    This hotel was one of the worst, if not worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Ever. Their staff was incredibly rude and couldn’t be less courteous. There were bed bugs in the room on our first night arriving. We had barely been there for a few hours before finding some under the pillows. Also, I didn’t feel secure in the hotel, one of the side doors in the hotel was constantly unlocked and if anybody wanted to walk in and do harm they easily could. 1. There’s no housekeeping 2. Room service really just means you have to do everything 3. The hallways were unbreathable the smell of nicotine filled every hallway of every floor except the lobby Any other hotel would be better.

    We loved this hotel . Everything was great. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. We stayed 3 nights foe a reunion nearby. The manager was hands on, the hotel housekeeping was very good, the bartenders Kerri and Edwin were the best. Breakfast was good. Definitely a place to remember for the future . And the man driving the shuttle for us this weekend was fabulous. Thank you for a great weekend.

    I want to give a shout out to the excellent staff at the Comfort Suites in Woodbridge, NJ. We booked this hotel for a family gathering, and everyone can unanimously agree that we have found our hotel home. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. Edwin, the front desk agent was professional, kind, and accommodating to my family. He went above and beyond his normal duties and was wonderful to us. Joanna, the Sales Director made booking this group block stress-free and was very communicative during the whole process. The breakfast agent was very attentive and helpful. The hotel was quick to identify a billing error and promptly corrected it. I work as a Manager at a different Choice hotel, and this location blew my expectations away. I applaud Kevin, the GM for putting together an incredible team. I appreciate all of you. -Mike

    I stayed here after a date night at Dave n busters and it’s an above average hotel. I got the king room and it had high ceilings which I’m a fan of. The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave which was a big plus. Most places don’t have both believe it or not. The price was a big more than I expected for the kind of place it is but I’ll let it slide.

    We were very disappointed, I have never left a bad review in any of the dozens of hotels I've stayed through the country or world. Lights weren't working, service at front desk neglected to take requests. Other customer complaining constantly, one gentleman checked in his room and small daughter to find blood stains on bed sheets. Last time we stayed there we loved it (about 2 years ago) seems like no updates have been done at all since, neither has any repairs. There was puke in the entrance sink to the room. The paper towel at the lobby men's bathroom was empty for all 4 days we stayed there. Breakfast was dry and cold, attendant didn't care much when advised about breakfast essentials such as cups and food ran out. We paid the same price for what we could've paid staying in Manhattan. Unfortunately we will not be recommending this hotel neither will we be returning again.

    The rooms in this place are extremely out dated and unsanitary. However the ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful, that's the reason why I gave this place at least (2) star's. The breakfast was non existent, no juice only water, nothing but cereal and bread, a few old stale bagels and boiled eggs. We used to love this place, but I can't imagine recommending this place any longer to my company HR department when our travelers fly into liberty airport

    Coming into the hotel we were greeted very warmly. We got our room it was pretty cold, I turned on the steam we unpacked everything and we left for about half hour to do some local shopping. when we came back the room temperature was kind of ok. We filled the whirlpool “that was reallygreat” but as we were sitting in it we saw 2 pieces of gum on the ledge from some previous guests ( I’ll be honest it was camouflaged with the marble that’s a presume why the cleaning crew missed it) but those issues didn’t really bother me. When we got in to bed our toes got stuck in the bedding, I uncovered the whole bed and we saw that the blanket was completely torn from one side and there was a blood stain on the blanket . My wife was really upset, if it was just for the first 2 issues she wouldn’t of complained to me about it but this last issue really hurt her. I wasn’t going to make a fuss at 1.45am and in the morning we woke up so late that we dashed out like a bullet to get back home This is not our 1st time we stayed at this specific hotel location but almost definitely our last. We have pictures of the torn and bloody blanket. This was our 25th wedding anniversary hotel stay, we live in Brooklyn thank G-D have a large family and can’t travel to far and because we stayed here several time’s many years ago we thought it would be the best option to celebrate the night there but it looks like the place hasn’t been kept up. Really disappointed I hope management will respond

    My stay was great ,from the time I checked in to checkout the guest service ppl where excellent ! My room was probably one of the biggest ones I've had with the two person whirlpool . Very clean . My only suggestion would be to make some room smoking it was an inconvenience to hear my door open and closing all night just for my partner to go downstairs to smoke a cigarette . Def will stay again oh FYI hot breakfast is back !!!

    Nice hotel. Continental breakfast was great with great people providing it. Rooms were very good, but not quite 5-stars. You have to drive down the street and navigate through several roads to go from South from North, which although not the worst case I've seen, is why I gave Location only 4 stars.

    Peaceful, quiet stay! Thank you Edwin for making my stay even better! When my plans fell through due to a delayed flight, Edwin got me set up hassle free! Traveling in from the West Coast after a hectic day was quite stressful. Thanks for making my travel day better!

    This place is a disaster first I booked my stay from 2/23 to 2/27 paid in full well the next day they telling me I have ti check out I’m like what ? Then they was like it’s a mistake on our end I’m like cool well that same day they charged me an additional 300 plus dollars after the already 400 plus dollars I paid . I go to front desk they have no clue how it happened or see where it was done so I show them on my bank account statement and then they say oh well manager not here until Monday meanwhile I occurred several overdraft fees because I didn’t transfer said money in account well hello that’s because this was not supposed to be charge smh stay far away from this place

    A few desk agents were kind. The rest nasty. The breakfast is completely horrible 😫. The bread was stale a couple of days. The eggs were still frozen as well as the sausage. The overnight agent is totally nasty for no reason. The bathroom floor in my room definitely wasn't clean and I smelled pot while a cleaning lady was cleaning. Stayed 5 days. Hotel is outdated. The rugs in the hall are filthy and kids were jumping over my head the whole 5 days. It wasn't all bad. My bed was comfortable. I just didn't appreciate the night guy who was there around 1 o'clock, and I hated the breakfast everyday, and the fact this hotel is not smoke free. I won't return.

    The rooms are clean but the beds can be better,the mattress are old and extremely worn, this place used to be one of the best hotels by far back in 2004 it needs to be remodeled. The hotel next door is flat out better,

    I would give then 0 out of 5, if I was able to. Issue 1 - Great Mismanagement I booked my hotel booking through Expedia and paid full amount upfront. I got the confirmation number from Expedia, rubber stamping my reservation.Reached the hotel at 11:55 pm since I was travelling from Canada. When I reached there, the desk person told me that reservation exist on my name but the money is not received yet and cannot allocate us the rooms that we reserved. I had to spent 1.5 hr working with Expedia Support to get the issue sorted out in the middle of night with my small kids waiting to get the beds to sleep. Considering, we were travelling with 4 small kids after 10 hr drive fron Canada and going through all this was very frustrating. Issue 2 - Rude Desk Support Personnel There was no support from the desk support person sitting there at night. He was not willing to help us on anything and we were on our own to sort out everything. He was quite rude in the conversation as well. Issue 3 - Terrible Front Desk and Room Service We stayed there for 4 nights and 3 days. Once we were issued the rooms, we requested them to clean the rooms but they said the rooms are cleaned after 3 days as per schedule. That means you will not get any room cleaning service if you are staying there 3-4 days trip. We further requested the refills for Toiletry stuff, towels 4 times but did not get even once. In the end, we have to purchase our own towels and toiletry from poutside. This was unacceptable especially if you are travelling with small kids. I requested to talk to manager but he is only availabe 9-5 Mon-Fri Only. Terrible Terrible Service. I will rate 0 stars for both Expedia and Comfort Suites at Woodbridge and will not not use any of their services going further. I will also recommend my Family and friends to avoid them greatly.

    Not in a good location. My car was broken into, damaged, and almost stolen when parked in the hotel parking lot. I must stay elsewhere for a few more days than planned, waiting for the police report. At least the hotel room was okay.

    Went here for as a Speaker for a Conference and the WiFi wasn't working, it took several attempts to get it to connect to the open guest option but no luck! There technical support couldn't resolve the problem and there was no other option which was very disappointing because I couldn't use my complete PowerPoint presentation!

    We had a great stay here for the weekend. Location is a little away from the city, but still was easy to get to. Check in was smooth, breakfast was free and good, room was spacious and comfy. We would definitely come back.

    Twenty five minute walk from Rahway train station (NYC, airport) partly along river. Very nice room. Good breakfast. Can't beat the price in NYC area. Surprisingly quiet considering it's on a very busy road.

    I’ve stayed here for work a few times (against my wishes) and every time I get into my room there’s food on the floor. Last month it was cookies. This month it’s a half eaten apple and some chip crumbs with the actual container still there…RIGHT ON THE FLOOR! They’re clearly not vacuuming or cleaning which probably means they don’t change sheets. Sleep in your jacket if you have to come here. The second room I received today after going back downstairs had a wine cork on the floor I nearly killed myself by slipping. Nothing is worth staying here, there’s a perfectly good Marriott in the same parking lot, do yourself the favor. The front desk ladies that help me each time are so sweet and apologetic and even agree with me that their maid service is awful. It’s pitiful. The only reason I’ve given it two stars is because of the front desk workers.

    We came late the room was for 4 adult an one children the second bed wasn't ready I call from desk and they told to go an get it on the desk the same happen whit the towels. Also it's seen like is no one to clean in the weekend the sourendings where dirty.

    Not a 0lace I would typically stay, but it was a critical situation and they came through in a clutch. Stayed in handicap room and it didn't seem like it was cleaned often and smelled dusty and mirky. I'm still really grateful for having somewhere to lay my head for the night 🌙 🙏!

    The hotel wa ok we arrived Saturday night the room service was horrible the beds wasn't prepare I requested room service and they asked to went down rhe trout desk to pickup the sheet, pillows, blankets. Sunday morningI asked fir napking and the person. In charge it's indicated they don't hang avaliable..

    We arrived and was given a room that upon first entry was clean and it appeared everything was fine. The room happened to be on the side with a lot of street traffic, which made sleeping the first night completely impossible. That next morning, we realized the a/c didn't work properly and we had an unwanted "guest" (rhymes with coach!) in our bathroom. We spoke with Amanda at the front desk and she was able to move us to the opposite side of the hotel room we were in. THAT room was also clean, a/c worked and sleep that night was great! Breakfast selection was nice. Amanda is the reason I'm able to give this hotel a better rating than I would have if we stayed in the room we were given.

    I stayed at Comfort Suite for 2 nights. The 3rd night the water was cold in the shower. Additionally, it was advertised they have breakfast but they do not. They have snacks in a paper bag. Also, you have to ask for room service. The customer service was good, though.

    with COVID-19 they only have brown bag breakfast and they clearly don't know how to count how many people they have in their hotel, because when we got there for breakfast there were none left. There was also no room service. Would not go again but was decent for the price we paid and the location: next to a junkyard.

    Let me tell you , during the Pandemic I stood at a couple hotels .. actually more then a couple . let’s say I had my share .. & I MUST SAY THE COMFORT SUITES AT WOODBRIDGE is by far my favorite. Iv been to “ 5 star hotels in Manhattan “ and to be honest the service and rooms was not close to what Comfort Suites at Woodbridge provides ! The front desk was fast and efficient and the room is soo beautiful and spacious! They definitely deserve 5 stars ( BREAKFAST OR NOT ) !!!!

    Everything was fine, but to be honest, I only booked with them because they advertised free HOT BREAKFAST, but when it was time to get my breakfast, they handed me a brown paper bag with peanut butter & jelly crustable sandwich, that we serve to preschoolers at my job, with granola bar & a bottle of water.... Now what if I was allergic to nuts?!?!!?!?! I take this stuff seriously. Another thing, we were in the middle of a snow storm, where the governor already issued a state of emergency... where we were advised to stay indoors. Now how will I eat?? I don't have a car... I feel deceived. When I asked about the breakfast, the man at the front desk told me it's been like this for over a year, due to the pandemic. (Understood) However, in that case, they had over a year to update their website and not LIE to people about what they offer. Suggestion: Update your website, and tell the truth about the things you offer, and what you don't.

    Just stayed there this past weekend. When we arrived, there was someone smoking pot at the front door. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Lobby always smelled fresh and clean. Didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment. We were on the fifth floor. The entire time we were there, our hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. And the elevators stink like pot. Rooms are a little bit dated, but clean. We found the bed comfortable and slept well. Overall it’s well priced for the convenient location.
