    I arrived 5:25 pm ,just collect my oline order,wait so long time almost 30 min. I told her clearly that I just picked up my item, and after waiting for 30 minutes, she told me come back tomorrow,my flight tomorrow, and someone needs to tell me how to pick up my item? unpleasant shopping experience.

    I would actually rate 0 if I could. I have muliptle LV items, and never had a problem with service. SA was terrible. Seemed totally uninterested in being there or actually doing her job. In stark contrast the Gucci girls were well trained on customer sevice and knew their product.....SOLD

    Seriously horrible service!! As this was my first Louis Vuitton bag I was expecting an amazing experience but was let down by Milad j. Who shouldn’t be in a position of customer service, because he doesn’t have any. Other customers in store were being looked after as I have seen previously when shopping with my mum at Louis Vuitton. I now regret my purchase from this store and will not be returning. If you are looking for excellent service, you best avoid this particular store.

    Very poor service. Gave my bag for repair with clear instructions on what I want repaired. Charged a high price for repair but hasn't fixed it. I brought it to the notice of the sales representative, wrote an email too but so far since months no one has bothered to respond. I have decided never to buy from Loui vuitton ever again due to poor customer care. Totally disappointed

    Very poor customer service skill. When she came up to me, she did not introduce herself to me. whenever I asked her to show me different colors and etc, she did not respond to me. It seemed like she did not want to serve me. She has been very rude, dismissive and unwelcoming during the whole shopping process. When I told her I would like to purchase one of the bags, she nodded to the air, actually there was no eye contact at all even when she gave me the shopping bag after I paid for it! Very disappointing!!!

    Had an amazing experience at the queen street store. I was served by a lovely gentleman Douglas who helped me pick out the right product for me. I walked out with the design and accessory I’ve always wanted. Loved the service I received, a big shout out to Douglas. I was even gifted 2 samples of their perfumes for my birthday. 100% recommend him to anyone

    I've shopped at LV since the 00s and never had I experienced such an appalling service. First, we were disrespected by the security who micromanaged where we stood, as if on a mad power trip. Next, a myriad of people, who clearly bought nothing from the store, we got moved again and were told that we would have to wait 20 minutes. For what? More people buying nothing? We went with clear intentions to buy a specific item, but thanks to this utterly disgusting treatment, we will be taking our business elsewhere. People, DO NOT SHOP THERE.

    First time LV buyer and I had the most incredible sales assistant, Hector H. He went above and beyond to ensure I was well informed on the brand and it’s history, specific product bought and on the maintenance and care of my product. I will be back again without a doubt.     I never had such a negative experience at Louis Vuitton until now. I inquired about the upcoming collaboration and was informed that purchasing the items was not open to the public which is fine. I proceeded to inform the SA that I have a purchase profile with LV and wanted to know if I could be contacted regarding it if I left my details. She flat out refused me and did not offer any helpful solution. Just shut me down. I have worked in a luxury environment previously and never have I seen customer service so appalling. Some advice for the SA. It’s okay to turn customers down so long as you can proactively find a solution to meet them half way. In this instance, the lady was not even the slightest interested in giving me any assistance beyond a ‘no’. Won’t be coming here again

    🤮🤮🤮🤮 gross consultants/ management in new LV Queen st store. Guy at the front was nice , but I would rather shop Melbourne , Sydney. Small range and wanted me to deposit 10k to look at wallets and insist this is normal. My consultant in Melbourne always prepare everything for me. So don't waste your time visiting here

    Never had such disappointing customer service than what I have received today at the Brisbane store. The quality of a wallet I purchased was not to the standard Louis Vuitton supposedly holds itself too and I was un-empathetically explained there was no repair option despite being well within Australian consumer law. I hope no one else has the experience I do for supposed “life time warranty”.

    Went in there and bought something yesterday, Store workers are somewhat friendly if your not a regular I believe sometimes they do not take u as seriously which is somewhat fair enough. Refreshments were given after we stayed more than 15 minutes, Secret Low Key rooms to try clothes on and whole place very clean. Overall staff could have been bit more friendly and a bit more helpful and welcoming.

    Vine (Sales Associate) is AMAZING!! 🤩 Even though I waited 12 months for this perfume refill, she kept me updated throughout the entire process, waived the price increase & gave me a gift. I’m very appreciative. 🥰 I always feel completely accommodated & comfortable in store.

    Highly recommend asking for Adriana Klamer if you go to this store. Adriana is the single most helpful and lovely sales associate I’ve come across. She always knows her product, and gives you new ideas, without being pushy. Adriana makes it a pleasure to shop at Louis Vuitton Brisbane and is an asset to the company.

    If I could give less than 1/5 I would… came straight after work and did not have time to change into “expensive” clothing. I walked in wanting to buy something but ended up waiting 30 minutes. I had to leave since no one bothered to come. Yet other people without prior appointments were attended to after 5 minutes of wait time. This level of service is unacceptable at a high end brand like Louis Vuitton. Fair to say this will be my last visit to this boutique.

    A disappointing experience shopping at LV Brisbane. Most classic handbag styles are out of stock or no colour variations available on the single styles on show. Not what I expected from a supposed 1st World brand. My girl will have to modify her taste and I will put the cash back in the safe and look to other brands.

    Super terrible experience. If you not wear 'expensive' clothes, no one gonna help you even just ask a question. The lady who was standing to welcome said she would come and help us, then we waited for 30 mins, no one have time but they had time to serve beverage to the guest sitting on the sofa and walking around to chat with each other. We were just shopping our gifts for our friends and budget like $10000 roughly, they don't think this deserve to be served.

    Going to mark them down as it seems it's who you get to service you, went there three times, two were good one was bad. Disgustingly bad. If you feel like the service lacks, ask for a different person. Perhaps some of their staff need to be reminded they work there and I'm in there to shop.

    One part (a hook) falling out of the bag. hardly used but replacing it cost 90.00. Their customer service is worst than ever. Expensive bags for no service then you know where to go.

    Before heading in, I was quite sceptical of the reviews I had read around the Brisbane store and the service, and considered heading to the Gold Coast. All of that concern was out the window as soon as I arrived however. The service was fantastic, the same as what you get next door at T&C and that was all down to Simon on the day who just delivered (and more) on the level of service you'd expect. 5 stars.

    Lauren was absolutely amazing to deal with. The bag I wanted wasn't available so she had to order it in from overseas for me. She kept me informed when the bag arrived in store and promptly greeted me when I returned. She was very patient when assisting me with my purchase. She was professional and helpful and made the shopping experience a lot of fun.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Louis Vuitton Brisbane boutique last weekend. Alexandra's exceptional customer service made my visit memorable. Her knowledge and friendliness made the bag and sneaker purchase process enjoyable. I'll certainly return and look forward to buying from her again. Highly recommended!

    I purchased a bag online and it was in store within a couple of days for pickup. The level of service I received from start to finish was amazing. All staff were extremely helpful and extremely friendly. I will definitely be back soon.

    Staff are very friendly and helpful without making you feel pressured into buying something you don't necessarily want. Would have liked to have seen more products on display however ladies were happy to bring products out to show me. Happy overall with my purchase and the VIP experience.

    Very poor experience today at LV Brisbane. Sales associate did not seem to know any of the style names or colour names and was very disinterested in my purchase overall. The store was incredibly cramped and the staff weren’t particularly interested in the customer experience at all. I spent a significant amount of money but would have gotten better service at H&M or Kmart. Really disappointing experience.

    Beautiful. Located in a heritage listed building, formerly National Australia Bank. Staff are very friendly and professional. Great location next to Queens Plaza in CBD, with parking. L3 levels. Lower level: down the stairs which are colourfully painted by local indigenous artist, to the men's / unisex area. Features the gifted painters and old bank vaults (wrapped, not painted) and security walkway to them. Ground level: Bags, luggage, perfume, scarves, sunglasses, jewellery, women's shoes and clothing. Upper level: areas for events showcasing indigenous art. ✔️ Tip: make an appointment.

    Service in store was more than I could hope for, I had an issue with a strap and it was replaced on the spot within 10mins. Staff were friendly and helpful, offered water and refreshments upon entry. Very happy to not have to part with my bag

    The customer service in LV is getting worse and worse, I don’t feel comfortable with the way the staff talking to me. Even though I bought a bag, he did not ask me to sit down or offer drinks and I was just standing there waiting for him to print the receipt for me. That’s not the service I deserve to buy luxury goods. Disappointed a lot, I still love the brand but can the HR manager be careful with the staff that you hiring?

    Had fantastic service from Javier S in Brisbane today! I had ordered a belt for my son which came in the designated time and I was notified to make a collection appointment. I had an exchange which was done with ease also. Javier was knowledgeable, humble and informative with my bag choices. It all ran smoothly and he even met me at my car with all the bags for safety!     Worse customer service. Yes we may of had 2 crying babys but wouldnt the show you guys we wented to buy something then not just leaving. The person that served us was playing on there phone messaging his partner with love hearts we seen when he put his phone down. So instead he didnt make the sale. Our money will be spent else where!!!
