    Amazing gym and great atmosphere! Thanks so much for the help and support Sean during the projects and classes! I no longer feel scared of walking into a gym and doing exercise! Sean, Helen and all of the members are always so welcoming and make sure all abilities are covered when working out, which is perfect for me. Thank you!!!

    I have just finished Project 8 and had really good results. Highlights = lost 3.4kg (all fat weight), 3.7% body fat and new PBs. This is down to Sean Hibbert at Project Fitness GB. I have been going to classes, PTs and getting my eating under control. Project Fitness gym is a positive place to be with a great group of members 😁 Project Fitness is a brilliant place to train. Everyone is welcoming and also help each other out. The coaches are brilliant and happy to spend time with you to help achieve your goals. Particularly Sean who has been helping me adapt my workouts as i have snapped ligament in my wrist.

    Great gym with great people. Sean and his team cater to all individuals at all fitness levels. The support you get is exceptional. This is by far the best gym in the area and Sean should be very proud at what he has accomplished in such a short space in time. Other local gyms may provide ‘similar’ services but they are just not the same quality.

    Well equipped and friendly gym environment. The coaches are personable, experienced and extremely knowledgable and clearly work hard to make you feel at ease. Whether just starting a fitness journey or already at an experienced level, the classes really cater for everyone. I genuinely can’t get there enough!

    A extremely well run gym that caters for all abilities. The community atmosphere is so welcoming and the team work benefits all. I personally have lost over 10kg with the coaches support and advice and made so many new friends highly recommended

    100% recommend Sean and Project Fitness regardless of where you are in terms of fitness. I've been a member for 2 months and having tried a couple of similar programmes this is way better and the first i've actually enjoyed. Everything is well organised and planned with lots of options depending on your specific aims. Biggest thing for me is Sean and the other members make you feel very welcome irrespective if you are advanced of just starting out and this is probably the most important thing for anyone wanting to get started.     I recently joined project fitness and absolutely love it. Everyone is so friendly and the classes are always different each time. The coaches are fab as they put you at ease explaining everything before we complete the class. I have not done this type of training previously and can highly recommend the gym is always spotless and a great place to train ☺️

    I was looking for a PT who could help to improve my fitness but who was also understands of my disability. I got in touch with the head coach Sean Hibbert and started having PT's on a weekly basis. He understood how to manage my disability and what would benefit me training wise. As Sean gets to know you he knows what you are capable of and will push you to achieve the best you can. In April I joined the gym and started attending the classes on a weekly basis. Sean is able to adapt classes to fit any level of ability. Everyone in the gym is welcoming and everyone encourages each other. This is the first gym I have every really felt like I am getting value for money because I am motivated to attend. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone!

    Love this Gym. Started doing the project a few months ago. Really enjoying it. Sean is very motivating and we always have a good laugh. He definitely knows his stuff. This is the longest i have stuck with an exercise routine. Fab community, lots of lovely people. Thank you xx

    I joined their project fitness 6 wk PT program in November and am now about to start my 5th project! I was so nervous about doing something so out of my comfort zone, but Sean and the team eased my nerves and it is the best thing I have ever done. My health, fitness, and mental health have all massively improved and I continue to surprise myself with what I can actually do. I have seen real change in my body, with my highlights being managing to loose over a stone, keep it off, and loose 11cm off my waist measurement. I would never have achieved this were it not for Sean’s guidance, instruction, patience and ability to adjust nearly everything to accommodate my various ailments! I just wish I had done it sooner. Who knew I could actually enjoy lifting weights! The gym is brilliantly equipped, clean, welcoming and not at all intimidating.

    I have been at this gym for just over a year. Not only is the variety of classes on offer amazing but they push you to be the best you can be. There are a variety of options to each activity so no matter what your experience, skills or ability it can be tailored to you. The small classes allow a really good community atmosphere and individualised support and guidance throughout. I have also undertaken the 'Project' personal training and education programme which has seen me progress significantly. The training is continually updated so you never get bored and continue to develop

    Great gym with a positive and supportive environment. I've been able to build strength and reduce pain with Sean's healp. Sean always makes sure everyone is welcome and can participate in his workouts!

    So 18kg lost since the new year and all my measurements going the right way cannot recommend Sean William Hibbert and Project Fitness NE Ltd enough for his 6 week program, a fantastic foundation to start your journey picking up knowledge, encouragement and routine to then go onto his classes which I start tomorrow, nervous for the next stage of my journey but with sean William hibbert and the Project Fitness GB family behind me I have no concerns of hitting my next goal of losing another 18kg this year. Highly recommend Sean William hibbert and Project Fitness GB Members.
