Excellent fire trails for hiking/walking and awesome mountain bike single track. Sometimes you might even see a koala or snake or lizard 😊

Top class MTB trails. Big climbs but awesome single track decents. Great skills park at entry. Pretty good fire trails for trail running. Plenty of parking but gets busy in peak times

Love walking this area a couple of kick butt hills as well. If you dont know area make sure you photograph map at entry to walks first. Trails well sign posted and wide enough for parks vehicles. All tracks kept in pretty good condition especially the more used ones. I park at iron bark gully which has toilets and picnic area. Well worth the visit.

Good wide rails set wind up and down across a forest of Eucalypt and low level scrub bush. Most of the trails are wide Fire Trail. A couple of steep sections which get the heart going. If you are on foot there is a need to be very careful as mountain bike riders will bowl you over where the trails intersect.

It is such a fun place and close and has a friendly community. I don’t have Much to say it is just amazing. And all the tracks are community named and council made. The fire tracks are really hard though. Overall a great place.

Fantastic place to take the bike out. Some great trails (and steep hills). Quite a few people usually out and about but enjoyable. Great little bike park down the bottom for kids and all to build skills.

Excellent mountain bike trail network. Trails are well maintained and safe for riders of all levels. The skills park is great for honing in your ability or as a day care for teenage shredders.

What an awesome space for mountain bike riding, lots of trails for all different levels as well as a jumps and tricks space! Car parking is alright, but when it's busy you may need to reverse out.

My favorite place to ride in Brisbane, a great flow track and some old school tracks as well. Next to the carpark is training area with jumps and is a good place to train kids or warm up before the ride .

Samford provides a wide range of activities. It has a great picnic area with dedicated walking tracks. It has a great range of mountain bike trails for all skill levels. It lacks public drinking water and the toilet facilities are inadequate for the number of people visiting.

Great MTB and hiking network for all abilities. Be prepared for a fair amount of climbing, leading to some great descending through a variety of terrains. The bottom part has a great skills zone to practice jumps, berms, balance, etc... Highly recommended

  • 5/5 Jason B. 3 years ago on Google
Great mountain bike trails for all levels of experience. The terrain park is fun for the kids. Parking okay but it can get crazy busy. Samford Rd can be very busy so watch young ones if you have to cross to park on the other side. Great access to improved riding trail across range to Samford Village. Accessible from Ferny Grove Train station via wide exercise path. Great area with plenty of BBQ and picnic parks nearby.

  • 5/5 Jean G. 3 years ago on Google
Really great tracks for mountain biking but some good ones for walking as well. Good range of tracks to choose from based on your fitness level. The trail markers could be a bit bigger. Recommend you print off a trail map from website just to be safe.

Great place for a dog walk. So many tracks to explore and the dogs love it. Stop at the tennis park cafe and grab a coffee on the way and you are set. Plenty of parking and toilets on site.
