I used to go to the first branch of Big Buns. I really love their variety of burgers. The food is Halal and always fresh and delicious. Costumer services are excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing they might rethink about it is the prices of ribs. Otherwise, everything here is amazing. Highly recommended!

We were trynna find a burger joint and ended up coming across Big Buns and it was certainly a hit 💯💯 We had beef cheeseburger and a mushroom beef burger with loaded fries. Loved it. Great atmosphere. We were served by Sally who was super friendly and the other gentleman helped us with their recommendations! And so glad that this place is Halal. We are coming in again next time with a bunch of mates. Gotta try the ribs and shakes.

Food was absolutely delicious and services was fantastic, food came out really quickly!! The staff were so lovely and accommodating to such a big booking of 14 people!!! Bischoff shakes are amazing. We will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend you treat your taste buds with a visit here!!!

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, good service! Will come back ! I am too full to order the dessert. But for the drinks with sparkling outside the glass, are we suppose to lick 👅 on the glass ?

Tried this place for the first time today. So glad that it was halal. I think it’s safe to say that these were the best burgers and loaded fries we had ever tried. The service was excellent too. The staff members made sure that we enjoyed our meal and felt welcome. Definitely coming again and bringing more people!

A family member recommended I try this place and I’m really glad I did. Customer service was top notch, clean restaurant with a nice ambience.. but I must say, the food was easily a 20/10. Delicious, generous servings, fresh, tasty and absolutely AMAZING. I can’t wait to visit again soon

Food was amazing! And atmosphere is so unique for an american style diner vibe - they play bridgerton style music (acoustic popular songs) its so nice. Customer service was great too, very welcoming and kind

MashAllah Owners & staff are really nice and kind. The restaurant is so nice! Alhamdulillah really enjoyed our brunch here. I loved their coffee the most and loaded fries with shredded chicken is a must! Daughter loved her nuggies and husband his burger. We will be back very soon Insha'Allah.

Cannot rave highly enough about this place. First time here, and my god we will be back many times to come. The food and drinks are ridiculously good value for money, the service is incredible. The atmosphere was so calm and welcoming. The quality of everything was just insanely good. Words cannot describe how much the burgers here, the loaded fries and drinks outweigh anything you would get at Grilld or Burger Urge. Everything had so much flavour, right down to the macaroni in the burger (which at most places is bland). Thank you for wowing us foodies like you have. We can’t wait to be back.

Really enjoyed the meal last night. It was a cheeseburger deluxe, sweet potato fries, mozzarella sticks and beef ribs. And to finish it off we had a choc sundae and coffee. It was really delicious and the service was great.

Awesome experience here - fantastic staff who were super friendly and the food was prepared in massive portions! There was ample seating (indoors & outdoors) and we were welcomed with a massive smile upon arrival. The beef ribs were perfectly prepared - succulent and tender, full of flavour and just falling off the bone. Buffalo wings were juicy and saucy as were the loaded chicken fries. The Deluxe Cheese burger is as described by name: deluxe and with generous amounts of pickles! Highly recommended!

My partner and i got the cheesy fries, half a rack of beef ribs, buffalo wings, and the southern fried chicken. For drinks we got two cookies and cream shake. Edna was the one who took care of us and she was absolutely lovely. Great service and timing. There was a few minor things about the food we both think could do improving but its so minor that it dosent cause a fuss. The cheesy fries has American cheese if u arent a fan. A bit tangy and sharp. The beef ribs were cooked to perfection. The wings were amazing but the ranch sauce was a bit runny but definitely did hit the spot. The southern fried chicken my partner had i was told was amazing and no complaints. The shakes were definitely my favourite. For all my Muslim friends this place dosent serve any pork products in their menu so its definitely safe. Overall. Everything was so lovely and id definitely come back again. Atmosphere, service and food were all amazing. The name is correct in saying big, as it is big burgers that we struggled to finish, tasted delicious too. Katie served us with a smile and even treated the kids with a small treat after the meal. Will definitely visit again.

Had no issues at all. The portions are great. Food tastes amazing and definitely stands out from other well-known food chains. These guys know how to make a delicious burger. Staff are polite and greeted us as we walked in. Sally was really lovely coming over and checking on us. Exceptional customer service. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu!

Delicious burgers. Second time coming from the Northside as we had been before but came back with all the family. Will definitely be back again. Highly recommend . So great that there are so many gluten free options. Awesome service with staff being friendly and helpful.
