I had an awesome experience today as I had my work physical with Dr.Ali! He was fabulous, kind, thorough and had a great bed side manner!! The staff was equally wonderful and friendly. I will be recommending them to my family and friends!

I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time. I made the appointment and filled out the required forms online. This septuagenarian loves modern technology. From checkin to checkout, everyone was courteous and helpful. The PA clearly explained my diagnoses and prescribed a medication for 1 of my medical problems. I’ll return to this urgent-care facility again if needed.

Front desk reception was super attentive, very out going and smiling all the time. Everyone was just super professional and easy going to talk with. I would recommend friends and family to use them!

I was hesitant to head up to Urgent Care mainly due to the time of year. I got there shortly after they opened and the building quickly filled up, but everyone from the receptionist to the doctor were amazing. Special shout-out to Zia who I had to compliment while I was there. She took my vitals but she did everything SO quickly (and accurately) to get me in and out. Busy is expected in October, but the staff was wonderful and I was in and out in 30ish minutes.

Unfortunately they are short staffed. I had a scheduled appt. that was not recognized. They were running 70mins late. Dr. was very nice but was there by himself so was very rushed. I felt the care and the price point did not add up.

I was very happy with the care I received. I cut my finger and they fixed me right up. Super friendly, too! I'm very grateful they were there and everyone did a great job!

Very nice and friendly staff, the Dr. was nice quick and efficient. She explained everything clearly, listened to our concerns and answered our questions. Our waiting time wasn’t too bad either. Highly recommend this urgent care.

I just left from a visit (for my toddler) and I am so glad I chose this location today! First of all — the staff is really nice, professional and welcoming! I really wanted to highlight Dr. Ali who was extremely insightful and kind overall. He made my four year old feel comfortable and even myself with the questions and concerns I had. You can tell they love what they do and care about their patients. It was a fairly quick visit but left a lasting impression! Thank you all for your service and help today!

Very attentive service. There were six people in front of us, but exactly 2 hours later we left. During this time, I was seen by a nurse, examined by a doctor, and x-rayed. And once again a doctor. I didn't have a broken bone and left happy.

Woke up this morning with burning chest congestion, coughing up junk, sore throat and neck with a little shortness of breath. I was able to book an appointment through within In minutes. I was seen and tested and diagnosed and treated within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend going here. This was my first visit. I appreciated the great customer service from everyone. Thanks!!

Everyone from the receptionist to the physician's assistant was phenomenal! Cordial, informative, and helpful. I pass by 2 other Urgent Care facilities to come to this one!

I have nothing but good things to say about the convenience and the medical staff. However, this company has a questionable policy of requiring co-payment at time of service, then sending a bill in the mail a month later for the same payment. An attempt at double-dipping, taking advantage of those not paying attention. This has happened at least five or six times with different family members so it must be a policy. It is really a shame they have shady business practices, because otherwise I would give them five stars.

Staff was friendly. The nurse practitioners are so nice. They are quick and efficient. I always recommend people if they need to go to an urgent care!

Health express has amazing customer service. Promptness and efficient workers. I truly appreciate their work ethic from the receptionist to the physicians. Definitely recommend to others.

I have nothing But this to say about the group of ladies who worked on 8/29/2023 @ 12:30 pm (noon). Nothing but Positive Energy, and Positive Vibes. From the time you are Greeted at the Receptionist Desk, to the time you enter into the back for care. Beautiful group of ladies. Wonderful staff and service!! Made my appointment on line was seen quickly. The staff explained all my tests and all options. I know where to go if I need help in the future!

Long wait times. I only had 1 person ahead of me waiting per the virtual waiting list. It took almost an hour to be called. During this time fast food was delivered a few times for the staff.

Never been here until Friday. Was in and out within an hour. Staff and doctors are nice!

Excellent service! I’ve been here either for myself or a family member, it was always a reasonable wait to be seen, and the doctors, nurses, and clinicians are very kind and really try to help. I really recommend this urgent care.

We scheduled an appointment for 4:10 and weren't let back into the room until almost 4:30, which isn't too bad. The doctor and nurse were both very friendly and thorough. However, the front desk sent our prescription to the wrong location. I would definitely make sure you confirm the address with them so you can get yours in a timely manner.

I had such a great experience with this urgent care today. They were quick and thorough. Everyone was so nice, from the receptionist to the nurse and the doctor. I feel like the quality of care that I received here is better than I've ever gotten with my primary care physician. Definitely going to come back here in the future.

They services are great. The doctors are great they really care. Dr. Nas Ali is freaking great with managing Diabetic Wounds. Makes u feel like u don't need the ER

Wonderful service, easy scheduling online, waiting time less than 20 min for a consultation/exam, then less than 10 minutes for an X-ray. I registered online for a time slot about 45 minute later. I showed up on time and by the time I arrived they even had my list of medications. I regret to say that I do not remember the names of the three very nice ladies I met today (receptionist, NP/assistant and NP/doctor). All three were amazing - warm yet professional, efficient and patient in addressing all the questions and concerns. I am extremely grateful for such a smooth experience.

Super efficient - used appointment set up via website. At the office front desk, vitals and doctor meeting were all fast and well done. Highly recommended.

I broke my wrist and went to a joke of an urgent care first, since it’s close to home. They were unable to do x-rays, so I went to Health Express, which was recommended by the other urgent care 😆. Health Express was efficient, caring, and able to do x-rays! Everyone I encountered was so nice, helpful, and had positive attitudes. Definitely recommend.

The wait was longer than the visit I was patience enough but to have to wait for almost an hour and no one was even in the clinic at the time is ridiculous wish they worked at get them in and out instead of holding people time up but I know they want to bill insurance for saying I was there for a hour is insane and only seen me for less than 10 mins
