First time eating here I was greatly surprised and enjoy what I had. The manager and staff we're very patient and helpful on what I decided to eat. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable I also purchase the drink with the pearls at the bottom of it... which was different and a pretty nice drink

The food is consistently good, but they were out of several items when I went, and the fruit cup literally had 9 pieces of fruit in it, not even covering the bottom of the cup.

First time I've been to a Bibibop and I'm in love. The place was immaculately clean and the atmosphere was so pleasant and peaceful. The food was amazing. My daughter can't stop raving about her tofu. Will definitely be back

Great food very good prices, very filling. A new favorite place to eat.

I am not from the area and don't get to go often. I ordered a bowl with purple rice, steak and various other toppings for take out. I went to open my food and was very disappointed. The steak was hard and not good at all so I ended up taking it off and eating the rest. The next time I will drive to the location that I usually go to, the atmosphere is more inviting.

This place has been my go spot for the last five years. The atmosphere is wonderful, the restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly.

First timer for the Bibibop here and what an excellent choice that was for lunch today. The selections were bountiful. All kinds of options to pick from and when I apologized for being slow the gilr behind the counter took the time to let me know how it worked and what all of my options were. A really great experience and the lunchtime bowl was so big I will be skipping dinner tonight!

Food was good and the employee was helpful and pleasant.

Manager is very rude and unprofessional. I went there this morning and I witnessed the manager shouting at an employee from across the store saying things like "call him it doesn't matter you're still fired you won't get your job back". I called the corporate office and complained because this situation was unpleasant and rude. Bibibop should do something because this manager needs better professionalism and people skills. Unacceptable!!

I love BiBiBop! The food is so so so good! I get food from BiBiBop almost everyday. I’m so glad it’s only 3 minutes away from me! I’ve recommended this place to lots of people. It’s better than any fast food place out here!🎯💯

Would love to like this place but how can you be out of food right at the start of dinner rush? Three of four staff in the back, one filling things out front. That’s what coming in early and setting up is for. Get a whole new staff.

Absolutely the worst time I've had at this place. Very unprofessional, and generally poorly run. Out of a majority of the food, though you can see it from standing at the counter. Laughed at the disgusting miso soup they were providing. Poured the yum yum sauce out of the bag at the counter. Probably one of the worst places to grab a bite to eat in that area.
