Most inconvenient place to live and the office lies through their teeth. I can start with the day my ex and I moved in. We were told there would be plenty of parking after asking since we had troubles with parking before. The parking is little to none. Unless you expect to have no visitors and live with a single car, this is not the place for you. Had trouble with the laundry room door and had to have a tech come out four different times just for the doors to slightly work after falling on me one of the times. Had the tub spout come off while in use and had to have that fixed. Have had times where hot tub was unusable due to other residents bringing baby’s in and leaving diapers around it. When that happened the hot tub was dirty for a couple days before they thought to clean it. Pool area has also been closed majority of the time for “cleaning purposes”. Have had plenty of gate issues. From gate clickers not working to gate being left open until replacement because of damage due to an other resident. A lot of other residents think it’s okay to leave their dogs off of the leash while I have a naturally pet aggressive dog. The leash problem has never stopped. Was told the volleyball court was going to be converted to a dog park. That was a year ago and there is still no dog park and the volleyball court is still in disrepair. Online payments don’t work whatsoever so must bring in checks. Was told that keys could be returned on Monday (move out day was Saturday before office was closed on Sunday). Office then proceeded to say that we must pay for the extra days that were given after the fact. Can’t opt out of special garbage collection service. Garbage collection service takes your trash from your door step down to the dumpster and rarely showed up. Overall it’s been a terrible experience.

Do not live here. I can't remember a time where I have written a review (good or bad), but I would love to save someone a year's worth of issues. We have had constant issues with our apartment since the moment we moved in. The day we moved in they didn't have the garage door opener "ready", and they gave us the wrong keys to our apartment. Additionally, there was a leak under the bathroom sink the day we moved in. We have had countless issues including; the AC not working, garbage disposal not working, no hot water in the washing machine, a leak from another apartment into our closet floors, our mailbox was broken for weeks (at time of move-in) and people stole our mail. Not to mention they told us when we moved in the gym would be done in 2-3 months. It is now 6 months later and not only is the gym still closed, the pool is now closed. So we are paying money every month for no amenities. Additionally, not only has there been car break-in's, there was a suspicious man walking into our garage (not seeing my boyfriend from behind our truck) claiming he "accidentally walked into the wrong garage", but heard from a neighbor this is a common occurrence with people looking to steal. We moved into this property because we lived at a previous Cortland property that was amazing, with no issues. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about this one.

This was a great complex at one time but over the last 2 years it’s really disappointed. I was out of town and couldn’t get in to sign my 60 day move out notice but I verbally notified them. When I came into the office to sign it, I was told I was being charged a $2,900 fee for not signing the paper prior to 60 days of my move out. I was never notified which they claim they gave me a paper at my door. My unit has mold in the bathroom which has not been handled. I made a payment which I entered in the 3rd and was given a late fee of $300. They scam people out of money and do not properly accommodate anyone. The pool is always closed for maintenance and 3 of my neighbors had their car stolen from their reserved parking spots. The internet they force you to use is always going out without notice or proper communication from the office. I’m very hurt by the disrespect from this property. I have neighbors that has some similar issues which I will push them to share their stories so others can be fairly warned and not scammed.

My name is Alexandra & I just renewed my lease. This is my 2nd year living here I haven’t had any issues maintenance is great the staff is so helpful & quick to respond. The up keep of the area is great. It not loud my children and I enjoy the complex very well. The price of the apartment is very affordable especially for a 3 bedroom.

From the first day we moved in, the leasing office has been extremely helpful and friendly. We had an issue at first with a car parking in our reserved spot when we first moved in and the ladies in the office were on it and had the issue resolved right away. Any maintenance requests we’ve had have been quickly resolved and haven’t been an issue. The pool was also remodeled shortly before we moved and I will say that has been one of my favorite amenities at this complex. The grills are also often upkept and the complex always looks great! Added bonus, also have occasional food trucks and fun events frequently, which I’m a huge fan of. The only con at first was limited parking but they are now adding more parking which is great. Would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new apartment.

Just renewed my lease for another year! Beautiful property & amenities. Central location to everything and very helpful staff! Briseida helped me complete my lease transfer and made the experience super quick and easy! Very efficient and attentive maintenance manager in Luis! No regrets 🙌🏽

Took a tour of these apartments and I was amazed at how clean and beautiful everything was. The pool is large with a nice water feature. I really liked the gym which had more than the normal apartment complex equipment. The large dog park is also a major plus! I definitely would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

I love my apartment and I love all the staff. Everyone has been so helpful. This is my first apartment on my own and they have been there to answer any questions. Also the maintenance team is phenomenal as well. Every time I put in a ticket for anything they come out the same day no later than the next day. Very respectful and give good tips for a first time renter. Thank you guys for being the best!

Cortland at Raven is a awesome place to live. I came in to tour today and the leasing staff Jovahnai helped me out tremendously with all the questions I have. Very friendly and inviting. I can't wait to move in !!!

We have been living here for almost 6 months. Apartments are remodeled and the complex is very nicely kept. Staff is responsive and maintained is prompt. They bring food trucks and do events for the residents which is a plus. We have enjoyed out stay here at Cortland.

Briseida Manzo from courtland at the raven is amazing . Every time I’ve. Wedded assistant with anything she’s been there . Her customer service is outstanding. In addition, I had a chance to meet the new property manager Micheal and he’s amazing as well. Miss Wanda the head boss lady who I met for the first time greeted me with such kindness. After four years at this property. I know it will be 5.

I just moved in recently and so far so good! Briseida gave me a great tour of the community and made the move-in process easy. Everybody in the office has been so friendly and welcoming. My maintenance request was taken care of promptly.

I strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean and respectful environment. I’ve been a resident going on 4 years. The maintenance staff is always quick to any orders and the staff is always very welcoming specifically Bresida. I’m very satisfied with her professional correspondence in any questions or inquiries I have!

I just moved in a little over a week ago and the staff has been amazingly helpful and accommodating. From start to finish, Briseida has been a huge help and made the application and move in process very easy for me. Maintenance is also very friendly and helpful (Shout out to Andres for all of his hard work!) I love the valet service the community provides that comes almost daily to pick up our trash and boxes right from our doorstep. The pool is beautiful, the gym is fresh and the property is very well maintained. Lovely amenities all around. This area is close to practically everything and I don't have any safety concerns either. Plus a beautiful golf course is basically right in our backyard! Cortland has truly earned every one of their 5 star reviews!

I have lived here for a year now and ever since they have been bought out by The Cortland it has only continued to go down hill. I don’t know how I pay rent here and don’t have parking at 7:30 when I get home from practice. As I came back this most recent fall I’ve been back for a month and the hot tub hasn’t been hot once. The only thing that has gone up is my rent. They got the rid of the gym and who knows when they will replace it. The staff is super friendly I will give them that it is not their fault. However, whoever is making all these decisions like painting the apartments white when they could be fixing things like not having any parking. If you don’t want any of the the so called perks of living here than you’re okay.

Living here was amazing! Very clean and friendly. My first time ever renting and Briseida really helped me out and was there for me whenever I had questions. Luis is awesome too. Only has 1 issue and it was with our AC, I did have to stay at a hotel for 1 night which they took care of but the new manager Marissa tried playing me and having me pay for the hotel first.

Cortland at Raven exudes ambiance the moment you step into the Courtyard. The grounds are meticulously kept, well lit and secure. It’s resort living at it’s finest. Marissa was so gracious and patient in responding to the many questions we had. I appreciate the team for going above and beyond to make us feel right at home!

We love this location and community. The support team here are excellent. Luis, the Director of Maintenance here, is our puppy's best friend. We have lived here for 3+ years and enjoy our updated apartment, heated pool and gorgeous new gym year round. This location is a beautiful gem. We love Courtland at the Raven apartments and know you will too.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the entire staff at Cortland at Raven. I just moved in about 2 weeks ago and everything from the tour, to the application process, to the move in was beyond exceptional. When we came to pick up our keys, a folder was given with all the information of the property and the proper contact/setup sheets for everything. They also had a little pink puppy basket filled with treats and other goodies for my little fur baby Bella. Miss Marissa the property manager is such a doll and so kind, literally love her! The maintenance team is so amazing as well. This community is not only gorgeous on the outside, but the staff is what makes it shine even more from the inside. Keep up the amazing work Raven!! I absolutely love it here!!

I'm a current resident and absolutely love living here. The property is safe and always well kept and clean. I was here during the ownership swap and couldn't be happier with the staff change. Leasing staff is amazing and go out of their way to make you happy. Recently got a new maintenance team and they are on top of everything. Thank you Sarah, Rachel and jovahnai for always being there for all my questions and concerns. Luis and Randon you guys rock coming into a property with no maintenance and completely turning things around. I plan to spend many more years here and will continue to recommend people here.

Cortland at Raven is by far the best place to live ! I was very hesitant at first to be getting an apartment after a tragedy but the friendly management made it by far the best experience. My leasing agent was Jovahnai and she made sure to follow up with me and was very patient. Thank you Cortland at Raven ! Since we’ve moved in to Cortland at Raven it has been nothing but amazing customer service with the leasing staff. The little issues we’ve had were taken care of promptly and professionally. Jovahnai is SECOND TO NONE compared to some of the other leasing agents at other properties we've toured! She made great conversation and ultimately was one of the main reasons we decided to move here and it was a decision we don't regret! Maintenance team is on point too. Keep up the good work guys!

Beautiful luxury apartment complex located near South Mountain with great views and golf courses. I’m a vendor for the property I always love visiting it’s a gorgeous property and the staff is so friendly and easy to work with. One of my favs!

We moved to Arizona from across the country & we signed a lease- site unseen! We have a 3BR/2BA on the second floor & LOVE it! We love Briseida- the leasing agent who is always so nice & a pleasure to talk to. Maintenance is usually very quick to respond to issues, & work on first come first serve basis. (which is fair) I love living in Cortland at Raven.

Cortland staff exceeds all internal requirements of what any employee should exemplify. They go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay during your duration. If we ever have an issue, they’re never hesitant to rectify it. I love the constant changes for the better as we have been here as well!

Cristal and Sara were absolutely amazing to go through the process of finding our new home with.. they went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect move in date, and the perfect apartment for the two of us. We really appreciated their friendliness and how accommodating they were for us. We’re so excited to be living at this beautiful place. Highly recommend!

Overall, not a bad place, definitely a pretty good first apartment. Everyone keeps to themselves and the amenities are overall not bad. Parking is the only issue but they are working on that and trying to improve. The people in the office do try to get in contact and work with us with anything we've needed fixed or if we've had any complaints and that has been one of the things I appreciated most.

I have been living here for 2 years and honestly I love it, the commute to everything is right where I like it. The office staff Briseida, Sara, Crystal and the maintenance are all great. If anything ever needs fixing they jump right on it. I feel they are more of a family environment here compared to Mark Taylor. The grills are nice, the pretty plants throughout the community, and the SMOKE FREE community is the best part about this place!! I honestly love it here and possibly considering a three bedroom soon!
