Happened to visit Reliance digital today around 2.30pm and I was literally disappointed by the customer support from their side… To say frankly, not even a single person came to attend our query… we spend nearly 5-10 minute inside the shop and no one in sales staff is really interested to attend us… and finally we found a person and he said that he just had the food and he will come once he washes his hand and even after 5 minute he didn’t came so we just left the shop… I all felt is that they don’t need any sales and all their target is already achieved and it may be their lunch time but nearly 10 people of their staffs were roaming inside the shop and chit chatting each other…

I bought a laptop that is worth 86,000. When I checked its warranty online, it was showing that the laptop's warranty period started before 8 months. I purchased it on March 2019, and it was showing as I purchased it in August 2018. The approached the store with this issue many times, and they kept saying they will update the warranty, but nothing happened till now. I visited the store 2 times with this and made several phone calls, but the staff is just irresponsible and don't value customers. Don't ever purchase from here. I'm going to file this issue in a consumer court.

Very poor customer service. Staff doesn't have proper product knowledge. I went to buy an air conditioner. They didn't even ask my requirement properly. This really upseting.

Very bad pathetic service. The over smartness the employees in Sobha city mall branch have in to sell a product doesn't come along for customer service not even 1 percent of the same.Just to sell products they give fake promises and offers which are completely ignored. Despite repeated calls and face off they hardly bother to help with the promised.

I bought a LG Television from reliance digital sobha city on 5th November. They promised us the team will come and install the TV at our home in 2 days. The salesman is simply telling lies just for sales. We lost full trust on reliance digital sobha city because of this. We also loss hope of getting the warranty from their side because of the initial irresponsible behaviour from them. Please reply on this, so I can give you more details.

I had taken a Samsung c7 pro from the store on 15 to September 2017 and the product was good for nothing it showed complaint of speaker malfunction and voice break during phone calls regardless of any networks The worst part is that in 3 months time I had to walk to the store 4 times before I approached the customer court. Also they are providing unproffesional communication standard to the customer at the store

Very irresponsible dealing, I purchase VOLTAS A/C in 2020. Until now 15 times i register the complaint. When i call the shop they are saying we are not responsible. Then they register the complaint after one week only. Sales executive said i am not responsible, Manager always on sick leave because of CORONA. The staffs don't have managers contact number or etc... I highly suggested to don't bring anything from "RELIANCE DIGITAL" Sobha City branch. Before you purchase Please be think about 100 times, Because Money is yours

Pathetic customer service. Arrogant, rude and impolite staffs who are neither helpful nor want to sell any products. The salesmen, especially a specific person in the smartphone department acts like he owns the place and behaves in a very disrespectful and uncivilized manner with the customers. Just stay away from this place. Better to order online from their website or visit some other store in the region.

Very bad experience after purchasing, i m purchased Lg xboom speaker, so that time they offer me mic with that, but mic is not in their thrissur outlet and they courier the product to My address and i recieved after use of asingle month, its not working, i raise a complaints and LG technition inspected and he said that its the complaint of mic not the speaker, unfortunately mic was Ahuja Brand, so that Lg cant do anything on that, but i called One staff of thrissur reliance digital, he didnt the phone, and he said that i will call back and he disnt called me, i m not revealing his name, he cheated me, please take care of it, dont cheat pepoles and i recommended croma Tata Enterprise, cheapest price and best service

Worst service ever.!!! When asked for Wifi connection in the display model to check the video clarity of 4K video, it was said that providing the Wifi connection void the warranty of the product. Also this model is for sale. Better think twice before you purchase from this shop.😡😡😡😡😡

Ordered an AC. Experience was pathetic. paid amount for AC with accessories and installation. When they came for installation, charged 1000 extra for stand and tried to contact the concerned person in sales and no response for hours. Later spoke with someone else and got a reply that it was their mistake during billing. but cant do anything now as the person who billed us is off today. even for installation, we waited from morning till night.

I purchased haeir 1.5 ton 4star AC. During billing thy said product is out of stock will be delivered within 1 week. So we paid and placed order. There was no response what so ever for 1 week. So we called them to know the update and then they asked to wait for another 1 week. So after 2 weeks of waiting as usual no response, so we called again then they asked us to wait one more day. Next morning they called and said ordered product not in market anymore, sorry. After 2 weeks of waiting you call and tell us there s no product. And no refund. So we had order another product of same price again from the store and this time they promised to deliver it the next day. Today is 2nd day of waiting no product till now no call or update I mean can any store be more pathetic. Done with reliance digital and pathetic ,the worst service ever. Never again.

I had a very bad experience with a samsung mobile I did shop from here, I didn't un box the cellphone inside shop as it would have been a bad decision to take during a pandemic, but found a human hair , inside the box , and when I did contact the shop they told me to contact samsung , samsung asked me to contact the shop, in normal situations it wouldn't have been a big issue, but during a pandemic it's an issue needed concern from both seller and manufacturers, I have no complaint against the quality of product but the packaging, Only shop where I could find notebook computers with latest generation processors both AMD and Intel. More pieces on display inthe case of both laptops and Led Tvs
