Delicious food, The pretzel bites and burgers to die for along with those yummy endless steak fries.

Great food, Great service. It was nice to see a manager on the floor floating helping where needed. The teamwork overall really showed! The food flew out! Nice job!

Okay, we come often as a family, and we’ve NEVER had a bad experience. It’s a great time every time! The service is always the best. We have never had a bad night :) we love the movie deal, you end up getting a free movie ticket and there’s a theater right there! You have to ask for it but it’s worth it, that said, if you get the movie deal make sure to tip on the PRE-discounted bill amount or your server gets short shrift. Smiling faces, people who remember you…happy staff. The QR code menu is FINE, if you can’t see the print ask for a paper menu but I appreciate the effort given to be more hygienic. Menus have always sort of grossed me out 😂

It was my first time and I love it I’m not really a burger fan but this was good I got the bacon cheeseburger. And are sever was Elizabeth she was great!!

It was busy and service was great. My husband really enjoyed lunch.

Food was great! As always! I love Red Robin. However, as a previous server, I was extremely disappointed in the service from our server Emily. We ordered appetizers that were brought by a different server, had to wait at least 15 minutes until we finally seen our server to ask for plates. Waited too long for refills that we had to ask for, ate a whole entire entree with no refill on drink that was pretty much empty by the time food came. no checkup… how’s everything tasting?!… nothing like that. Asked her for a refill on my salad…. Never came until a manager brought it after asking a different server for refills on sides. Ended up getting better service from a server that was not ours. Haley, she was great!

Anthony was an amazing service worker. They had everything handled in a timely fashion and was always quick to refill without being asked to. They are really great with kids, also making sure our needs were being met and everything was going well with our table. The food tasted great. I got the veggie without salsa and the side salad, my husband The haystack with steak fries, my child grilled cheese with onion rings. The peach berry freckled lemonade is good, but the fruit isn't that great. Overall, I will be returning.

Service was good, food came out quick, food was good. Only issue I had was I bought an entree, and it said it came with fries, and the waitress said it didn't. I didn't need them at the end, since the entree was filling.

We went for father's day the day before the actual day. The host and our bartender/waitress were both extremely kind and brought a great welcoming feel to the restaurant! The food feels extremely unhealthy but I would go back to this location over a restaurant with a bland unkind staff.

Food was great, love the bottomless fries 🍟, our waitress was new and was really friendly and courteous. She did great, we could tell she was nervous but we encouraged her and told she was going a great job.

Burgers were good, but they don't serve them in those little wax paper bags to catch the drips. Fries could have been crispier. Waitress was very attentive.

What an absolute treat to find this place as we were driving through farm country back and forth from soccer. We got there late, within the hour of closing, but were greeted with a smile and kindness towards our weary selves. The food was great, hot and fresh as always. We weren't rushed out the door, our server even came over with extra fries. You can't go wrong with Red Robin, truly.

We waited for the food to come out and when it did two of our burgers had mayo on them which we requested NO mayo. Our waitress was oblivious to our requests and had to ask another server to check on our food. We finally got the new burgers but waited over a 1/2 hour for them to be delivered to our table. Then when asked if we needed anything else we asked for to go boxes and she walked away without giving us any. Yet again, we had to flag down a different server to get us our boxes. I thought this place brings you unlimited fries yet we had to ask three times to bring us more. The waitress obviously had other things on her mind and didn’t give us a good experience. Will NEVER go back!! No tip was left…sorry NOT sorry!

Edit 2023: tried RR after 4 years. Some improvements were made. I Uped the rating but still has a huge gap to make up to other burger joints Burger fell apart in my hands after 1st bite. Bun was stale French fries under cooked (WE SPECIFICALLY SAID MAKE FRIES CRISPY !) waiter was good but terrible food. Only went there with coupon. Last time same deal (coupon). Not EVER going back...why would I ?!

Food is good here! Stopped in for mother's day lunch. Staff was friendly. Only question is why is the floor not clean? I know it may sound silly trash and coasters all over....

I had a good experience at Red Robin today. It wasn't busy at the restaurant, so the food came in a timely manner. I ordered the Tycoon burger, and it was really tasty. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor of it. Normally, Red Robin burgers are "okay" to me. But this was actually yummy. I enjoyed it a lot. I do recommend getting the onion rings as an appetizer because you can never go wrong with them. They're crunchy and tasty. So overall, I had a good experience. Good job, Red Robin - Fallen Timbers.

Straightforward service and food. Nothing spectacular, but the same quality and service we have come to enjoy at Red Robin. Lots of parking in the rear lot, short walk to the main doors. Quick service and our server was prompt. We always enjoy our visits here.

Our first time going to red robin, our waiter Ike was absolutely a treasure and made the experience even better. The food was delicious, I ordered the royal robin burger and although it was messy to eat it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. We all had a wonderful lunch.

Hubby really enjoyed his burger. I had the Teriyaki Chicken sandwich and that was probably not one of their best entrees as the texture of the chicken left something to be desired.... French fries were good and so was the service!

Haley was great! Love the new QR code menus, so much cleaner than handling a physical menu! Service and food was wonderful as usual. Keep up the good work Fallen Timbers!

Had a very nice experience here. They were following proper covid protocols. Everything was nice and clean and there was proper social distancing. Our server Audrey was very nice and we constantly had our fries and drinks refilled. Burgers were cooked exactly how we wanted them and everything was very tasteful. We went here for a birthday and the ice cream sundae was excellent. Place is very spacious and has a lot of room. This is located over by the movie theater in I would highly recommend it.we went at 2:00 in the afternoon so it was not too busy and there was no wait. We got our food on a timely manner and everything went by smoothly.

Service was quick and each order was correct. Also it's accessible for wheelchair users. I have a power chair and most places I go to eat it's hard to get up to the table without hitting my knees on it. Cost of the meal was about the same as any other restaurant right now. The unlimited fries help offset the cost. You can also take home your leftovers.
