I guess it was off-season as it was so quiet. The delightful tropical surroundings and the quiet made our stay perfect. The rare occasion I had to deal with staff was positive. The place is large and surprisingly very well maintained. Our single room accom had been newly renovated. The curtains showed signs of mould, as did one window in the bathroom, which had black mould on it. It was obvious from the noise upstairs (wooden floors) that there is no soundproofing between the levels. I would not be staying there if there were people with children staying upstairs. So choose your level and time carefully if you are after a quiet holiday

Excellent hotel. Feels very tropical. Pools are lovely and heated. Free bus service in summer to the beach and main strip. Gorgeous on site restaurant. Excursion brochures at hotel and easy to book. Would recommend.

Can’t recommend this place at all. Our room was nice, it looked like it was newly renovated. The floors were dirty. These are two and three floor apartments, all with wooden floors. The unit above us was couple and two small kids. The noise was unbearable. All day and til late at night. Quiet word to staff at reception after first night was unhelpful, they said they couldn’t move us even though we saw plenty of empty units. We had to endure that for 5 nights plus noisy pool right out front of our patio. These apartments need soundproofing. We won’t be back.i also want to add that the reception is unmanned after 4.30pm until next morning on week days and around noon on Sundays so guests are entirely on their own. There is an emergency number but if you dare to call for a non emergency you’re charged $150.00 + from memory.

Great place to stay. The apartment was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, spa and restaurant. The free bus to Hastings Street was a definite bonus… right outside the front driveway and departing every 15 minutes. A very special part of our stay was Body Sculpt and Pilates with Robyn - what a woman!!! Loved these exercise classes!!!!! If you stay here make sure you join in. It’s for people of all abilities - have a go!!!

Rooms and surroundings are well maintained. Just showing it's age a bit but still good value. Pool area's are very clean and well maintained. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend booking a room on the top floor as sound through the ceiling from above can be a bit annoying. Otherwise, I enjoyed the stay. Would be good for families with young children. It's just a bit of a walk to anything, but the in-house shuttle bus service is great. The on-site restaurant (Thai) was excellent, there is a couple of great restaurants around the corner,I went to "sum young guys" and the food was great.

Pretty good resort with good facilities. Some of the longer term residents ruin the atmosphere a little bit when visiting for a holiday, with messy apartments, cigarette smoke etc. Also for a 5 night stay we really needed some more cleaning products (detergent, washing powder, spray). But overall good value for money and a nice stay.

We’ve had a great experience in this hotel! The hotel is located a bit outside of the main shopping area, but a courtesy transfer from the hotel was present to Hastings St. There are also some nice restaurants in the close vicinity, including the one on the grounds of the hotel itself. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Highly recommended, can't stress enough how excellent this place is. So peaceful surrounded by nature. Pool and spa was amazing. Definitely coming back for a girl group outing. LOVED IT LOVED IT So neat and clean like your own place. Full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, clean pots and pans with no scratches, cuttleries etc. You jabe to see it for yourself. Bed is so comfy too. I didn't take my Apartments pics inside but I stayed in rm 62 was amazing. Melina Khan visited 20th to 22nd Oct.

Paid for a room, no balcony, tiny unusable deck, old outdated room, and grotty. When I queried our room booking, I was told it was our fault for accepting the room even though we said we were not happy. The room should not have been available to book as contractors spent every morning from 7am parked and working outside our room. The ground floor was so noisy from the rooms above. Be clear if you stay here, and we wouldn't again, that you might need to push back to get what you paid for!

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at South Pacific Resort. We stayed in a superior room, which was clean, bright and spacious. Our room had a large balcony, overlooking one of the four pools. Great location, away from the hustle and bustle of Hastings street, but only a 5 minute drive! Walking distance to several cafes and Aldi. The only strange thing was that the ceiling fan in the bedroom was on when we arrived and we could not locate the switch for the fan. Would definitely stay again!

Got a special on Groupon and was amazing value for money! Loved the tropical and classic vibes of the place, location means needing a car or bus into center but it means the area is quiet and relaxed. If making an online booking at spa double check with them in person as there seemed to be a mix up with my booking.

Great apartment and lovely pools and gardens. I was in a ground floor apartment, not sure how noisy it would be if someone was in the apartment above me. The location is away from the action but a bus stop is across the road. A supermarket and a couple of restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Nice place for a stay, you need a few days to really enjoy it. Location is not the greatest, but they have a shuttle. Would recommend own car. Staff friendly. Oh yeah, clean with comfy beds.

A very beautiful and well structured resort. They have 3 separate pool/spa sections, which are all amazing! The gardens are stunning and every room is spacious and very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The restaurant has some great food options and a decent selection of drinks 🍻 🍹 The free shuttle is perfect if you're looking to check out the main strip of local cafes, restaurants and shopping. It's also a short stroll to the beautiful Noosa National Park. 🐠

We absolutely loved our stay here for our work retreat. The gardens are beautifully kept and give a very tropical feel. Having several swimming pools to choose from meant that they were not overcrowded, and often had the place to ourselves. There is a heated spa and sauna which we enjoyed too. The room was well kept and clean, although the bathroom was a little dated. There are several places to eat just a short walk from the resort, and the main township is a short drive. We highly recommend getting a massage from the masseuse located on site. They were very professional and did an amazing job.

So good that we come back almost every year. Both the resort and staff are great. The free public bus service over summer supplement the resort shuttle if you’re feeling too lazy for a leisurely walk to Hasting St and the junction. The Thai restaurant is also a plus for ultimate convenience and perhaps a sneaky drink poolside.

I love this resort for all these reasons!! After staying at many resorts all over the world this is a place that makes me feel rested and welcomed. I visit every year! Has a great Spa that offers treatments and massage that’s perfect for every visit. A lovely team at reception to answer all your questions. A Thai restaurant on site if you want to stay in. Or… walking distance to great coffee, bakery and well known Sum Yung Guys restaurant with exceptional food!! The on site shuttle can take you to Noosaville river for other busy restaurants, shopping and cafes. Of course, a trip to Hastings Street is always a treat! Enjoy and have fun!!

Exceeded our expectations. Very affordable, great sized room, very clean. 4 pools! Which meant there was enough free space and lounges to relax. Nice resort styling and vibes with being kitschy. Location is good because it's close enough to the river AND Noosa beach without being expensive. There's a free shuttle to Hastings Street. Reception availability hours are quite short. We would stay here again 😀

Beautiful clean rooms, gorgeous spas and amazing traditional sauna. The restaurant is fantastic also excellent services, great cocktails and big meals - not expensive either. This is definitely my new favourite place. Thank you 🙏

I’ve had such an amazing experience here at this resort. I was looking for somewhere peaceful with facilities I require yet still close by to Hastings. I chose a room with a spa to relax and unwind. It had everything I needed. Friendly staff, location is convenient and clean comfortable room. I also had a day spa at the resort. The Thai restaurant is quite lovely too

Just stayed for a week and will definitely be back! Hit a small snag when arriving on the Sunday as reception had closed so needed to retrieve the keys from the lockbox. the team on the phone were very helpful and all was sorted within 5mins. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Pools were relaxing and was great to be able to have choice over 4 different pools in case one was a little busy. Great shuttle service to get you into Hastings St without having to deal with trying to park the car. Will recommend to anyone wanting a nice week/weekend away!

Beautiful motel. The apartment was a good size and gardens are beautiful. There are a few pools and they are in the lush gardens. The Thai Chinese restaurant there is actually amazing. Some of the best Thai food I've eaten. They have authentic Thai chefs. It's a large complex but the room are divided by gardens and are private. It's close to shops. It's close to the river.
