But owner should have a check on the staffs.....responded very badly to me wen I asked for jeans..she told adhellam illa..the way she frowned, and she s chatting with other staffs happily without attending customer..kindly pay them well or even after paying they are doing like this replace them..she literally spoiled my good mood....

Clothes are too pricey. Customer service is meh. There was an offer where if you shop for 8k you get an air fryer worth 6k for 900/-. I took the offer, shopped for 9k and told them to give me the airfryer which they booked separately but no one knew how to operate it since I had to check it b4 buying. They refused to stamp the warranty card too which was kinda suss. Clothes are too expensive, not worth the price. Should avoid shopping here

The shop has a limited selection of brands, mostly their own like Netply. Prices have gone up recently. Music is played constantly, which I enjoy. They offer many gift vouchers and paid-gift options as usual. However, the fitting room is too small.

Very good collections and reasonable price. The ambience is good to spend time. Only concern I have is WAITING CHAIRS. Kindly keep some waiting chairs around the shop so that older people can sit and wait.

Advertisement on the offers and reality inside the shop is quite disappointing. During the billing the rep will inform us that the selected clothes are not available in offer and has to pay full MRP value.. completely wasting our precious time in giving wrong adv and commitment to the customers.
