Great service from Therese at the Beachwood location. She helped me find the ring of my dreams. I look forward to shopping with Zales in the future.

After wearing the ring for about a month, one of the stones in the outer frame fell out. I went to Zales to have it repaired and sized (thank God for the warranty). The Zales rep ensured that he would stress to look at and tighten all other stones just in case. I received my ring in a week and was so excited to have it back to its original splendor. Unfortunately, my joy was short-lived because, after only TWO days, another stone in the outer frame fell out. I am very disappointed and my fiancé is mortified that this gift has been giving us so much grief after such a short period of time.

Disgusting “customer service”, the people working here clearly have no idea what they’re doing and need to be trained several more times. Then again I’m not sure that will fix the level of incompetence at this location. If you’re gonna talk smack about your customers wait till they’re completely out of the store, otherwise they might hear what you said just like I did! The lack of professionalism as this location was astonishing, never have I ever encountered such a horrific group of employees, let alone at any other Zales. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other location. To the girl that was “working” with me at this location today if you see this, know you’re thinking of the right one babe, do better.

The sales lady was extremely helpful. I was able to purchase another necklace for the price of sending mine out to get fixed. Thanks for the great service.

Purchased a ring online to pick up in this store. The ring was late (after the proposal timeline). After a month of sending it off to get resized, it came back and the band was not even fully attached to the ring. If you want to purchase a ring that is worth its' value, I highly suggested taking your business elsewhere. 0/10 would not recommend. EDIT: We received a replacement ring, which had a loose diamond in the ring. We are on our 3rd (and last) attempt at this ring.

The worst experience I would definitely not recommend this jewelry store. Zales has nice jewelry dont get me wrong but this location just made my engagement the worst. Gave my fiance the wrong ring size when on his receipt it had my right size so he knew. Had to send it back and be without my ring for 2 weeks due to their mistake. Then they were close due to power outage. Tried again the next day close due to short staff. Then I called the following day so I wouldnt waste my gas never answered the phone. Finally got my ring but it was just to much dealing with them and they act as if they didnt care about about my unpleasant experience.

I actually had a nice experience in there. I was only walking by, but I did have a jewry question. I'm so sorry. I don't remember but lady older lady who helped me, but I had questions about sales service things that they offer specifically for appraisals. She was very kind she walked me through what Zales could do for me and let me know that my jury would be safe with her them in the process of the return back to me safely. I love knowledge service driven personnel!! 💍 😇

Mikaela is AMAZING. I came into the store today for a specific item to purchase. I was greeted immediately by a customer service rep with a smile. I told Mikaela what I was looking for and she went right to work on my request. Mikaela informed me of a sizing issue with the specific ring I wanted. She was patient with me as we troubleshooted other possibilities. She remained customer service centered the entire time I was in the store. After at least 6 calls and an email we finally ended up with a YES. Mikaela spent at least an hour with me that I am grateful for. She never gave up. MIKAELA is AWESOME and a true ASSET to the Zales family. I will recommend Mikaela to all my friends and family. MIKAELA ROCKS!!!

I Love this place my favorite jewelry store In beach wood to shop at. Now fiancé and I got my ring here and it was beautiful. I absolutely adore it and it is one of a kind and they were very pleasant and helpful very appreciative of the help they gave me and my fiancé and she was patient with us. Positive energy and the we walked in with a good vibe of the place. I will continue to shop here. I would not recommend going to the one down in Canton Ohio, it is not good customer service and they to not listen to the customer of what they explain about the ring size and so much in a hurry... smh 🤦‍♀️

So the staff are friendly but I took my ring in to be resized. I was told it would be 2 weeks until my ring is ready. It’s now been 6 weeks and I’m still waiting for my ring. No one can give me a straight answer on when I should be getting my ring back. It’s also extremely frustrating that I always have to call them for any feedback on this personal item. It would be less frustrating if they would’ve called me and updated / explained to me what was happening instead of me having to run after them all the time. Every time they give me a date it should be ready, I have to call them to find out what’s happening and they still don’t have it.

My experience was a great one. I went into the store with 15 minutes to closing and wasn't rushed at all while I went from counter to counter undecided what to purchase for my loved ones... Chase helped me and was patient and very knowledgeable with each piece I wanted to view..from necklaces to watches upon my decision he helped me choose pieces that will bring a warm smile upon my family faces.. I can't thank him enough and want to knowledge his kindness ... ThankYOU Zales for having great customer service and friendly staff that takes pleasure in helping customers

The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable! No pressure sales, which I appreciate. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the quality of any jewelry I have purchased at a Zales has been less than I’d expect from a reputable company. My jewelry has easily broken in a short time from every day wear and tear and in some cases led to my losing certain pieces .

Great experience at this location. I came in with an issue with a ring the was bought from Zales and passed down to me. The girl that helped me worked really hard to find the paperwork I needed to get it fixed and even though it was not easy to find, she spent a lot of time searching and making calls to help me fix a ring that is priceless to me. And it came back looking almost brand new. So grateful.
