Summary:
Ordering
online
was
easy
enough.
This
was
the
best
part
of
the
experience.
The
food
was
ok,
and
the
girl
at
the
register
was
very
nice
but
didn't
overcome
the
1
star
service,
marred
by
poor
communication
between
kitchen
and
wait
staff
and
worse
communication
to
the
customer.
I
saw
at
least
6
people
working
and
presumably
more,
so
I
can't
accept
that
low
staffing
was
the
culprit
here.
At
3:45,
I
placed
an
order
for
4:30
pickup.
I
left
work
late
and
arrived
at
4:40.
The
first
issue
is
that
there
is
no
line
for
online
pickup.
I
wait
in
the
long
line
(one
person
ahead
of
me
but
it
takes
over
10
minutes
to
take
the
order).
Once
I
get
to
the
front,
I
make
them
aware
that
I
am
here
to
pick
up
my
online
order,
which
they
say
will
be
ready
soon.
The
order
was
supposed
to
be
ready
at
4:30,
but
it's
not
a
fast
food
joint.
This
is
an
established
restaurant
and
sometimes
things
take
time
to
do
it
right.
So
I
wait
patiently.
And
I
see
multiple
people
who
came
in
after
me
get
their
orders
before
me,
some
online
orders,
some
walk-ins.
I
am
little
frustrated,
but
still
understanding.
I
walk
up
to
the
counter
and
ask
how
long
my
food
is
going
to
take.
I
keep
being
told
it
will
be
ready
soon.
I
have
to
be
in
Akron
by
6pm
for
foster
parent
training.
If
I'm
late.
I
will
not
get
credit
for
the
course.
I
try
to
go
to
the
person
handing
food
over
the
counter
to
tell
them
I
have
to
leave,
and
I
am
simply
ignored.
I
leave
at
5:05.
I
go
home
pick
up
my
wife,
briefly
see
my
kids
for
about
2
minutes
because
they
took
away
my
only
chance
I
got
to
see
them
that
day,
and
scurried
back
to
the
restaurant
for
one
final
attempt
to
collect
my
food.
I
get
there
and
again
they
say
my
food
is
not
ready.
This
time
they
tell
me
that
there
is
no
more
pulled
pork
for
my
sandwich.
I
wasn't
upset,
because
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
that
my
mother
and
my
wife
had
something
to
eat.
But
why
couldn't
they
have
told
me
this
30
minutes
ago?
They
tried
to
offer
me
something
else,
but
I
told
them
to
please
just
give
me
what
was
there,
because
I
didn't
have
time
to
wait
any
longer.
Instead,
they
made
me
wait
longer,
but
I
discovered
later
that
this
was
to
make
my
pork
sandwich.
So
thanks
for
giving
me
something
to
eat.
I
leave
with
my
food
in
hand
at
5:24;
almost
a
full
hour
after
it
was
supposed
to
be
ready.
The
food
was
fine.
Just
about
as
expected,
but
my
wife
didn’t
like
how
much
sauce
was
on
her
wings
and
I
didn’t
like
how
little
sauce
was
on
the
sandwich.
Also,
I
thought
it
would
be
on
a
bun,
not
two
slices
of
wheat
bread.
This
meant
that
once
I
got
to
my
sandwich,
the
bread
was
completely
soggy.
I
suggest
using
buns
or
at
least
white
bread.
This
will
help
prevent
your
bread
becoming
so
water-logged.
Finally
I
have
to
complain
that
my
order
was
not
completely
fulfilled:
I
ordered
7
sauces
and
only
received
one.
I
also
never
received
my
drink.
