    Location veramente fantastica immersa nel mezzo delle Langhe, con tanto di resort attiguo. Piatti estremamente curati e veramente ottimi, con personale molto attento, gentile e disponibile. Dolci super! Unico neo il costo decisamente superiore alla media, ma una volta ogni tanto trattarsi bene fa certamente bene.

    Es kann gut sein, nein aussergewöhnlich. Der Chef ist leider nur selten da. Die Speisen sind vorzüglich. Die Weinauswahl sprengt sogar das ganze Piemont. 4 Sterne weil: die Karte kennt man irgendwann, es fehlt etwas an Abwechslung. Der Service ist top, die Location ruhig und friedlich. Zum Mittagessen kann es je nach Kundschaft unangenehm laut werden. Das passt nicht zur friedvollen Anlage. Alles in allem: immer noch Nummer eins rund um Alba.

    If you like great truffle meal with attentive service, this is the place to be. Pasta with white truffle was gold (a halo rising behind me when eating this dish). Veal steaks were juicy and too much in portion for me. Didn’t try dessert. The custard puff served with espresso was good. Macaron was not the best but I came for truffle so didn’t mind. Reservation recommended.

    Modern, well-priced tasting menu. We went for the surprise tasting menu and were pleasantly so. 4 stars because I didn’t feel it was all that different from other nice tasting menu options - not a knock on the restaurant at all, just trying to keep the review well-considered. Good wine list too.

    Hier hat alles gepasst. Ein sehr guter Service, Essen und Weinauswahl perfekt. Und zum Abschied ein Frühstücksbuffet wie man's selten bekommt.

    Hier spürt man die Leidenschaft, der Chef kümmert sich persönlich um das Wohl seiner Gäste. Jeder Gang war ein neues Highlight. Für uns war Matteo Morra auch auf unserer diesjährigen Piemontreise und auch in seinem neuen Restaurant wieder der Höhepunkt. Wir kommen bestimmt immer wieder!
