Customer service is really pathetic. I purchased dresses for my daughter for this Diwali., they added the dress cost in overall bill which we excluded while selecting. We asked them to remove that, they casually said it’s already billed and cannot be removed, if you want, you can exchange some other product for the same cost. They didn’t agree for whatever thoughts which we put forth and unfortunately we had to pay the bill for the dress which we didn’t want. Finally, they said for purchase over 4000 we will get purchase coupon worth 1000, but till date haven’t received any and they are cheating customers in the name of Diwali offers and coupons., worst experience with baby hug and will not recommend to parents especially newer ones. They will try to put as much as possible on your head. BEWARE

Don't buy anything from the store.I bought a cycle for my son yesterday. Price tag was not available for the product and they said the cycle is 2400 rupees.But in the bill,they charged Rs.3400 which I saw after leaving the store.When I asked why there is a difference of 1000rs.between the purchase from warehouse and store they couldnt give proper explanation and said10 employees are working in the store and their salary has to be compensated with the difference amount.There is merely 30 to 50% difrerence in the rate of the products between the products sold in the store and online .For doing door delivery they charge less but visiting the store by spending our valuable time and money is made costly.Not at all fair.

Customer service is good. Discounts should be given same like App and Website. Billing the MRP just like that is not fair. Should give cover for the dresses which would be helpful for gifting.

Not even 1 star for this store. they kept very old product which is opened and taped again. price are very high. staff are not assisting to take the product from rack and there is no discount, same product in online we can get for lesser price. simply they are cheating us in the name baby hug brand name.

Pricey but good quality. The collections can be organized properly whenever customers finish properly. Even the dresses are improperly categorized, no label, it was difficult to search dress in given time.

Baby Dresses and collections were good. It would be better if you keep points instead of vouchers so that we can use it when we purchase again. Currently vouchers are kept for particular date which we are not able to use it on time and it get expires.

Just for brand name, all products and dresses are sold at very high price. Same quality and design we can buy it from local shops better. Instead of buying one dress here, we can buy 3 in other shops. Just think twice before buying here.

We don't have choice for choosing dresses for infant since they are providing in three sets only.. Also they are not swapping among those if we didn't like any one in those set of three with some other set.. Also primi collection are less..
