    I ordered online. I was sent an email stating that my food will be done by 8:35. I did not receive my food it almost 10 after 9 o’clock. The food was cold. Black business owners always ask why people do not patronize them. This is exactly the reason I will never order from this place again. As you can see below the rib tips has no sauce on them. The fries have no sauce on them.

I’ve read a lot of your comments and understand your concerns and I’m doing my best to find solutions to satisfy all of our customers. Here are some pictures of our updated coolers. We heard your concern and got right to fixing it because our customers are who we love to cook for. As well we are constantly hiring new staff that will give you the best customer service. I ensure consistent fresh home cooked food that our customers have come to know and love since 1958. Allow us to make another first impression and come taste the difference.     I truly do understand not having enough help and being busy! Here's the thing if you answer the phone and the customer says that they'd like to place an order please only to be told hold on and then to be on hold for a while and not attended to. Why answer the phone to tell the customer to hold on to never return to the phone. I was clear across town when I called so that my food would be ready once I'm there. I hung up and called back only for them to let the phone ring. I called again at this point now I'm out of my car walking in to a none crowded waiting area maybe a few people. The phone call at this point is now being ignored. Keep the phone near the kiosk so you can take the customers order at that time if your not in the middle of a in-house order then at that point YOU POLITLEY tell the customer to please hold ill be right with you & truly do return to attend to that customer. This review is a build up of all the other times of being patient & understanding but now enough is enough. This is a recurring problem and then the attitudes that your met with is ridiculous and the nonchalant way of handling things. I've work in this industry and other industries and always do the best of what it takes and make no excuses about it. It's not fair to the consumer that spends money with your establishment that they're treated in an professional manor. Customer service with a great attitude is a must. Customers are not always right.. BUT treating the good ones like they don't matter sucks!

    Thoroughly disappointed. We live in Stow, but my husband was in Cleveland and had a taste for some barbecue. Decided on B & M’s since it’s near Rt 8, our path home. Only to get the dinners home and had this for my wing and rib combo. Ribs were burnt, had no meat, and were OLD! Almost like they had tried to re-heat them. The wings were just as old, clumped together and hard. This was on a Thursday at 2:00pm. Unacceptable! Hard earned money and a long drive home, only to receive this disrespectful meal was more than a slap in face. Not to mention my husband ordered a rib tip dinner. He attempted to eat that before I got home and he said they were so old and hard he had to throw them away. Never again. Wow. I don’t know what’s going on, but we’ve received much better food in the past from here. Seems as though they don’t care anymore. I would t have fed this combo to my dog. Black businesses, we have to do better!🤦🏽‍♀️

    Everything has their sauce on it so best to grab a fork. I actually enjoyed the sides more than the ribs and probably would lean more towards the chicken or polish boys next time. The restaurant could use some up keep, sticky floors and exterior decor appears to be falling off the building. I’d recommend grabbing and go. There’s a dining room but tables were scattered and unorganized. Everything is meant to be affordable so you can get a full meal at a decent price.

    I hadn’t been to Beckam’s B&M in several years so when I placed an order on Friday I was taking a chance as I had been disappointed before. I placed my order online for the full slab of ribs with fries and coleslaw. I chose my time and was to receive an email about my order. I did not receive an email but was able to track my order which I liked. My order was “ready” on time but was missing the fries and coleslaw. That was quickly corrected. Now for the good stuff. The ribs were excellent! They were meaty and fresh. The sauce was very good.The coleslaw was very tasty although it was too moist for my tastes. After I drained some of the dressing I was pleased. It was crisp with a tasty dressing. We gladly had leftover ribs for lunch the next day. I hope that they are consistent with their food as I would order from them again.

    Placed a huge order tonight online for $125. It was supposed to be ready by 7:49pm but we didn't get our food until 8:25pm. They were busy so no big deal. My husband said please just make sure everything we ordered is there, left them a $20 cash tip only to get home and an entire meal is missing. We tried to call but the phone rang for 3 minutes straight. We live in Canton so it's not like we can just run around the corner. Super disappointed with this location. They messed up our order last month also but we decided to give it another chance. Out $12 for a meal we didn't get and we left a $20 tip for an incomplete order. The restaurant was dead when we got our order also so can't use the excuse of being busy for the mistake.

    Was a bit of a weight for the food. Kept being told one of the fryers was out. Not happy that my box was barely full with fries. $6 for 3 wings and fries and this is what I got. Last time I visited order the same thing and received way more fries.

    Summary: Ordering online was easy enough. This was the best part of the experience. The food was ok, and the girl at the register was very nice but didn't overcome the 1 star service, marred by poor communication between kitchen and wait staff and worse communication to the customer. I saw at least 6 people working and presumably more, so I can't accept that low staffing was the culprit here. At 3:45, I placed an order for 4:30 pickup. I left work late and arrived at 4:40. The first issue is that there is no line for online pickup. I wait in the long line (one person ahead of me but it takes over 10 minutes to take the order). Once I get to the front, I make them aware that I am here to pick up my online order, which they say will be ready soon. The order was supposed to be ready at 4:30, but it's not a fast food joint. This is an established restaurant and sometimes things take time to do it right. So I wait patiently. And I see multiple people who came in after me get their orders before me, some online orders, some walk-ins. I am little frustrated, but still understanding. I walk up to the counter and ask how long my food is going to take. I keep being told it will be ready soon. I have to be in Akron by 6pm for foster parent training. If I'm late. I will not get credit for the course. I try to go to the person handing food over the counter to tell them I have to leave, and I am simply ignored. I leave at 5:05. I go home pick up my wife, briefly see my kids for about 2 minutes because they took away my only chance I got to see them that day, and scurried back to the restaurant for one final attempt to collect my food. I get there and again they say my food is not ready. This time they tell me that there is no more pulled pork for my sandwich. I wasn't upset, because I just wanted to make sure that my mother and my wife had something to eat. But why couldn't they have told me this 30 minutes ago? They tried to offer me something else, but I told them to please just give me what was there, because I didn't have time to wait any longer. Instead, they made me wait longer, but I discovered later that this was to make my pork sandwich. So thanks for giving me something to eat. I leave with my food in hand at 5:24; almost a full hour after it was supposed to be ready. The food was fine. Just about as expected, but my wife didn’t like how much sauce was on her wings and I didn’t like how little sauce was on the sandwich. Also, I thought it would be on a bun, not two slices of wheat bread. This meant that once I got to my sandwich, the bread was completely soggy. I suggest using buns or at least white bread. This will help prevent your bread becoming so water-logged. Finally I have to complain that my order was not completely fulfilled: I ordered 7 sauces and only received one. I also never received my drink.

    I came in during my lunch hour to order 6 plain chicken wings. Once I received my food I proceeded to check my order and I was told I am not allow to check my food at the counter, The cashier (male) said" The sign is right in front of you!" He advised me to go to the back table to check my food. I observed this table was not clean so I decided to check my food in my car. I counted my wings and I noticed that I only had 5 instead of 6. I walked back inside the restaurant to advise the cashier that I was short a wing. He yelled out to the cook, how many wing did you put in this tray? The cook (lady) said I put 2 on the top and 4 on the bottom. He said, "Yeah, one wing is missing from the bottom." She said I put it in there. I am sitting here like, okay give me my wing or my money back. It appears your cook can't count. The rude cashier said, "Just put a wing on the top of this tray so I can get this lady out of here." Are you serious? What happen to good customer service? What happened to the customer is always right? I wasn't trying to get a free wing. I was trying to get what I paid for without being made to look like I am trying to cheap you out of a wing. The wings were hard as ever and I will never be back to this place of business. I would not recommend this place of business to anyone.

    My barbecue long dinner I ordered wasn't long bones! And the bones they put in my meal didn't have any meat on the bones, and what was there was dry and over. I didn't realize until I was all the way home. I tried calling several times and couldn't get anyone on the phone ! This is the second time this has happened. I will never leave from there without completely checking my food. I couldn't even eat it. Check your food! And it looked like some bones were undercooked.

    The fish dinner I purchased was not worth $13. It looked like they took 3 scrap pieces of fish fried them, half filled the container with the sides, and called it a dinner. The polish boy was thrown together very sloppy and the meat was overcooked.

    I ordered the holiday turkey. I was late. I mean last minute. They still accepted my order. It was a whole turkey fried and I chose the brown sugar glaze. It was amazing 😍! The turkey was juicy and perfectly seasoned. It was perfect and saved me HOURS. It's our new tradition.

    I walked in and the person behind the counter was filling up the pop cooler. She told me she would be with me shortly. Shortly turned out to be a while! I believe she went in the back and came out with at least 3 more cases of pop and put them in the cooler before she waited on me! UNACCEPTABLE!!! I didn't get any communication from her in all that time. And not even a sorry for the wait when she finally got to me. Her overall demeanor was rather cold and curt. The wait was a bit long to get my food, but at least it was tasty.

    Just purchased my lunch. Wings and fries.. chicken way over cooked and fries are like the same u get at McDonald’s with there sauce.. which I have to sit and pick thru what’s not overly cooked or super hard… I should have just drove to 105 like I normally do. Atleast I no the food is always the same

    The food was GREAT!!!! The service was terrible. I waited over an hour for my food, which was not hot like I'd expected, and they gave me ribs when I had ordered rib tips. Once I heated it up, it was great. I just hate it took so long.

    Came in town from Pittsburgh (tho I was born and Raised in Cleveland) for My favorite B&M Polish Boy! When I say the Sauce is drinkable lol believe Me it's soooo good! For 10.99 I got 2 wings fries and a Polish Boy cnt beat it. I grew up on this Restaurant and I am so happy to come here every time I come back to Cleveland!! Everyone was so friendly and the Service and food was Excellent Thanks so Much!!

    Everything was amazing from the catfish, fried chicken wings, chicken tenders, polish boy and ribs. My family couldn't get enough!!! We came from Detroit to try them out after we saw their restaurant on Netflix. We were thoroughly pleased.

    The food is okay. It's right off the freeway, so it made it a quick stop. I ordered a beed ring dinner and 5 wing dinner. The ribs were the size of your knuckle. Not big at all! The wings were okay but again small.

    The epitome of having a business and not placing enough stock in the community that keeps your doors open. Significantly disappointed with the quality of service where should I start? It’s Saturday. A high volume day for most restaurants. Orders cannot be placed over the phone. Debit and credit tender is not accepted. Cash only. In addition to the line out the door, and listening to multiple customers complain about waiting 45+ minutes one thing is clear, we will not be back again. Honor my money some where else with great customer service, clear communication, and 0% of the headache.

    I just got back from there about an hour ago. I have never been so dissatisfied with restaurant food in all of my life. And I am over 50 years old. The wings all had freezer burn. The ribs were so tough that I couldn't get any meat off of the bones. So I got frustrated and threw them in the garbage can. I said well no one can mess up French fries. So I tried the fries and they had absolutely no taste and were swimming in the sauce. I didn't even attempt the cole slaw. So I spent over $40 and waited for almost an hour just to end up throwing everything in the garbage can.

    You know it’s sad that no pride is in the food. I ordered a polish boy waited 15 min & still got scrap fries. They tried to cover it with sauce, but no good. I also got a piece of German Chocolate cake $5.99; dry, dry.. I think when it was fresh it was good, but it’s so old I can taste the oil. It’s so so sad, the Owner(s) look at quantity rather than quality and I suspect refuse to throw away any food. I will not be returning cause this is my 2nd time getting old food. SAD

    I went in today to get some barbecue I'm a over the road truck driver.. everything was decent the fries were nice they were saucy, the potato salad the baked beans were good. But I specifically asked the young lady when I ordered it are your ribs tender? she said yes and we make them daily.. and then I ordered a slab dinner when I got back to where I parked those ribs were tough and fatty like they didn't clean them or something.. anyway I probably won't go back I don't know I really am disappointed because I spent $35 I got quite a bit of food because I was going to eat some then and then eat some tomorrow I really like barbecue. It is what it is
