    Miss Chiqueta needs to be retrained on customer service. Very distracted , stopped to answer phone and pay more attention to other sales person instead of completing my transaction. I asked about an item and she sent me to the area to search instead of helping me. I know that it can be stressful but remember your customers. Please and thank you!

    I wish I could remember the young lady that was working on the sales floor assisting us with finding a homecoming outfit for our son. She was everything to everyone. A complete social butterfly in the best way making her way from customer to customer offering suggestions and helping to pick out clothes at rapid fire speed. Great experience!

    The express in Beachwood is the worst ever. The manager is very rude and does not have good customer service skills. I also asked one of the workers a question and he seemed to be a bit bothered that I asked him. I then had to break down the question due to him not understanding that I was asking if the editor pants came in other sizes. He later said he was new. So I’m guessing new employees don’t know how to greet customers and work with them. He then asked the manager and she didn’t want to answer the question. I will be ordering on line, but since when did express start hiring such inexperienced rude workers. Do not shop in this location.

    Very disrespectful employees, omg I couldn’t believe how they were treating me today, Im shopping with my friend who has a credit card and needed to shop and try things on, im sitting on the couch and I see how the employees all are whispering and looking at me, made me feel uncomfortable, and I’m helping my friend find jeans and one of the employees comes up and says excuse me and basically makes me move out of her way while I’m shopping, now when me and my friend checked out im standing behind her in line and I get like 3 different employees passing through me saying excuse me, excuse me, so after a while I just stood there because I see they were being funny, then when I check out the guy employee literally makes me type my email on their computer!!! I didn’t even care about that I was more mad that this one same chick kept walking pass me, you need some better attitude employees because they are definitely not good people to be working there, representing express! I + People pay way to gooood of money there to be disrespected the way they treated me today.

    Will be calling Monday to get the District Managers information. The young lady working the first shift Saturday obviously did not understand customer service or how to sell products. A good salesperson would have turned what they did not have into a sale. That’s what they did in Dillards. They didn’t have the item I wanted but they say we have these items because they asked the proper questions found out I was from the South and it was a little colder in Cleveland than I expected and I needed something to help keep me warm while being out in the city. Wish I could give this location a 0

    The staff is unnecessarily rude here, shop elsewhere. Normally I buy everything online, I shop online here regularly and am an A-List member. I missed the 60 day return window, okay, my bad. But the attitude from the manager was completely unnecessary. The first employee said I can’t return it, but I can exchange it. Second employee said okay, let’s call customer service and get approval to refund. The manager gives me an attitude and tells me that it won’t matter that I’m a regular customer or that I spend thousands there, rolling her eyes at me. Customer service did refund, but she was rude for no reason. I didn’t yell or raise my voice, the only thing I said was I missed the cutoff by 1 day and was willing to exchange it. I also purchased more than I was refunded same day. I guess my business means nothing, so you just lost it. I can spend my money elsewhere and not be treated so poorly.

    Found the jacket that I was looking for. The manager helped me get the best deal with suggestions on how to find coupons to lower the price. Win, win. Super happy.
