One of the best hospitals in pondy.they had a very good team. Doctor comes and visit in patient thrice a day. They treat the patient like who comes from their family. They give not only the treatment they give the love and affection to the patient . All the best for the holl team.keep rocking.

They have well-experienced and attentive doctors. My husband was admitted due high BP, and the doctors did thorough investigations before providing a diagnosis. Their fee is affordable compared to other private hospitals. There were no unnecessary tests or fees either. There is room for improvement when it comes to the management as a whole. However, they are willing to listen to our concerns, and work on them. Overall, i would recommend their service.

Hi... to all good hospital.. doctors are very good and polite ..also very helpful... night Sister.. Kavya... is excellent.. I am addmitd hear... with high fever and all she helps all possible way... only problem with morning Sister... they given me drip.. they forgot to remove..blood come to the tube then I have to call them to remove 😑😒🙄. Also I took a room there is option for bell to call nurses... but surprisingly it's not working at all..seriously ru cheating the patient?? .. kindly check all the details.. Thank you..

Treatment is excellent. Doctors were kind. Discharge was done in 2 days as promised. Nurses were really kind and helpful. They were so attentive, especially Ms.Maariyammal, Ms.Ramya and Mrs.Subashree took very good care. Their service was remarkable. They were very patient and friendly till the discharge. Dietician Pavithra gave very good guidance. Thanks to all of them.

Worst experience for past few weeks.. I come often since westmed hospital started after renovation with new administration and all. Initially they was gud and patient friendly people. But now a days, no one was like that. Irritated with cash counter guy and reception staff.. Unclean cloths, rude admin people, irresponsible manager. only plus was medical officers are very much experienced and gud in patients handling. rest of the all are worst to the core. My personal advice restore the previous staff's like rajasekar, hema, vikram and all. Otherwise hospital name will spoil for sure.

One of the best hospitals in Pondicherry. I'm a traveler and was in Pondicherry recently. Had severe back pain which left me stranded and immovable. Found about Westmed hospital online, booked an appointment and came here to have my back treated. Hospital is neat and clean, ambience is good. I was ready to get admitted here if doctors would have advised me to. However, after doctor's consultation, I had physiotherapy done which finally relieved me from unbearable toxic pain that I had been going through. Have to do my physiotherapy session for the next one week as well, but I can't stay back here in Puducherry. So I will get it done from my hometown (Chennai). Thanks to the hospital and the doctor (Sathish) here who has treated me on time to get me up and walk active, way back to my hotel. Right from the moment I entered the hospital, till I got my physio done, all the staff were good and supportive. Special thanks to front office staff.. They have arranged everything quickly and attended promptly..

Excellent care... recently visited Westmed Hospital for my grand mother for chest pain. Casualty doctors were very prompt and immediate attention was given and told its only stomach issue and nothing related to heart.. I could see all the emergency patient reaching were managed immediately and well..All the best to the entire medical team.. In pondy people do have a hesitancy in deciding which hospital to go for emergency.. Westmed hospital will be the one to go without any hesitation.. Billing could be bit faster.. it took almost 10mins to finish the billing.. kindly look into it.. otherwise everything fine

Worst hospital to go to, please don't waste time and money on Westmeath. The front reception does not know how to handle the patients or to make bookings. Wrong information is always given and the doctors will arrive only if the patient has arrived. No permanent or good specialists all are just new comers. Please enquire before trusting them.

We are regularly visiting her from Chennai and we have got good treatment from her for my son . I feel if they got a chance to open in chennai it would be best as most hospitals in chennai are more money minded than treating their patients with utmost care

NOT a place to see any general doctor but only for severe emergencies. They have just two rooms - casualty ward and x rays. There is even a sign saying if you have fever, stay home. Not the Best Hospital but Joke of a Hospital!

Everything about their service and approach was both professional and friendly. Mr Rahul was very helpful with the appointment process and Dr.Zeno did a great job. Their overall service could be even better if there was proper ventilation in the waiting area. It was quite suffocating.

Admitted my father in law for leg fracture. Had a very good treatment and after care services. Nurse Mariamma was very enthusiastic and caring. Atmosphere truly helped patients to get cured. Special thanks to Director Arul selvam sir who handled an emergency with us and made us comfortable.

The hospital staff, starting from the frontline Mary to all the way the room service people, were exceptional in their care and attention. One of the worst hospital in pondicherry full in full money minted staff and MD.just now i visited this waste med hospital for gastric problem they billed ₹1600 with out medicine including the ECG and para +pandaprazole+ iv injection kit. Dr fee ₹300 iv cost ₹850 ECG cost ₹400.i was never seen like this fee structure any ware in pondicherry. the staff behaviour is very worst. not llis
