Went in with my mum to get new glasses and had the best customer service by everyone there. We were served by Alissa and I can not express how helpful and extremely friendly Alissa was to us. I ended up getting my script filled as well. I highly recommend this store.

First time I've been to spec savers and highly recommend them. Got caring and excellent service from optometrist and staff assisting to choose the right frames for me. I felt relaxed with no pressure in time to choosing frames.

Firstly, I went into the store to select my frames. I was served by Alissa. She was extremely helpful, she listened to what I wanted, and took the time to help me find frames that suited and would actually fit my face correctly. (Previous visits, I've just been rushed out of there, no help at all in determining if the frames were right for me). I wasnt made to feel like I was wasting her time and that I had to rush. When it was time to collect them, I insisted Alissa fit them, since my first experience with her was excellent, making me feel like nothing was too much trouble. She was super friendly, and professional at the same time. Alissa, you are amazing at what youd do, your customer service is at the next level 😊

The dreaded screw fell out of my glasses. I went in store as I couldn't replace it. Trish immediately replaced the screw with a new one, checked the others, and then cleaned my glasses. Fantastic service, I was all done in under 10 minutes. Thank you 😊

Great service for the eye test and spectacle frame choice but you have to chase them up to know if your glasses are in store. I got a reminder call to collect mine after 5 weeks of my fitting.

Order glasses multifocals $150 range, replacement got glasses are blurry when you look sideways so I took them back. Though they would not sell glasses like that, so you can not see what is coming sideways and no that's how they are and that's what you get when you buy the cheap one. Can not use these glasses but they can fix them for another $250, this is just rubbish and why would you do that, don't go there just a bad company and people. Gympie branch zero stars not 1.

I can now see properly, thanks to the team at spacsavers! Ruby was very patient and helpful picking out frames and took the time to ensure I was happy, the whole process was easy and painless and my glasses arrived and they fit perfectly!
