I found my new wax tech!!! It felt like I was at a regular consistent 3-4 week follow up. But I haven’t had a wax since August and it’s that time of the month. I just new I was gonna be in pain 😭 but Maleeka was gentle and explained everything and made me feel relaxed. I forgot I was getting waxed. Thanks girl !!! & she is the epitome of Great Customer Service!!!

I think this is the best wax I have ever had! Seriously!! Malika was very attentive and knowledgeable. I love the fact that she had Alexa and I could set my own atmosphere with the music. Amazing conversation and extremely smart and just made me feel at home comfortable. Not to mention her office is in a private location and very intimate tranquil cozy and SANITARY! I found Fresh Jams on Groupon and I am so thankful I did! Maleeka is so friendly and such a professional. Ive gotten 2 Brazilian waxes from her and both times she did an amazing job! Her studio is very clean and super welcoming. Every session feels so personable, never rushed.

Today when my go to place for underarm hair removal was closed, I found out at Google fresh jam. I was lucky to find this place where body/ facial waxing services are provided along with nails facility too. Malika was so efficient, quick yet gentle in her at that within no time i was done.. the way she took care of my concerns and followed up with hygiene first, scored her 10/10. I usually do sugaring for Brazilian at sugaring NYC but looks like I’ll be switching to this business because of providing multiple services under same roof with ease of scheduling. I’ll be back for my facial and nails. Let’s support this woman owned business. The location is very convenient to park your car (and it’s located in golden ring plaza with huge parking) and be at your comfort.

Maleeka provided a great experience. I have been getting waxed for about two years and decided to try this location. I am very happy that I did as I was greeted with kindness and and I felt very comfortable. I am very big on cleanliness and this location was neat and clean.
