We found by chance this amazing restaurant on the way between Pisa and Florence. The service was very attentive and welcoming and food was delicious. We paid 30€ for a menu for 2 people including beer, a bottle of wine and water. We stongly recommend booking in advance because all locals seem to go there for dinner. Super recommended!
