I do not recommend this dentist and his services. He made a partial denture which was painful to wear because it was scratching my gums, and which broke in a month. He repaired it three times since then and it broke all three times. Now he is making a new denture. I have already been waiting for over a month. Despite all promises and assurances, the denture has not been made on time, twice already. The doctor blames his dental technician, but why should I care. He provides the services, he takes the payment, and he should be responsible for his work and the work of his staff. I also had a few fillings done by Dr. Pavolotsky during the years, and also was not satisfied with the quality of work. Yes, he speaks russian as well as some of his staff, and this is apparently why many of the russian-speaking immigrants use this office and write good reviews. However, his staff is often rude and disrespectful, they are not good at scheduling and informing about delays and cancellations. In summary, the quality of Dr. Pavolotsky services is clearly inferior to the services that one can receive in any non-russian speaking dental office.

Dr. Pavolotsky has been my doctor since I was 12 years old, and I must say he is very detailed and truly cares about the quality of his work! He is a professional and his staff is very friendly and caring. If you don't believe me, go see for yourself :).

Dr. Povolotsky is a wonderful dentist! He and his staff are very professional. My husband, my child and I are doctor's patients for years. He is awesome with children.
