This property is amazing. I never write reviews, but hands down this property goes above and beyond to assist and support its residents. In addition everyone is extremely professional and attentive to both the residents and the property needs. They make sure residents enjoy their surroundings and benefit from community events. It's clear that both local and out of state tenants find this property to be the place to be.

Wow. Impressive community, informative staff. Flew in to scope the area for a potential business move. I know we'll more than likely rent first until we get a better idea of where we want to plant our flag. I was drawn to the architecture and lights when I first arrived that evening, so I knew I wanted to tour it during the day. I was greeted by a gentleman in uniform with the company logo. I can't remember his name but very welcoming and offered water or coffee while I wait. I didn't have an appointment but thankfully there wasn't a wait to tour. I noticed a lady with short blonde hair talking to a couple and I was impressed that she still acknowledge me while also saying hello to others as they walked by. I assume they lived there because she knew all of them by name! There was another woman sitting at the front desk but they didn't say much. Another gentleman came out, shook my hand, introduced himself as the manager and was very happy to welcome me. I asked a lot of questions about the apartment community and the surrounding area. I was surprise to learn he just moved to the area because he was very informative and made me feel at ease about moving. The apartment was beautiful and amenities great (the bar and heated pool especially), but its the staff that really impressed me. Its hard to find that these days. I will surely come back when I'm ready and hope the floorplan I need will be available.

I recently moved from a house to Cortland Biltmore. I had a list of apartments from my online search, and this was my first stop. I had to look no further after leasing expert Rhonda showed me the available units. She showed me the One! She provided me all the information I needed and has helped me throughout my move-in process and still does as I’m adjusting and learning about my new place. She is a pro and a sweetheart - goes above and beyond.

Very convenient location. In love with the pool area/apartment finishes and the staff is so pleasant to work with. Pet spa is a life saver!

I did a delivery here and the staff are amazing. They were very respectful which was very shocking in accordance to all the other places I've been. I can only imagine what the stay would be like. The building had the best of decor by what I have seen. It was very elegant.

I love living at the Cortland Biltmore. Of course the property is gorgeous and the amenities are great - but the best part is the staff team! They are all so warm and welcoming and friendly and positive! They take incredible care of their residents. From day one this team made me feel at home. Cortland Biltmore is a community in every sense of the word. Highly recommend!

We moved in last April it’s our first time renting in 30+ years our concerns were noise, safety, parking and cleanliness, Cortland has exceeded our expectations in these concerns. The staff here is very professional and friendly quick to answer and address all of our concerns. They stay on top of their clear written policies which in my opinion keeps this location a top choice for renters. While we have been here Cortland has done some major upgrades with little or no impact on the residents but only to enhance our experience. We use some of the amenities and they are in excellent shape.

I am going on my third year at Cortland Biltmore. The staff especially Emily Mueller have been incredible. The community is always clean and well maintained. If you ever have a request it is always accommodated or handled very quickly. If you are looking for a high end living this is place to look at for your next move.

We moved in when the property was still under construction and called The Angela. We love living at the Cortland Biltmore! We've lived in similar communities before but none have been as well-managed or well-maintained at this one. The property is beautiful and feels cozy; it's not a typical sprawling apartment complex. I's easy to get to know your neighbors, especially with having a bar in the lobby! The units are more like homes rather than apartments, with beautiful finishes and nice touches with shelving and lighting. As dog owners, we love the dog park and having the walking path around the community is really nice. When our lease recently was about to expire, we considered moving to another property, but we love it here! We know we'll be hard pressed to find another management crew (led by the amazing Emily Mueller) as wonderful as this one!

Moved to Cortland Biltmore 3 months ago. I absolutely love living here. Centrally located in the valley, near great restaurants and plenty of shopping/social activities. The community here is astounding. Everyone that I have met from the on-premises dog park to the on-premises bar has been wonderful. I have never lived at a place that has such a great sense of community. On top of that, this is the most attentive and well managed staff that I have seen at an apartment complex. Very professional, courteous and great to work with. I have recommended this place to several of my friends, and I do the same for anyone reading the reviews. Excellent place to call home.

Every time I’ve welcomed guests for the first tine to the Cortland Biltmore, they’ve said some version of “Wow! This is gorgeous!” And it is. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. But the property management team is what makes living here a luxury experience. They are engaged, responsive, nice, fun. They clearly care about the people who call the Cortland Biltmore home. As a result, that’s what it feels like: home. (A gorgeous home.)

As a former bartender of the residency I can say without a doubt that it is one of the most amazing places to live and enjoy your time. The accommodations, staff, and residents living there are fantastic. I enjoyed my months that I was there working and miss that environment so much!

While my brother was a tenant, they towed his car from the spot he was assigned. Due to the staffs incompetence, they didn’t have correct records. They acknowledged it was their fault and paid for the towing fee but refused to reimburse him for the damaged car. His car had a broken drive shaft due to the tow company. I would not recommend this apartment complex. It is a wood frame building that is poorly built. You hear the neighbors above you and to your sides. The Optima is a better option. It does not have the short term rentals that Cortland has and the build quality is better so you do not hear your neighbors. EDIT: Their response is stating that they are open to fixing this yet we have been in contact with their attorney and corporate office who has refused to work with or compensate my brother for his loss. Their response is disingenuous and deceitful in order to save face on this review forum.

The service provided would make you think I didn’t pay 2600 a month for rent. I know it’s not the frontline staff but management give them marching orders that are absolutely unfair to them and their tenants. Temporary tenants tear up the amenities on the daily and staff does little. Had an issue with maintenance and didn’t see someone for weeks. Bring your own tool bag. Best! Will not be renewing.

Fantastic place to live. The ladies at the front desk are amazing. They take care of things very quickly. The amenities are top notch and I can't say enough about the staff, they are truly fantastic and always on top of things.

Getting set up to live here has been an absolute pleasure with the help of Stephanie & Mikayla! The property itself is beautiful, and between the pool, gym, and bar there is everything you need under one roof.

When I first stumbled upon this community it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Rhonda Butler is the most thoughtful, gracious leasing consultant. She provided me with all the information that I needed and showed me around. The location is incredible!

I have lived at the Cortland Biltmore now for several months. It is my first multi-unit apartment complex I have ever lived in, was nervous, did some serious research, and I am so happy to say I succeeded in finding the perfect place. I truly love the apartment, the building, the amenities, the proximity to shopping and eateries, and what makes the residence truly phenomenal is their staff! They recently hired a new manager who I have not had the pleasure to meet yet...but Rhonda and Stephanie are a delight to know and so happy they are providing oversight for all our needs! 6 stars for staff!

Amazing experience moving in here! Mikayla was fantastic giving us a thorough tour on walk in. Mikayla, Stephanie and Rhonda were all so helpful and responsive throughout the time here. It’s a great community, I would definitely recommend!

I have been living here for a few months now and it’s been so amazing the whole time! Rhonda Butler was so great in helping us find the perfect home. As soon as we walked into the building Rhonda made us feel comfortable and at home.

I just moved to Arizona from New Mexico, and living at the Cortland Biltmore has been a dream. The leasing team Stephanie and Nathan have been wonderful in the entire process. I feel like I am living at a luxury hotel, having a bar in the lobby and the amenities that you find at high-end hotels you can't beat! I am happy to call this place home!

Great central location for the city, high quality building and amenities, awesome community vibes, and last but not least, Stephanie and the management team are the best in the business hands down. The amenities here are good and I especially love the bar! Aracely and the rest of the staff were all very kind and helpful. Aracely was the one that toured me, she gave me a lot of useful advice and taught me some things to rent my own apartment! I can’t really afford to live here but this place is worth the price. The apartments are spacious and the place is just beautiful!

This apartment complex is pristine. It has everything you could ever want in an apartment complex - gym, coffee bar, pool, jacuzzi, prime Biltmore location, plus a hotel style bar! The community staff Stephanie, Rhonda, Anthony, and Aracely were all so friendly and welcoming, and helped me find the perfect apartment. I’m lucky to be able to call this place my home!

Love, love, love The Angela! The apartment unit is beautiful, with very nice finishes, high ceilings, top notch appliances (Including integrated Sonos speakers) and awesome views. The space on the unit is very well thought out, no wasted space. The amenities are awesome, many different options of things to use/do; spacious and well kept! The staff is so great, they are very responsive and willing to assist in anything. The move in/application process was a breeze. The community feels very safe and welcoming! Details are everything in this place, from the apartment unit, common spaces, elevators and hallways! Love it!

The property is one of the most beautiful in Phoenix. The hallways smell like a hotel and the pool looks like it’s from a resort! We also have the best community living with a private bar located in the building!

I cannot say enough about my experience living here and how positive it has been. The entire staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and like a part of their family. Jamiah and Stephanie just to make a couple have made me feel welcome from day 1. The building itself is beautiful, the apartments are gorgeous and the location is AMAZING. I can get to anything I need in the Valley within minutes and there is so much within walking distance. The other thing that I would add is the amazing residents. There is a community bar that makes it easy to meet new people and everyone is so nice. And there are people from all walks of life which is great so it’s not full of just one demographic. Do yourself a favor and move here. You won’t regret it.

Firstly I just want to say that I love staying here. It’s one of the most beautiful complexes I’ve stayed in. The team is so friendly and efficient when I need things done. I’ve seen a new face around lately and every time I see her there is a welcoming smile on her face. I believe her name was Rhonda! But she was very sweet and had no problem helping me figure some things out about my unit. I hope she stays around for some time :)
