I always have an amazing experience at Align Massage. I had Tran, who accommodated to all of my needs and was so so lovely! I felt so welcome and very well looked after! 10/10 - The Align Massage team is incredible.

Terrible massage with inconstant pressure. I walked out with bruises. The worst was I was told at the end that the massage was $105 and not $85 as the price list said. When I queried why she told me it was because I had a “special massage”! There was nothing special about the massage - it was awful!

I got Covid after going here. Sanitise better.

Requested a 60min relaxation massage, but received 47mins thumbs being pressed into pain points. Not relaxing in the slightest. I asked for 30mins of neck, head and shoulders. These areas werent touched. 13 minutes of my 60 minute massage were sitting with my feet in a bucket. Such a waste of money and time. Really disappointing.

First time trying align massage - very relaxing and comforting massage. Plus the staff are very nice and welcoming. Will defineitly be back next week...

Not life changing but pretty good. My massage was a little unusual at times but I left feeling better, and I appreciated the health fund rebate.

Left in a worse state than when arrived - I booked an appointment for my mother a while ago, she has severe Fibromyalgia and I had heard the a myofascial release massage could help with the chronic full body pain. Before making the appointment I explained my mothers condition and needs and I asked if the therapist was qualified and experienced with myofascial therapy and I was told yes. Well, to my utter shock and horror my mother came back from her treatment looking grey and pasty in her face, she pleaded with me not to arrange anything else as this experience was so painful and she felt so ill. As my mum described the experience it was clear that the lady giving the treatment was providing a standard massage which was far to heavy in pressure for someone with Fibromyalgia. My mother repeatedly asked the lady to be more gentle but she did not. I was so angry and upset that I could not face raising this at the time, I would have totally lost it. I do not recommend this business. I will add that this was a while ago so I hope things have improved or that they no longer advertise and offer myofascial massage!

Had a treatment today for an extremely painful shoulder. They squeezed me in without a booking and Dr Queeny was excellent. Massage, acupuncture and a bit more massage. Recommend.
