I want to say it’s smaller? But might just be the ceiling being slightly lower. Most equipment are new, and the facility is clean and new of course. Bench equipment number went from 3 to 5. So that’s a great upgrade for me. I’m here on a Sunday afternoon, Not many people.

This location has had some pretty rude staff over the years. Today the lady behind the desk rung the lunk alarm at least 9-10 times in an hour. There were 10-15 people working out and she was ringing it at the natural sound of people setting down weights. Metal on metal is going to make a slight “tink” noise. At multiple points she rang the alarm for extended periods of time in an almost silent gym. If this is supposed to be a judgement free zone, all she did was judge and make people self conscious about working out. The mens bathroom also had no soap in any of the 3 soap dispensers. Multiple machines have torn up seat covers, the smith machines and dumbbells have tons of dead skin on them, the parking lot is littered with pot holes big enough to damage your car. This location does not live up to the standard of the Planet Fitness and is anything but a judgement free zone.

This location is very unprofessional, one day I called to ask an important question and the manager answered the phone laughing and horse playing with another employee that was in the background I confronted her about her unprofessional conduct and told her it was very poor for business. I came back to work out after upgrading my membership over a month ago, now they want to stop me and start harassing me about signing documents I should’ve been signed over a month ago when I upgraded, you mean to tell me a whole month has passed, I work out 2-4 times a week an no one said anything? Now I’m a target? Again no training or knowledge of the job they just stand behind the counter doing nothing and getting paid. Then, I’m working out one of the employees with orange dreadlocks yelled at me across the gym, I was trying to work out and she kept interrupting me and harassing me because she was so mad that I addressed the unprofessional and lack of knowledge of the staff, as I’m working out she comes up to me and says my manager is going to call you, you’re going to be restricted from working out here. Wow, Ok thanks for the information hun but I’m trying to work out I didn’t come in here for the drama or harassment I didn’t sign up for that, then I tried to be respectful and she got really out of control. This is very sad. The management are doing a very poor job during the hiring process. Paying customers should never have to deal with this kind of conduct without the customer there is no business. Very sad and embarrassing.

I absolutely LOVE the fact this Planet Fitness has 5 Smith machines. Seriously, people tend to camp out ALL THE TIME on smith machines. I am one of them. I am guilty. But I feel less bad about it because there are plenty to go around. At the PF in South Euclid, it's absolutely wretched trying to get one. There are only 3. It's genuinely heinous. I only go to that location one day a week now. Each other day? Richmond location. You guys have more smith machines. That is the secret to gym bro happiness.

As A representative in sales I exceed in customer satisfaction. A girl name Shamari was extremely rude to me when I walked in the door. I work out of town and haven’t been home for a month and a half. I guess my balance was past due. She threatened to kick me out because I couldn’t hear her with my earbuds in. I was really surprised with her behavior I actually asked her if she had had a bad weekend. Please speak to this young woman about customer service and treating others how they should be treated thank you very much. I then paid the balance immediately with tap to pay.

Brand new machinery and mirrors opposite Smith machines as well as large showers and a good selection of lockers that were pretty deep to fit anybody's needs. I will be coming here more often

The staff at Plant Fitness in Richmond Heights, Ohio...is very professional, helpful, courteous and pleasant. The facility is well kept, stocked and clean. The members are respectful of the rules of the gym and have good gym etiquette. I wish I could give a higher rating than 10...like 💯

I was in town (from Los Angeles) for the New Year's holiday visiting my girlfriend's parents. I went in as a plus one and I must say, it was a pleasant experience. The staff at the front (I forgot her name) was very welcoming. Every equipments are updated. The entire gym was very clean- from the main area to the locker room. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be a member here.

PF seems to have landed well after their forced move. Similar footprint, close to the old location, clean, well-kept facility, machines all in good working order, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Glad I'm a member.

Facility is very clean. The employees are very friendly and approachable. I’m a big fan of the machines and how they are set up. Most of all I don’t feel self conscious when I go in for my workout. Love That!!!

The gym is bright and airy, the flow of the gym is ideal, there's enough room to spread out. They have updated state of the art equipment with options galore. Even the locker room was inviting and immaculate. This is not the closest PF to me however, I'm willing to travel the extra distance for the reasons I've already mentioned.

Planet fitness is a great value and has an interesting gym culture. Once you get used to the norms of the gym, it is a great facility that is fully equipped and friendly. The hours are flexible enough, but wish they could flex fridays and Sunday hours later in evening.

New location is an upgrade! They’ve added updated machines, and I appreciate the bigger space for functional fitness. The locker rooms are clean with bigger changing areas. It makes me more motivated to come!

Shamari is great. She gives a incredible smile all the time. Can't find a person like her doing a job daily.

I started working out again at this gym 3 months ago. I actually really like it, friendly staff and kind people who work out there (generally). The various areas are pretty clean and it’s easy to get a good workout in….HOWEVER, I beg the staff!!! USE THE AC!!!!!!! Or at least make it a bit cooler! Over the past beginning of summer months, I’ve been getting way too hot and having to leave early if I’m too uncomfortable. It wasn’t this way when I started in March :/ it makes it muggy and this is my only gripe!!! PLEASE!!!!! MAKE IT COOLER ❤️

This pace is CLEAN!!! Also, the machines are always in working order, the staff is very friendly and there is plenty of parking! So happy to have found this placee
