Doctors are so nice but wait will be long and imaging is only available during retain hours on certain day. Good luck. Was turned away on a Sunday during regular hours for a twisted ankle even though the sign says they treat it. Tired of the clinic over-promising.

I brought my son to get a test done in the south building. The office was running late on appointments. When my son was seen, there were two nurses in the room. One ask my son nicely, what is your date of birth, when they should of asked the mom. Anyway, my son tried but he has verbal communication delay. The other nurse yells at me and says; tell us his birthday already so we can go home already! Mind you It's only 11am... and the nurse snaps an attitude in front of my son. 😱

Edit: revising to 2 stars because the nurse practitioner was kind, helpful, thorough, and informative. The reception staff is petty, rude, and audacious, they’re the reason for low stars. 2nd bad experience here. Arrived when they opened. Reception and Nurses arrived and sat and gossiped and complained about work for 20 minutes while one patient was seen. Took an hour to be seen and I was the third person who arrived, at 7:30am. Lazy and rude reception and greeting staff. Pretty ridiculous that the cleveland clinic has this type of operation

The room I was in at the exspress care was dirty. The floor, chairs and the examination table.

Waiting 2 hrs!! We made an appointment online and it said it was 15 min wait. Nope! How do you make a sick child wait 2 hours! Never coming back here! Plus it’s so dirty!

Absolutely fabulous staff. Put myself in the que online, waiting a very short time. The staff were friendly, explained everything and made sure I understood what was going on and listened to me. Truly do not understand the low rating.

Worst facility, lazy workers, horrible service!!! Definitely, would not recommend this facility if it was the last facility open and I was on my death bed!!! I hate this place!!

Absolutely the worse care I ever received in my 34 years of being on this earth. I will never go back there. I only went there because my insurance changed and my visit was covered through current insurance. They didn’t even want to care for me. The NP kept trying to make me go to the ER. They were so unhelpful. They were rude and did not respect my patient privacy. And I’m talking about the NP and the MA. Very ignorant and made me feel uneasy the whole time I was there

I went for my first time and had a great experience. Everyone was really nice and it was very quick when I went.

I received incredible care here. It's a shame to see this Express Care rated so poorly. Long wait times are to be expected at any Express Care, same as they are expected at any urgent care or ER. It is not the fault of the staff nor the medical team. If the place is packed, the place is packed. Think about this: Would you want your exam to be rushed? No. No one else deserves theirs to be rushed, either. If you know the day before that you will be headed to an Express Care, arrive a few minutes before it opens. I commend the work everyone does here, and the quality of care. Please keep in mind that those who are treating you are insurmountably overworked and overwhelmed. I can't imagine the amount of stress they experience. Please be kind and patient with them, and rate based upon the quality you experience, not on the wait time.

Absolutely terrible. Mom who could not speak English had a lump on her head so we went in to get it checked out. In utter shock when I hear one of the nurse ask another nurse if she was hit on the head and when the other nurse said no, she said “Darn!”. Then the person who would see my mom comes in without even taking a look at her head says they would only be able to refer us to a dermatologist because it might be a cyst. Terribly rude. My mom worked 12 hours before coming in, she wants to go home as much as anyone else. They were trying to find every reason to just send us to the ER instead of actually helping us. If this isn’t just a cyst, I have everyone’s name.

Very grateful for the Cleveland Clinic Beachwood Urgent care this weekend. Entire staff was friendly, communicated well about the wait time, and really it went very quickly. The NP was great, and very thorough.
