I bought a coat dec 26th cause I didn't have one so I had no intention on bringing it back I wore the coat put my hands in my pockets and the was a hole in one of them, I called the store 4 days ago too let them know about it she said I couldn't return cause I wore it but I also didn't know the coat was damaged so a manager was supposed too call me but didn't the coat cost 100 bucks but they didn't care so now I have a coat that I can't return cause they not gon take it back im so disappointed i spend alot of money in there smh losing a customer

They were pretty cool Ashley Stewart’s had the clothes I needed. Customer service could’ve been just a tad bit better but they were not rude. However, I’ll be back.

I'm so excited!!! I wish I would have found this store earlier. They have gorgeous clothes. The staff was so kind and accommodating, even putting a dress on hold for me because I live an hour away. The store was clean and laid out very nicely with the displays and racks looking wonderful. I would highly recommend a trip.

I was greeted soon as I entered offered assistance and the store had a lot of nice merchandise I left with 2 bags when I only came for a dress. It's a half hour drive but well worth it.

The ladies in Ashley Stewart Southgate in Maple Heights, OH are really helpful. They were very nice and professional. I love that store!

My daughter and I needed all white outfits for an event. We arrived late in the evening as store was closing in 8 minutes. We found what we were looking for and the staff was gracious, helpful and professional. They waited on us past the 8 minutes of closing and we didn't feel rushed. LOVE THEM!!

So yes it's expensive a little bit the quality of clothing is unmatched. As is the positive energy when you step into the store. Never had a bad experience. An I've lived near this store and gone to this store for over five years now. For sure stop in or shop online you won't be dissapointed. 👗💃♀️🦸‍♀️💁‍♀️😊🥰

Nice clothes at an affordable price. Staff could be a tad bit more customer service oriented. I felt clean and safe during this pandemic due to one employee cleaning the dressing room before I entered definitely much appreciated.
