Parvathy Hospital Chromepet Chennai is a good place for Othopedic surgery. Doctor Vetri Kumar was extremely skilled and kind. Sister Darthi Dinakaran was too caring. My father was operated there and recovered quickly.

Best service from all the staffs. They made sure everything was available and comfortable for the patient. The rooms were so clean and everything was sanitised. There were regular visits of COO and the floor supervisors to every ward and room to make sure the patients are fine and they have been provided all the amenities.

Good in all the aspects during our visit and stay. We treated our mom for knew replacement surgery. The treatment and recovery was quick and encouraging. Procedures were counselled well and explained. Cashless insurances is available. Rooms are good and cleaned up regularly. Hospital food is ok only.so stay prepared accordingly

My grandma was admitted to the hospital, and she was a cancer patient. She went for her hip fracture, but this hospital's poor service led her to ventilator, and unfortunately, we lost her. Doctors made business out of our situation. They knew the amount of insurance and tried to drag her case until all her insurance money was used up. They didn't even give water to her in ICU when my mom went to see grandma in the night she saw morning porridge was not fed to her. Housekeeping staff were shouting at my poor grandma on how many diapers they have to change. They would ask families to go back and give fake assurance that they will take care of the patient. Extremely inhuman staff. These hospitals make business out of your vulnerability. Please let your loved ones be at home. Hospital staff don't care about the age or gender or anything while mistreating the griefstriken families and patients. I am writing this so that no humble people fall prey to the business tactics of these hospitals.

We had great experience with this hospital. I specially thank to the CEO of this hospital who did great favor for us. I should thank to our cardiologist Dr. Ramakrishnan of this hospital. I had done a Master Checkup this week where the package was an amazing deal! The service was really good and the staff were very communicative and kind. The tests were done promptly and the results were also given on time. I would say the staff were the best part in the entire checkup experience, with them being super attentive and kind. My wife was admitted with high fever on Monday and was immediately attended by the doctor and necessary assisting staff. Periodical visits were made to the fullest convenience of the patient regarding required monitoring, testing and other accessories. She regained her strength within a day of admission and the recovry is good and to the fullest satisfaction of the patient and the family members. Care of Hospital was good, nurses care,Hospitality, Bedside care, physiotherapy etc. Was shifted in emergency care with low back pain complaints, then report was disc bulge. Was a bit disappointed that the main doctor didn't explain us our condition. They came late, were in a hurry. Couldn't meet doctor on discharge day even. Communication is something that makes a patient comfortable. It would be nice if u correct that. The doctor incharge must explain to patient and family about their condition, diagnosis and treatment. I recently admitted in the hospital for my knee replacement surgery. At the beginning..I was soo scared of the surgery. But after getting the consultations from the doctors.. I was very confident. Before and after the surgery.. the doctors and the staffs in the hospital cared me very nicely. Dr. Vetri kumar who did the surgery and Dr. Suresh kumar, Dr. Siddharth everyone took special care and gave enough motivation to come out of that fear. Patients are treated okay. Nurse and Doctors are fine but security, canteen, billing are worst. No visitors are allowed. Security: They allow one visitor if attender goes to waiting area in ground floor not sure about this pathetic rule. 1 Attender 1 Visitor that is a normal rule. Canteen: If attender wants to have a juice have to go to ground floor in block B pay for it get a bill and have to go to third floor in block A to get the juice which will be served in a paper cup. No place to sit and drink in third floor. Attender waiting area has 2 metal seats which can accommodate 6 people. There will be few chairs and tables for canteen which is a makeshift one. If attender sits there canteen people will come and ask to order or move on. They won't allow more than one person to visit, they won't allow anyone to stand outside wards or even in stairs and waiting in attender waiting area is also not possible Billing: Even if you pay the bills with ready cash or your consolidated bills will be delayed as they need to process bills through insurance first which is pathetic reason I have heard. Request you to go only if u want no one to visit the patient and ready to face all these hurdles.

I admitted my father for leg fracture and that too not major. Dr. K A Balasundaram told that we need to do plastic surgery and quoted around 2.5Lakhs. We also agreed and admitted him. He was charging some amount for external machines. Though, we didn't use it for my dad, we paid him 10k. In the end, they killed my father. My father spoke to me before the surgery but after the surgery he got stroke and he was fully paralysed. In bed ridden condition, i brought him home and he died in my hands. Be careful, if you are going to pay by cash. We paid 5 lakhs rupees and got our dad dead. My humble request to this hospitals. Please don't make this as business. To the doctor K A Balasundaram, please know the value of life. If some one trusting you, it doesn't mean you can do whatever you want.. They treated you as god.. If you are not qualified enough, please don't do this profession.. Please value all the life.. To the patients and visitors who wants to know the review of this hospital. Please be careful. You may lose your loved ones if you admit them in this hospital just as I did..

I had visited Dr. Tamizhvaanan for my mother's knees. She had a fall and damaged her knees and certain portion of her leg to a great extent. The moment we visit any hospital, it becomes the duty of the doctor to give us that emotional support along with the treatment, which most of the doctors these days lag. However, in case of Dr. Tamizhvannan, the scenario was very different.. Dr. Tamizhvannan is quite knowledgeable and a very patient friendly person. The moral support we received from the doctor made us feel my mother's ailment is surely gonna be cured and we were in safe hands. My heartful thanks to Dr. Arulsivakumar for his outstanding treatment whereas other hospital doctor's gave negative feedback to my mom's leg infection, he gave positive suggestion and made it successfully!! And overall hospitality is awesome and facilities like well sanitized rooms and nurses did their job as perfect except few new joinees. Only negative feedback is food that too few items were not good and mostly repeated veggies. Kudos to the maintenance team, other staffs and best wishes for growth.

Vaccinated here for covid, the arrangements are good, separate block is allocated, but if one requires hard copy of the certificate, do not visit here, as they are not providing the print out of the certificate while other hospitals do provide the hard copies like rela.

Doctors and nurses are very friendly and very helpful in resolving health issues. cleaning is done promptly. restrooms are well maintained. admin process and insurance wing are well trained and assist us in a timely manner. Cons. 1.Semi private ward are narrow and congested. it can be a little more spacious. 2.Discharge process and final billing process is very time consuming it can be improved.

Was admitted for a minor fracture and underwent a K-Wire fixation surgery in Nov’22. Had a good experience as the doctors/nurses were skilful. The rooms were clean and we had frequent visits of doctors and nurses. Treatment and Recovery were good. Food was good and healthy appropriate for patients. A little overpriced I felt, though if you have insurance you should be fine and the treatment is worth for the money.
