I
would
not
recommend
Trit
House
as
their
service
is
terrible
and
they
don’t
care
about
their
customers.
We
ordered
8
poise
timber
and
leather
chairs
after
very
carefully
researching
and
choosing
these
chairs.
The
sales
assistant
we
dealt
with
assured
us
that
our
leather
would
match
and
be
from
the
same
batch.
She
did
explain
that
leather
was
a
natural
product
and
they
may
be
some
small
variations
which
we
understood
as
we
have
had
leather
furniture
in
the
past.
When
our
chairs
arrived
4
matched
the
sample
chair
we
were
shown
in
the
Brisbane
store
and
4
had
either
terrible
marks
on
them
or
were
a
completely
different
leather
texture.
Even
the
delivery
driver
on
unpacking
said
that
the
4
chairs
were
unacceptable
and
needed
to
be
replaced.
We
immediately
photographed
the
chairs
and
let
them
know
of
our
problem
and
asked
for
4
chairs
to
be
changed
to
match
the
other
ones
that
matched
the
sample
chair.
What
came
next
was
disgraceful
customer
service.
Nothing
was
done
to
help
solve
the
problem
the
only
alternative
we
were
given
was
to
return
the
chairs
to
the
Brisbane
store
at
our
cost
and
receive
a
refund
less
the
$600
delivery
cost.
They
stated
it
was
‘change
of
mind’
return.
Well
we
certainly
had
not
changed
our
minds
we
loved
the
chairs
and
just
wanted
8
matching
chairs.
We
have
tried
emailing
the
company
to
reach
some
resolution
but
no
one
replies.
When
the
problem
was
made
known
to
the
team
in
the
Brisbane
showroom
phone
calls
or
emails
were
not
returned
until
prompted
by
us.
I
had
let
them
know
we
were
going
through
a
particularly
stressful
time
in
our
lives
when
ordering
the
chairs
and
was
assured
there
was
nothing
to
worry
about.
I
have
now
reordered
the
same
chairs
from
another
supplier
who
was
so
upset
on
our
behalf
because
of
the
terrible
service
we
experienced
and
he
has
let
the
chair
designer
and
manufacturer
also
know
of
our
treatment.
The
chairs
we
have
now
ordered
THE
SAME
POISE
CHAIR
were
photographed
before
distribution
for
our
approval
and
are
definitely
from
the
same
batch.
When
I
asked
Trit
why
the
chairs
hadn’t
been
checked
before
delivery
they
told
me
that
they
don’t
have
time
to
do
this.
We
taking
this
matter
further
as
we
don’t
believe
we
should
be
paying
the
$600
delivery
and
no
one
from
Trit
head
office
has
had
the
courtesy
to
reply
to
our
emails
or
phone
calls.
Think
very
carefully
before
ordering
anything
from
this
company.
It
has
been
an
awful
experience
for
us.
