This little unassuming place at the front of a mall is a hidden gem. We came here for dinner with 2 adults and 2 kids (young teen) after reading reviews. The wait staff were welcoming and friendly, and the food was amazingly delicious. We’d been in Bali for 9 days or so at this stage, and personally I think this was the best tasting Indonesian food I have had on this trip. In fact, we liked it so much we have decided to eat our final dinner in Bali here in a few days. The juices were also delicious, and the presentation of the dishes was immaculate. We also appreciated the photos of the dishes in the menu. The only negative is that it’s located in the mall, so the atmosphere is not as great as it could be. Maybe some big ferns or plants at the doorway would help just create some more intimacy. Thank you Minang 1 Bali. See you again soon!

The dining experience surpassed my expectations. The flavors were exquisite especially the rendang sapi, each dish a symphony of taste and texture. A culinary delight that left a lasting impression.

If you want traditional Balinese cuisine in an air conditioned setting... taste is truly number one here. This is my #1 Minang1, a delightful restaurant inside the mall. Food is incredibly flavorful and meats all cooked to perfection. We had the beef knuckle, lamb, beef ribs, and satay. Every dish was delicious.

The people who work there very attentive, very friendly and kind. I asked waiter’s suggestions and ordered the foods she suggested (sorry forgot the names 😅) Food was served very fast and it was super delicious. I recommend everyone to try this restaurant

Excellent quality food at this unsuspecting location. Both beef and chicken rendang were excellent tasting and very 🔥 spicy. Service was very friendly and they spoke decent English. I typically wouldn't look to a mall location for food this good, but this place is legit awesome.
