Very expensive for the services offered and the room quality and size. We found better and cheaper options at the Kalpaka Lakeside Villas, very close to the Lakeshore Hospital.

The best home stay I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at Colonel's Homestay. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more homely when you walk in. High quality rooms, air conditioned , adequate privacy ,well maintained,clean and high quality. The amenities included access to kitchen ,laundry services, two wheeler( scooty) ,garden area , tv and wifi . Anyone looking for longterm homestay , i would highly recommend this place . This place is close to Lakeshore hospital as well .
