We stayed at your hotel for two months and everything was simply perfect! The staff is just great; extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area is very nice and the gym is well equipped. The breakfast is great, we really loved the unsweetened and hot oat meal. The greatest thing, above all, was the manager's reception every Wednesday, such a sociable evening every time and the employee, who organizes the food and beverages on Wednesday evening, is very funny and friendly. Honestly, I was really sad when we had to leave this place after 2 months. The staff had really grown on me.

This hotel was convenient, friendly, accommodating and so welcoming. Rooms were clean. It felt like it was new. Fitness room clean. Pool area clean. Staff friendly and always able to help.

Excellent, excellent excellent!! i loved my stay here and honestly cant wait to stay again. the staff is friendly, the location is perfect and everything was clean and new! my kids loved the swimming pool and i loved just about everything else lol the rooms are spacious! which is a plus when staying with family. there was even complimentary breakfast, and it was good! great experience

Hotel appears to be new and the rooms are large with a nice shower. Location is decent and near several restaurants. Coffee was never hot in the lobby after breakfast hours. Typical Hilton buffet breakfast. Edited to 5 stars, I do appreciate the immediate feedback on issues.

It was disappointing. This hotel was our pit stop on a way down South. All we wanted was a good night sleep and quick swim in the pool. Pool was closed for maintenance during all our stay. The ceiling was so thin, we heard a family above us run around until 1 am and once again since 5 am. Horrible sleep. And to think concierge asked us to sign no noise policy upon Check in. It clearly wasn't reinforced. Even without it this Homewood Suites was definitely below standards. Paper dishes, broken toilet paper holder, filthy kitchen chair, empty bottle left under the bed. The list goes on. Even though I checked in on Hilton app, hotel receptionist said he couldn't see it. Breakfast hours in app didn't match the real ones at hotel. What is the point of the app, if it's inaccurate and nothing works? Never again. We'll be staying elsewhere on our way back home.

My family and I had a pleasant stay. However, we experienced minor inconveniences such as insufficient toilet paper, infrequent trash removal, and lack of inquiry from housekeeping regarding additional amenities. Despite these issues, we had a wonderful experience overall. Our daughters enjoyed it so much that they didn't want to leave, and that's what truly matters - knowing that our kids felt at home.

Stayed for a business event. Rooms were extremely clean and spacious with living room area and kitchenette. Plenty of room if you need to work out of your room with plenty of ports and plugs. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast is a standard continental.

This was a very beautiful modern and clean hotel. The service was great. I really enjoyed the gym and complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately the only down side was I left a jacket in the closet and it was never reported to lost and found. So be mindful of your stuff.

Great location. Walkable distance to the mall and restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. This was the first time we stayed there and we will definitely stay here again.

My family was racially profiled and treated unfairly. The general manager personally harassed us. He requested an extra $250 deposit. When we expressed how unfairly we were being treated he requested that we leave immediately. We had to call the police department for assistance. I do not recommend the location.

I was racially profiled ! The general manager was disgusting. After checking in , I was told that a 250 hold would be put on my card all because I had balloons. It was my sons 11 birthday. I booked a room for 6 guest and from the very moment I went up stairs I was harassed. We went to the pool , the general manager came walked passed a few times and walked inside the pool area. After that we headed up stairs, a knock was on the door and we were told this is the first and last warning because 3 people complained. However ,my room was not loud. 3 mins later he called the room being very nasty and said someone else complained. It was a lie ! I immediately got up and walked the hallways and recorded everyone’s room numbers who were loud . I stated I also wanted to file a complaint he told me no . I stated to call police , the operations manager called and reversed the situation . He told the police that it was 20 people giving him problems in the lobby. It was 4 of us and we were the ones that asked him to call. Everything was recorded ! I checked my account and the general manager removed 475 from my card after the first time he knocked on the door. He then laughed when i stated I wanted a refund , and told me he wasn’t checking me out of the hotel. I can’t believe I had to experience this and also the children. The cops provided me with all of the mangers information . Horrible and disgusting service.

My family booked this hotel two months in advance. The day we arrived, we went to check in and we were told that our suite that we booked was sold out and we needed to go to a different room. This was extremely frustrating as we were the ones that the room was sold to, so being told that it was sold out is just ridiculous. The manager was very unprofessional and did not seem to take the situation seriously, his replies to our questions and concerns including just laughing and saying “yeah”, rather than genuine, proper answers. On the bright side, at least the room we stayed in was aesthetically pleasing and well-kept.

My husband and I were having some plumming work done at the house so we decided to check into a hotel for a few day and we are so happy that we checked into this hotel. The breakfast was on point every morning and the room was very clean and without any odors, I have checked in to some other hotels by the Hiltons and I've always been happy but I guess it depends on the state and town their in because have this rug odor. Not this homewood suite. they have a great indoor pool and fitness room all very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful and every wednesday frm 5 to 7 they a nice spread of salad and fruits and other things. We had the King Suite and it was great. we traveled with our cat so we brought all her needs but house does not go into the rooms unless you take your pet out for a bit, its for their safety as well as the safety of your pet. Target is right next door plus lots of restaurants in the area to chose from. Cant go wrong here. I hope this helps!

I LOVE THIS HOTEL! My family books this hotel just to relax! The rooms are nice! Equipped with a stove, fridge, kitchen table and seating for 2 people, a living room and a bedroom. Kids watched TV in the bedroom while hubby watched TV in the living room. Indoor pool is such a blessing! We can enjoy it all year round. Breakfast was ok (eggs. Sausage, oatmeal, cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, toast, bagel, danish, judt to name a few). My favorite thing about the hotel is the outdoor lounge area that is equipped with a grill! We are from the island so of course we bought some food and grilled it. Target was right next door which was super convienent because we had to pick up a few things for our get together. Not only that, the hotel is surrounded by several stores (menlo park mall, Barnes and Noble), restsurants (cheesecake factory, IHOP,Panera bread, Seasons 22, etc) gas station and much more! Definitely coming back!

Little difficult getting into the hotel with all the Target and Mall traffic. The rooms was spacious and clean. Bathroom with plenty of space. Free Hot breakfast was appreciated and not too bad. Would stay again.

Great stay.. Clean, quite, presentable and rooms very spacious. Ran into a little issue with the water not running hot or warm at times during our stay but staff and managers were very helpful understanding and made sure we were straight.

For the first time in a long time, I rated ANY hotel 5 stars in a while. The staff here is phenomenal!!!! I couldn't ask for more. Not only did they let me have partial celebration for my daughter birthday here to cut her cake, but they even hid the Disney character that I had got to sing at my daughter's bday until my daughter arrived. ( bathroom break) Any concerns we had they addressed all plus more. The rooms are comfy and cozy, located next to Target and more, good breakfast. Even though it is next to stores, it was pleasantly still quiet, no bothersome at all. Bathroom body wash smell amazing, and a swivel T.V. They have a fire pit and grill outside with a beautiful seating area. What else more can you ask for? I paid wayyyy more money than what I paid for other hotels that didn't come close to my experience at this hotel. I give credit when it's due, and I'm absolutely, positively, 100 % sure I made the right decision celebrating coming here with my family. I would do it all over again. LOVE IT HERE!!!!!!@🙌💕❤

Location is great. The grill, fireplace, and top stove didn’t work. The pool area was dirty and they never came in to clean it. Breakfast was only bread and eggs. I know They normally serve waffles or pancakes. The fruit was still in ice.

First, let me say the customer service I experienced by the Homewood Suites team in the area has been amazing. I had booked a hotel through a third party website and the room wasn’t available. The good news: the team at that Homewood helped me get here. The team at both locations helped me feel welcomed and supported after hours of plane delays and cancellations that lead to a last minute need for a comfortable place to put my head. They really came through for me with kindness, a clean room, a great location (hello, Target in the parking lot to get needed items that are in my luggage!), and the bed was very comfortable. The Operations Manager, Brian, is super kind and went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth stay while waiting for my flight. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a spot in the area.

Great hotel, staff very friendly, love the clean rooms. Been staying on the top floor so whoever is in charge of upkeep, is doing an excellent job. Location is great many restaurants to choose from if you love shopping well your in the right place. Stay hungry my friends and enjoy. Take the time to say thank you to the staff there doing an awesome job. Friendly and just good folks. Sorry for no photos, I'll be back soon and I'll take a few pics.

Hotel manager Shaheed was so professional and dedicated. He resolved our issue and concerns about loud noise on a timely basis. Apart from the noise issue, generally our stay here proved to be good, and we are sure that we'd like to stay at this hotel again in the future and have a peaceful environment.

Worst breakfast ever! The good: - the staff are friendly and helpful. - the rooms are spacious and somewhat clean. - the location is perfect - next to Target and other major stores and restaurants. - the rooms come with full-size kitchen, mugs, glassware, pots, and utensils. The bad: The complimentary breakfast that most of the reviews were raving about was the worst breakfast I've had in any hotel. - the scrambled eggs were tasteless and cold. - the hard-boiled eggs were not fresh - they tasted old and were hard on the inside. - the waffles are already made, so they were soggy - the hash brown potatoes were burnt and salty. - the fruit bowl mix were tasteless - the sausage patties were dry. - Some part of the refrigerator in our room and the shower drain cover was filty. - We made a reservation for 3 different rooms and 2 of the rooms had issues - the dresser/TV stand and the dinning tables had deep scratches all over, the toilet paper holder were broken, the living room carpet has a yellow stain, one of the pots handle was broken, the microwave roof vent fell off and the overflow hole in one of the bathroom was broken and coming out I picked this hotel among others in the area because you had an option of having free breakfast or making your own in the full-size kitchen, but don't count on the breakfast.
