New to Cleveland area and have been looking for a primary care doctor. I was recommended to the primary care practice here. I made an appointment with Dr. Veeravalli. I am a full time nurse and full time in grad school. So things come up unexpectedly that I cannot plan for because of my packed schedule. I was called the day before (today) to confirm my appointment by either a receptionist or Dr. Veeravalli’s nurse or MA. I am unsure because the first thing that went wrong with this conversation was that she did not identify herself. I had to cancel my appointment because of a schedule conflict that came up. I realize it was less than 24 hours in advance and usually there is a fee. It’s not something I would usually do, but again I don’t have a lot of wiggle room in my schedule currently and it changes. The woman on the phone instantly became dismissive and rude. She inappropriately asked me why I was cancelling, accused me of just forgetting, paused for long periods on the phone, and asked me when I planned to tell them. All of this is completely unprofessional and not at all appropriate to ask me. I am allowed to cancel and appointment. If I have to be charged a late fee, I would pay it. I have heard wonderful things about Dr. Veeravalli and was hoping I finally found my PCP in Cleveland. But after this experience I will not be rescheduling my appointment. If this woman is the kind of staff they hire, I can’t imagine what the rest of the office runs like.

So far I have had a good experience with the office staff and physicians including the genetics department.

This review is for Dr. Boyd the psychologist who works here. He is the most boring man I have ever met. A therapist who doesn't ask questions, makes assumptions and gets upset and has a dogmatic oath to one method without listening or getting a feel of a clients needs. Convinced me my trauma therapist wasn't good at cbt when in reality he isn't good at cbt himself and needs a therapist for his ignorant attitude. Behind his "niceness: down the road this man is very judgmental and provides zero skill in the things he claim he can help with. So glad I don't see him anymore. Not worth anyone's time. He also billed insurance to an appointment I did not attend in which I tend to take care of. Good riddance.

Excellent staff, from the patient "check in" gal at the front desk, to the nurse, CRNA, recovery nurse and of course the doctor. They care about you as a person not a body just passing through for the procedure.

The neurologist and obgyn doctor's are amazing! So is the radiology!

Very nice lady in the lab but the little bathroom used to give urine samples is gross and dirty! Won’t go back!

Worst UH facility I have every been too( Dr Divya) , I been waiting for the doctor MA to fax or email my paperwork after she kept telling me she lost the paper work. I called multiple times and every time she say “okay I just sent it” hours and days go by nothing. Then I send a message she doesn’t reply. I’ll be going back to the main campus

Today was the first time I had ever been to UHSHC, and you always hope the doctors and staff are friendly, help, attentive etc. I never experienced anything like I did here. As soon as I walk in the door and ask for directions the women/nurses/doctors in the lobby were super friendly and helpful. The receptionist was super friendly, the nurses, the nurses that took my blood, and especially Dr. Nadia Monsour. They were all incredibly nice and helpful; almost like you were their only patient. I've never felt more taken care of than I did here at this location.

Be sure to get confirmation of your appointment in the x-ray department at University Suburban health center on Green Road. The intake receptionist at the front desk of that department repeatedly told me that I did not have an appointment. I insisted that I did and showed her the written note on my paper requisition from the doctor. She also said that I needed pre-authorization which has never been the case through my fairly long history of getting CT scans. An embarrassing argument ensued in an open area. She finally consulted with someone who could fit me in to the schedule. I wish she would have done that before the argument occurred. I was told that I was rude - I would call it provoked. I will do my best never to return there.

I had a bad experience at this agency I was sent to a job and didn’t work and I also was giving a number that was disconnected I wouldn’t refer no one to this agency

Just sent a formal complaint for the way my 84 year old mother was treated at this facility. Rude, insensitive, "combative" technician. According to my mom, she had "never been treated so poorly by a health care professional".

Sadly, had a poor experience with first-floor lab. Was sent to get blood work, three women on duty they too busy talking. After ten minutes with NO results I left. Went to lower level lab, within two minutes was in/out. These women were professionals and cared about the patients.

UH Family Medicine Department is excellent, when they're open.

My experience has been very good in every Department that I have gone to specially in regards to questions concerning wheelchair accessible equipment.

Almost always a good experience. My primary doctor still there; and most specialties from U H Downtown are there at least one day a week. Complete radiology department- MRI/C-T Scan, etc. I have always had good experiences there.

Nice clean facility. I took a friend for a procedure. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

I went to see a movement disorder specialist here and the wait was 40+ minutes in a small room with no windows.

The people in the radiology department are extremely rude and unprofessional. I took my friend to get her mammogram and she was treating very poorly.

Best Prices around for a variety of diagnostics/labs. Check the picture with price comparison. Often a 1/3 of the price and often even less. Results still go to your doctor in UH system.

the waiting area carpet and chairs are filthy. the chairs in the exam room are equally nasty. this is not the U H that I'm accustomed too. what's is happening at the suburban location??

Avoid UH Internal Medicine if possible. Dr Divya Sree Mudkarutham was so careless as to mark my clinic notes as the opposite of what I had reported, delaying my proper diagnosis and healing. This hospital is subpar, and all backwards. Awful experience here.

I visited this Medical center for a blood drawl. The hospital's procedures for COVID are very safe. Mildred was the absolute BEST. I'm horrified of needles... as an adult. She listened to my concerns and made me feel very comfortable and not judged at all. The best part was I didn't feel a thing!!!! If my doctor sends for another drawl I will be certain to go back to Mildred, she rocks!!!

Slow response and terrible collection company. Even when I never received the bill. Avoid these jokers.

What a dump of a hospital, Surgery was 2 hours late. waiting room is smaller than my living room, loud dirty and unorganized.
