Small café at the edge of the shopping mall near the Chateau De Labourdonnais. Both coffee and sweets were fine but nothing fancy. Reasonably priced compared to the provided service.

This is a stunning clean place we love every shop..and coffe shop aswell.we go there a lot..all over the grouds is stunning..

Really appreciate our family brunch at La terrasse. Could improve their customer service by juste being polite or smilling to the customer. It still remain our place to be for family brunch in the north.

Perfect place if you want to have a soggy uncooked Quattro frommagi pizza, a four cheese pasta that has no taste of cheese at all (seems like they use little amount of cheap cheddar cheese), and also hearing waiters talk loudly, in an unprofessional way and joking around with each other while you are standing 10 mins with the menu and waiting for someone to take the order. Pathetic service and food quality for such a nice place.

Twice in one week no black tea was available, only very expensive kusmi tea infusions! If you're out of tea on Monday and the delivery isn't due, maybe send someone to the shop to buy some!

Lovely place with beautiful seating. Food and beverages are good. Unfortunately the service is lacking tremendously. Got ignored for quite some time and staff was not friendly. Maybe cause we didn't look like money as the rest of the customers.

The service needs improvement! I was enquiring for the prices of cakes and the guy at the till had to ask his colleague for each and every one of them. Best to put prices next time. Please a smile on their faces would be nice. Lovely setting though. Great place for families it seems. And the little birds are adorable.

Waiter forgot to come take our order since we got a place very far from their eye sight. (They came after 16 mins) However, food was nice.

They get food orders wrong, with many returns for correct orders. Could be a language issue. No children's menu. Food is average but reasonably priced. Their juices and coffees are great.

Great little lunch spot. The food is nice. The atmosphere is perfect because of all the greenery.....the service, however, is very poor. The servers need training on order taking, follow-up when delivering the order, and checking on the table at least once, to see if everything was OK....no interaction at all, post order-taking...I had to go to the counter to ask for the wine list and olive oil for our salads. It's unfortunate to see such a nice cosy place with a great product unable to spend the time and effort in staff training.

Delicious food and amazing service. Also a lovely little playground for young kids to play in! Definitely recommend!

Very nice Atmosphere. We visited LA Terrasse just before lunch and the items on the menu was not available and the menu was very limited at that time. Staff was not sure what was available and this was a negative service experience. When we received the food (beef burger) the quality was not consistent. One burger was good and the other was not great at all. Saying all of this I am sure it will be a better experience if you get there for lunch.

Nice place, but would not advice for the tables with umbrellas. It gets really hot and also there was some constructions nearby which caused some dust while I was eating. Apart from this little inconvenience, the food was really good and healthy.
