with

bookings,
which

off
an
impression
of

However,
they
graciously
offered
us
a
spot
inside.

there
was
a
noticeable
conversation
between
a
gentleman
who
appeared
to
be
the
manager
and
the
waiter,
discussing
the
priority
of
taking
orders
from
tables
with
reservations.
While
this
initially
left
us
with
mixed
impressions,
everything
changed
when
we
saw
the

We
decided
to
explore
the

ordering
almost
everything
it
had
to

with

exception
of
a
few

be
the

of
our
visit
to
Permet.

the

mention
of
reservations
and
the
apparent
hierarchy
of
service,
the
food
and
the
overall
experience
spoke
volumes.
