order the same thing every so many days. Double toasted avocado toast with tomatoes! Not that hard. Every time it is never double toasted and today the tomatoes were frozen. So awful with quality control!!! Last week I ordered an iced coffee and the employee dumped it on me handing it to me and never apologized . Just threw some cheap napkins at me. I have heard these complaints from a lot of friends. Everyone’s response is this is why we go to Starbucks. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review!!!

    Okay. I've been a long time customer to this particular establishment. They've always been hit or miss but the last couple months have been abysmal. Half a dozen of my stops I've been waiting for well over 10 minutes. One time I actually timed everything. There was one car ahead of me. 3 minutes until that car pulled forward from the order board. 3 minutes until someone took my order or even acknowledged i was there. 10 minutes before the car ahead of me got their order. And 3 minutes to recieve my correct order because they gave me the the wrong thing the first time. I went there just now and all I ordered was a black coffee. I paid for it and then sat there for 7 minutes and nobody was in sight. I just left. I don't even care about the money. I've had enough. This establishment may as well close. I don't know if it's the management, the help or both. Some workers are very nice and to them i say get out of there. The others act like they don't even want to be there which I'm sure they don't but can you just pretend like you're providing adequate customer service? I'm sure it's stressful but this kind of service is ridiculous.

    Nothing worse than having to listen to a worker bash every single person who had the audacity to order anything today. She muted her mic and said something bad about every single order for over 10 minutes. Didn't even try to keep her voice down. You know who you are. Some boomer who hates her job.

    10 AM order. The picture on the order wall showed the sourdough breakfast sandwich to be toasted. It was not. It was wet and cold. 2 eggs with the sandwich and one was very cold. The hash brown were over cooked and blackened. Finally, the donuts were stale. Overall, I would not recommend and will not return. In fact, I will email corporate and ask for my money back! Sad for a US breakfast staple.

    Generally, I've stopped going to this location because it cannot manage it's volume so you wait a long time for stuff that is slopped together. Don't use the walk in option through the app because the door will likely be locked when you arrive. It would be nice if they would update the app to the options available or staff appropriately. Today, I order a half dozen donuts for walk in and had to wait in the drive through for over 30 minutes. Updated 5/11/23 Much better staffed. Still a long wait and a lot of traffic. My hot coffee sat for a long time while the rest of my order was prepared.

    Many times I have waited in tbr drive thru for 5-10 minutes even though I am the only customer. Coffee is good, but the service here is the worst. If you're able to Ottawa is much better than this one.

    Alright so my favorite drink from Dunkin is a frozen coffee. I’ve ordered it several times in the past. The past 3 times I’ve ordered one I have received a frozen chocolate, I asked for a pumpkin spice frozen coffee. Somehow wound up with a frozen chocolate. Second time, they gave me something that was not frozen, tasted like pure syrup, it was literally not edible. Threw it away. Today, I ordered a “large vanilla frozen coffee.” What I received was a vanilla bean coolata. Frozen coffees, frozen chocolates, and coolatas are 3 different menu items. Like a latte, cappuccino, and macchiato are all different things. Please train your employees on your menu items because they seem to just be making whatever they want.

    Visited near twelve, it was not full. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here and plan to keep coming back. The place has a nice atmosphere. Makes me feel like I am back in Sacramento.

    I had a order for door dash, I was standing in front of the order I was waiting to pick up for 5 min while they were just standing there talking the entire time, and they not only saw me but kept glancing at me during there conversation

    Ordered online. Got notice order is ready. Drive to store and was told "we don't have any online orders'. 20 minutes later after arguing with 4 people and shoeing my phone receipt, I finally got my order. Horrible experience. It was an employee's birthday and I obviously interrupted the party. Sickening

    Ordered the sugar cookie cold brew. Expected to get it right??? Nothing other then iced coffee with cream and sugar. I don't mind waiting for what you order, the employees need to provide it. Just do your job!!! And as I was waiting, the employee refilling the donuts was eating one. Wait till your break.

    Today, business that provide excellent customer service and community inclusiveness are hard to find. Here is one needle in the haystack. Excellent Management and ownership!! The store manager went above and beyond to accommodate a request. They deserve your business. Thank you Peru, IL Dunkin Donuts for providing donuts to our business event! The donut assortment was great and the donuts and coffee were deliciously fresh!

    i ordered a hot coffee and they gave me an iced so i asked to get it fixed and they poured out all the ice and put the rest of the coffee into a hot cup. i’ve ordered this drink enough to know that it should be hot to the touch not cold. i then went inside to ask for them to just make it fresh and they refused. i will never be going back here again. here is a photo of the sticker they peeling off the iced drink and just put on this cup.

    First time at Dunkin. Customer service left much to be desired and I waited 20 mins in the drive-thru. I thought, "okay, I work in fast food, I understand," but when I got to the window the employees seemed oblivious to the 10+ cars in the drive-thru. They were meandering around and operating incredibly slowly for no reason. When I got to the window, I was given a total even though I paid already through the app. I politely told them I ordered online and they fetched my coffee but forgot my donuts. When I mentioned this they apologized and told me they were out of one of the donuts I ordered. I told them it was fine and requested another one. When they gave me my donuts, my boston creme was upside down and almost all of the chocolate topping stuck to the bag. I was told nothing other than "there ya go" so I pulled off and one of the employees said something along the lines of: "wait did I- oh whatever." The pros? The coffee is incredibly affordable and doesn't taste that amazing (but it's still good) so I'm not tempted to drink it all in one sitting. I'm not complaining. Coffee is coffee. The donuts tasted pretty good too. The cons, though? Everything else. Coffee may be coffee, but as a customer service employee myself, I observed very little effort from the employees I saw. I'm a patient man but with the way I experienced Dunkin for the first time, I'd rather pay the extra $3 for Starbucks.

    i love dunkin and it will always be my favorite but i’ve been waiting in line for at least 30 minutes to an hour. i understand times are getting hard but seriously? i saw a guy order his drink and leave the line because his order was taking too long.

    I understand times are tough and the lines were long. My husband ane I sat in line for over 30 minutes, got to the window after ordering, the inside looked absolutely horrid. Coffee grounds sitting on the counter, empty cups all over, garbage can sitting infront of the donuts, one employee touched it before grabbing donuts for another customer behind us. No one was wearing a uniform, name tag, gloves, or masks. On top of it all, our drinks were the worst. Never going back.

    Went to the drive they took our order then cut us off halfway through our order. Went through the drive-thru window they said they wouldn't take our order because we are walk-ups. What is this world coming to. The place was closed that's why we walked up through the drive-thru.

    Donuts are always stale. Don’t have a lot of options. Last 2 times I went there the donuts taste like it’s been made 2 days ago. Very disappointing. Go to a different store if you are craving for donuts.

    Took 10 mins to get the register to work but didn't acknowledge I was standing there waiting. Manager walks up angry to fix it and never acknowledges me. Then charged me 15% more than the menu price. The person running the register simply states the prices are going up and that he is new. They didn't even have the lights on in the restaurant at 7 in the morning.

    We just walked in and there was a few people sitting at the table with their drinks and no onebehind the counter. We waited for about 7 minutes and no one showed up so we left, as we go around the back on the building towarfs the exit we see 3 young ones with drive through headsets hanging out. This franchise owner better get it together.

    Drive thru isn’t much worse than other locations. Inside is unwelcoming to say the least, dirty looks from the workers for bringing your business there. And don’t bother to order ahead, they won’t even look at the order until you go in and ask them to. “Sorry for the wait” or at least “have a good day” are standard practice for any food chain, but don’t expect as much here.

    Sometimes you can get a sweet person and they will make the best coffee, but then you get the one girl and her attitude is salty, her service skills stink, and her coffee is horrible. Your known for your workers. Have a terrible worker, you end up with terrible reviews. But I'm giving 3 stars because they aren't all that bad. Just the girl I seem to always get, so I've started going to Starbucks.

    Teens working legit walked away when I walked up to the counter. Sitter there and waited for 5 mins, no one ever showed up to take my order. Drove around back and all the staff was hanging out behind the building!🤦🏾‍♀️

    Upon entering, the folks leaving described this as a "$hit show". Place was dirty, wrappers and napkins on the floor so I completely agree. Ordered coffee and breakfast for two, total around $20. Went to pay with a $50 dollar bill - nope, they dont accept anything over $20. Go somewhere, anywhere, else...

    If I could give this Dunkin no stars I would. They rarely ever get my order correct. They never have a good selection of donuts, even in the morning and basically none during the day. They also are always out of the breakfast items (mostly the hash browns).

    My boyfriend and I went to this one time... and we won’t be back. We were in the drive thru and we asked her to just give us one minute to look at the menu... apparently she forgot to turn off her mic and we could clearly hear her in an annoyed tone and say “oh my god are you serious.” We both looked at each other just to make sure we heard the same thing. I get that it’s busy, but seriously, that was unnecessary.

    I’m not usually a harsh critic but this location is absolutely terrible. Poorly managed, your chances of pulling up and the store being closed because someone called off are pretty good. Product quality, consistency and customer service suffer because of the high turnover.

    It was terrible. The guy talking in the drive threw was not very personable. The worst part is our coffee. Tasted like the tar scrapped off the bottom of the coffee pot!.. we couldn't drink it. So... never again!

    Waited in line for 20 minutes-finally got to order and they have a small sign saying they are out of donuts-I know they sell other stuff -but put that sign out in front- they think people are waiting because they are worth the wait- they need some competition to make them raise their game. I'll never wait there again- time I'll never get back

    They really need to get on the ball. Since there last manager left it has really gone down hill w getting my daily orders correct. Also whoever does the orders is always running out of the product before the truck comes in. Workers are friendly but quality of purchases / flavor are just as important.

    Don't like the Dunkin in Peru, IL. They lock the lobby because nobody wants to run the register. They sit and talk to people at the drive thru window and hold up the line.
