Our first review as we're new to area. Clean Cafe, however the food was hit and miss, I had a Burger (women forgot onion and the egg was way over cooked), it said with chips, I got about 10 chips. My wife had a Schnitzel Wrap, which was dried lumps of chicken with awful over-powering thick chilli sauce or jam. Coffee was made by a young girl who looked 12 years old, which was lukewarm and at least half an inch from the top. One star as we couldn't recommend and we won't return. The canteen in the middle of the complex if you're looking for a decent coffee and food. Response to Owner That is fantastic you love working with today's youths, although I can't help conclude it's more for cheaper labour. Regardless, if you have been training her for a year, perhaps you need to look at your training methods as they were dreadful cups of coffee. If that is the result from 12 months training, perhaps barista isn't for her. We prefer our coffee made by professionals or at least by someone with more experience, not youths in training. Has it not dawned on you that people are going elsewhere for their coffee? Oh that's right, you love working with the youths. You do realise these are reviews and as a result, reviews are posted from customer's experience? My wife isn't on review, nor is she a cooking for the public; therefor I fail to see the relevance for your personal attack! You do know people can see your response to reviews; which isn't very positive for your business.

Picked up a quick toasted Reuben panini for lunch. Everything house made including the bread and Russian dressing! Delicious. Staff were friendly and service was quick. I'll be going back for one of their house made gourmet pies next time I'm in the area. Highly recommended!

Love love love stella blue buy far my favourite place to eat the pies and sausage rolls are delicious and the milk shakes are literally the best thing I’ve ever drank! The staff are lovely and kind, wouldn’t go any where else :)

Reply to owner - I actually visited your store this morning. After years of being a customer this morning was the final straw and is what prompted me to leave a review. I asked for a ham and cheese sandwich for a child's school lunch. There were no sandwiches in the cabinet so I thought the person serving would make one as that is what they have done previously. Instead, she proceeded to get a panini out of cabinet and remove the tomato and give it to me untoasted. I am sorry to see that you have not been able to take a genuine review well. I will obviously have to keep driving to Coolum or Noosa for my fresh bread and sandwiches from the bakery. Alot of variety but do nothing well, are you a burger shop or a bakery? The springs needs a good bakery with good sandwhiches and pastries. You guys seem confused, sorry for the harsh review but needs to be said.

I love Stella blue! The variety of food options is fantastic. My son loved his apple turnover and my daughter enjoyed a delicious hot choccie and caramel slice. So family friendly and I always enjoy the chat with the staff!

Nice place for the morning Latte and croissant (or bacon and eggs wrap). The stand out is the happy, chatty team working there. Always looking to brighten you day. And they love dogs !

Bit of a hidden gem as it's off the highway and tucked back in the Peregian Shopping Centre but worth tracking down for the coffee and breakfast wrap. One of the few cafes where you can pick up a loaf of Walter's sourdough too but this always sells out fast so go early.

I can’t rave about this beautiful hidden gem enough!!! I stumbled across this lovely cafe when I popped into Coles one day, I was hangry and in need of a serious caffeine hit to get through the chaos of my weekly grocery shop. I was met with a smile by the beautiful staff and treated myself to the biggest coffee they had along with a toasted Reuben. In a flash, I had coffee in my hand in the delicious toastie to go. The coffee was a lifesaver and the toasted Reuben made my mouth water. Now Stella Blue is now my go to happy place before my weekly shop. I’ve loved exploring their menu, especially their range of toasted sandwiches. I just delicious! You can’t go wrong! All of their staff are so lovely and the coffee is always top notch. Can’t recommend them enough!

I was a bit annoyed as I stopped in at the Local juice bar to get a coffee based off Google reviews and my coffee was NOT good. The rest of my family were getting lunch from Stella Blue and Hubbies coffee was so good I ended up getting a new one from this cafe. The kids loved their lunch too. As such I felt the need to leave a review because I have found my new go to and its so important to pass these recommendations on. We are a bit fussy with our coffee after moving here from Sydney.

Love this bakery. Amazing coffee and food!! The staff are friendly, kind and always up for a laugh and chat, If you’re looking for a great coffee and yummy food don’t go past Stella Blue.

Have just picked up 12 sandwiches on a platter for my husbands wake. I have never seen more uninteresting sandwiches especially since this is a special occasion which I mentioned when ordering. I told them I wanted it special. No variety, No Mayo or even relish to make them more palatable. Some bread was pretty dry and some had no butter. For this I paid $ 200. so very disappointed. I shall never go in there again.

I visit the shop for coffee and food most days. I always leave happy and satisfied with whatever I decide to eat or drink whether it be a fresh toasted breaky wrap or a hearty it works burger! Coffee is always smashing and the girls are friendly and cheerful. The pastry’s and sweets also never disappoint! What a great Bakery😊
