    This place is TERRIBLE. I ordered online ($40 worth) picked up my food for them to not even have the rolls order- I didn’t care cause they tried to give ve me extra wings for the sub which was fine but a call ahead of time would’ve the appropriate thing to do. So I get home realize I’m missing the fries and dressing, I call they young lady on the phone was very nice said come back up and she’ll give me a 5 piece for the inconvenience. I get there and now workers running in from a car smoking(stink) don’t wash her hands run right behind the counter and say how can I help you??? I tell her my issues then the manager started yelling at me saying why didn’t I check my sealed bag before I left? What! Then say it’s my fault that I didn’t check, so I said this is rude and couldn’t believe I was being embarrassed over they shortcoming. She then proceeded to say she not being rude that she can get uglier, as if I’m being threatened at this point. After the temporarily back and forth as I coached her on how she should handle complaints I then wait 15 minutes for fries before I asked for a refund. I seen multiple orders go out but I couldn’t get my fry? I ask for a refund so I can leave again and she said NO then The janitor yelling while sleeping the kitchen if I paid with a card then it’ll be more than a week, then another employee said you want cold fries then the original cashier said get his food so he can go. How is this establishment operating like this? I want a call back ASAP! I couldn’t even eat this food I’m so disgusted that I was treated this way when I could’ve went to multiple other places to eat. To be talked to crazy about missing food, threatening, embarrassed infront of other customers and robbed-(wouldn’t give me my money back) is unacceptable. Please call me as I will not stop here. This isn’t cool

    Wingstop has some awesome flavors for tenders, boneless and bone-in wings 🍗. I ordered the spicy bbq Korean flavor boneless variety with fries 🍟 and a root beer 🥤. Man, that sauce was great 🤤! And the wait time was less than 5 mins to prepare. Definitely one if my favorite lunch spots.

    If I could give no stars I would. This place is disgusting!! I ordered some food and was waiting 35 efin minutes!! They were all over the place they DIDNT wash their hands not once! They DIDNT wash their wings just cut the bag and through in fryer with the blood from wings!!! This place is the most nastiest place I’ve ever seen. All I got was sorry they don’t care about anything or anyone. This place should be shut down and the manager should be ashamed!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Couldn’t even offer something for free NOTHING!!!!

    Placed a order at 9:19 waited til 10:35 for order supposedly waiting on fries I got home the boneless wings were bricks. I called the mgr ( name starts with a T said bring them back tomorrow I stated I hadn’t eaten so I told her I was on my way needeless to say I waited til 11:35 and the Mgr (she said she’s the district had the worse attitude. This location is the worst!!!!!!! I called when I got in the car she picked up or the other rude worker did said it’s that lady again and put me on hold. I will find the owner or real mgr because the Customer Service and attitudes there are the worst.

    Horrible service!! I placed 2 orders and my drinks were missing + sauce for my wings. I called and was told by the Manager James that I would receive a order of free wings added to my next order & that he would write my name on the back wall so he wouldn’t forget. Few weeks passed by … I’m ready to order wings again + the free added wings & the Manager James acts as if he’s totally confused. The whole staff is unfair, unprofessional, rude/ ghetto. I will not order from this location again. Take your money elsewhere!

    I order from here quite a bit online and schedule to pick up at a certain time. Every time I arrive late so my order can be ready because alot of places don't have the food ready on time. I get to the restaurant at about 920pm order was for 9pm. I give them my name and my order was not in the system they didn't have anything pertaining to my order. This is unacceptable especially if you paid for it in advance. If this is a system error I can accept that but everytime I go here the food is not ready. Gotta do better wingstop no problem with the food it's the service.

    The is poorly ran, they refused to take cash they did Card only pay. The food was horrible, fries were dry and cold, and the wings were very tough and hard to chew. I won't waste another $28.00 on such a horrible meal. I work too hard for my money to throw it away on a trash meal. I'll try another Wing STOP, but no, that one,

    Customer service there is horrible. I went inside this wing stop I placed my order there and I waited 2 and a half hours. When I asked about my order after an hour they would say that they are doing there best They were too busy with the door dash and those others that they push me to the side. Nothing was in order there. Some lady that work there start shouting about calling the police because people were asking about there order. I don't know who own it but cooperate need to have a look into them. The workers just don't care and neither does the owner. When I ask for a refund then they started cooking my food. This place is horrible 😞 they are not organized at all and it is not the food. It is the service. So 😔

    Missing items that were paid for. Order was incorrect. Wrong flavors and received all drums when flats were requested. Called and asked to speak to a manager. Left on hold extensively twice. When I called the third time I was told to call back because they were busy. Why wasn’t I told that the first couple times when I called .The employee also hung up on me. My order is NEVER right when I go here. I won’t waste another dime. I’d like my money refunded for the missing and incorrect items!!!

    I can’t believe they messed my entire order up, gave me items I didn’t order and burned this corn and still packaged it. That’s not the deal breaker though the food was fried in old grease. Never will I ever order from here again!

    I didn't even get to finish what I was ordering over the phone before I just hung up after being extremely turned off by how my order was being taken by whoever the un professional sounding individual was .. honestly I don't think this franchise will survive another 5-10yrs with such hot ghetto-fied service .. "un-professionalism" will the death of this place because my money will not be going towards paying these sad unlearned individuals that somehow work at this location. Soon the good food won't be enough to help the degenerative ways that is hired through the door of this establishment and others like it.

    Great food horrible time management was told 30 min waited over an hour for my food and they never have ice the soda comes out warm and flat at least if no ice let soda be cold or give the drinks for free

    While this location generally sucks and will NEVER have your food done at the promised time, there is usually a team member lifting spirits by making jokes with the customers, offering a free drink while you wait and just being as friendly as possible.

    This place is over priced for what they give you. You don’t come here for good service, you come for food alone and the majority of the time you’re waiting a while. I would rather go somewhere else or make them myself.

    I can’t even give a rating for the food because it was that bad. The fries weren’t done in the inside and the chicken too me was like they didn’t even want to put any sauce on it. I had lemon pepper and garlic and barely was there any of the flavors on it. Not happy at all. The manager Ron was very nice though as always - I will give credit there though

    GHETTO N RUDE is the only way to describe this place both here and Cleveland Heights. POOR to NONE customer service. I’ll never order from here again. They wanna get security instead of addressing customer concerns and hiring QUALITY workers. The owner of course takes time to address positive feedback which is one every three months if that. I hope this place gets shut down.

    I’m really not one to complain because I know it’s a busy location but I went in on December 10th for food and it’s food I never received because the lee & Harvard location was SUPER BUSY this day but I still have NOT received a refund and the food I ordered was $23! This is really ridiculous. The customer service is horrible and everybody in that store acted like they didn’t know how to refund me my money. I want my money back for the food I NEVER GOT

    This location is TERRIBLE. Even up to the management. Staff is rude and play entirely too much while people are standing there waiting on their food. This store may need a visit from Corporate. Just sad!

    It is August 29th...I placed a order for 20 boneless wings at 7:45pm on line and it is 9:20 pm and my husband is still waiting at the Harvard location. Will never use your business again.I even called at was told they s/b ready shortly...

    Wings always good no matter what time I order or what shift or who’s working food always fire you don’t wanna wait this is not the kind of food for you. I love waiting, because my food is always fresh shout out to all the workers.

    I ordered food to be delivered and they were missing items in my order. I was told that I could come in and pick it up. He said that is the only way. When I asked to talk to a manager he put me on hold for 20 min. I hung up and called back. At that time I was told he spoke to the manager and the manager could not do anything about it. He said I needed to go on the website. I can not find any contact information on the website. So this goes Un resolved. I would never order from here again.

    I ordered for delivery and was told they couldn’t find my order because someone else already picked it up. Was told I could have it remade and instead they sent me someone else’s order that’s not even the same. Every time I order from this location there’s a problem with receiving my food. Would not recommend you spend your money.
