What a great stop to make. This place has great history about the Mottes family. It is a beautiful place inside, very well taken care of and that includes the cars. Amazing cars, it's a small collection, but has plenty to look at. The cars all display a brief history about the car and how the Motte family got it. Has family history and pictures on the walls. Very enjoyable.

Loved the atmosphere and lessons my grandson learned and experienced. They didn't have all the cars in at that time. But a great place to see old cars being cared for and in great shape and in running shape. Will return!!!

This museum was absolutely amazing. I can't believe such a gem was so close to me. My family and I met Leon, the owner of the cars, and he was great to chat with. I wish I had more time to sit and talk with him all day. The museum was FREE and my kids had a blast running around, sitting in the jail (the first one built in Perris!), and looking at all the cool old cars. I can't wait to go back when my folks are in town. They're going to love it.

I live in this area over 15 years never been here. Till I took my Grandson we had awesome time looking at all Classic Cars/Tucks/ and Motorcycle. We really enjoyed this place planning to come here again with more of my grand kids. Jukebox is dated back in 1948, which is year I was born! This Free to come see, but way out you can leave small donation in plastic box. Which my Grandson did on way out to are truck.

The place was more than awesome. The owner Leon was there gave my kids history of the building his business he had in this building and why he has this beautiful place that will take you back in time. Check it out for sure. Make a 2 hour stop here and you won't regret it

FREE ENTRANCE!!! And all cars are registered and in good running condition! The place is well kept. Not to mention the lady at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. There are also old oven, fridge, typewriter, tv, etc.

Beautiful classic cars and then some. Not a place for young children. Curator is full of information and a joy to listen to. Lot of local history.

The Motte Historical Car Museum surprising collection of beautiful classic cars inside a modern re-creation of an old barn in an out-of-the-way location in far western Menifee (closest to Winchester and Perris). The cars were collected and restored by three Motte brothers with deep French roots whose family settled in the area in the early 1900s. -- The collection includes rare Cadillacs, Lincolns, Packards, earliest Fords, a 1936 boat tail Auburn speedster, pickups, an early school bus, motorcycle, and racers. -- The museum also has displays of local Perris history.

What a GREAT museum. The cars and other stuff were fantastic! The price was the best FREE. Yes I did say free, but check first before you go (things may change). The cars were in fantastic shape and you could get up close to them (no touching). Gift shop was also very neet with mostly reasonable prices. Bought a patch for $3.26 with tax.

While there were only about 25 vehicles, the displays were exceptional. They greeted our group with smiles and Motte was very anxious to tell us all he knew about everything there, including the building. They even greeted us with donuts and coffee. Great staff.
