Very nice .. we love their garden center . Lots of options to buy and very well maintained . Very good customer service and lots of parking available . Paint section is awesome . We always buy paints from Home Depot . Lighting section is also perfect … overall, Loved it ..

I went in to get 2 plain keys made at 7 pm. We waited about 5-10 minutes before a young guy asked us if anyone was helping and we said no. He proceeded to call over the speaker for the woman that apparently is the only one who knows how to work the machine. She claimed to be “on her lunch” and wouldn’t do it. This Home Depot’s customer service used to be great and have been coming here for over 10 years. They’re slowly losing loyal customers, it’s a shame. Thanks to the young man for giving us the time of day and apologizing. Wish I could’ve gotten his name to leave him a good review!

Always a good spot to grab supplies. Usually the parts you need are right where they should be. Over all is a simple store for all your home needs.

Just had the best customer service experience from this Old Bridge store. The woman at the main desk picked up quickly for a beautiful Saturday before Easter. I explained I was inquiring if they had a blank transponder key for my car. She let me know the key department doesn't have a phone, however, she would find someone to help me. The man who picked up listened to me and repeated the year, make, and model he was going to check for me. He came back and said yes and told me the prices. What a huge difference from the one in Milltown earlier that kept me on hold and then when put through to hardware the guy told me the woman in keys is in but has no phone and to come in. He should have just gone to ask her. Well, I'm off to this Old Bridge store which will be my go to even though is further.

I went to Home Depot at 1090 US-9 to buy paint for concrete garage floor. I was impressed how knowledgeable and helpful was the worker. His name was Angelo. He recommended Behr paint He gave me all information about the product. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thank you Angelo.

Can I give a 0 rating? Purchased a dishwasher and paid for HD to install it. The unit was installed incorrectly and then wouldn't work. Called Samsung warranty service and they say that unit can't be fixed since there's permanent damage due to installation. Called HD and they say they will pick up unit and redeliever on Jan 18th. It told them to refund me. Ordered new d/w on the 16th and was installed on the 18th. No issues. Home depot you suck. And thank you for sending me this reminder to provide a review.

HD will always be weak when it comes to service: broken saw, down now over a month, no help finding things even after a page-- you can find it on the app but the wifi is weak in the stores, but I found everything myself.

People are great, but the prices are outrageous !!!! Go to your local plumbing supply and do the math. How can a local plumbing supply house ( mom and pop joint ) be cheaper than Home Depot? I continue to do price comparison now to find out how much Home Depot is ripping us all off

Apparently they've decided to stop offering military discounts unless you sign up for a Pro Account! Supporting uniformed personnel was literally the only reason I continued going to this shop of overpriced, cheaply-made products and rude employees. I will never again set foot in any Home Depot

Rachel was great. She knew exactly what she was doing and where everything is in the store! Unfortunately, they don’t sell handcuffs, but i at least brought zip ties. Rachel helped me carry the 60 pound wood planks into my rundown pickup truck. she even filled my tire for me. More than a pleasant experience

I ordered flooring and they 3 different boxes. It was a work out to get what I payed for them. It took a second yrip to get it corrected. I've been there three times to get some wood that I needed for my back porch. Terrible service!! I might consider returning the other 26 boxes of flooring that I bought. I will never put a foot in to Home depot again. Thank you for nothing. I spend 2,300.00 dollars.

Store manager Amgad unable to find a solution to cut shelves for a Home Depot purchased closet system. Very good at quoting store rules and posted signs. Zero customer service skills. Lowe's looking better every day.

Normally a good experience but not today. Online it's say they are open till 8 pm I go in get a ladder I need for a job in the morning it's 7:15 pm I have 45 minutes before they close right? WRONG the girl was rude and would not check me out. I had the ladder right there but nope. They are having an employee party for something or another. I wonder what their regional manager would say about this or maybe I'll call corporate in Atlanta yea that's what I'm going to do

For quite some time, probably over a year most of the parking lot lights were out. It made it dangerous to drive and walk in the area at night. A few weeks ago I took it upon myself to call the store manager to report the issue. I received a call back shortly and was advised it would be taken care of asap. A few days ago I drove by the area and finally saw it was well lit at night. Thank you Assistant Manager Brian for taking care of this 🙏🏾 Plus is a great place to shop! This is my handy dad's second home.

Seems the greeter had more important things to do talking on her cell phone when customers were walking in one needed information. None of the employees there are looking to help the customers instead they enjoy talking among them selfs . Checking out 2 employees that I always see at the self checkout are talking away. They don’t even make eye contact with you. You will receive better customer services in Hazlet

I work for the other guy but sometimes you need something and the store is closer and I’m not going to work. No shame here LOL. I’ve been to the store a few times to get items and have always been greeted and helped. The staff has been helpful and loves seeing my furry friend Rhys (Reese) who gives me the emotional support I need to get out and enjoy being out again. Bob in electrical was so helpful. My dreaded 30 minute trip of not being able to find what I needed was quick and efficient. He helped me get the parts I needed and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Bob explained the different setups I could have and I was able to find the one I needed. Highly recommend Bob in electrical if you are installing light fixtures or a ceiling fan and need electrical parts.

Met with Vergilio today about our Anderson door custom order. What a gem he was! We’ve had horrible experiences with the lowe’s in east Brunswick and what a change of pace this was. He saved us a ton of money and made the process super easy. Thank you sir!

Service inside the store is great, however we rented a truck for our moving day and got an email the day of that our reservation was cancelled due to availability issues. Just ridiculous. Added stress no one needs the day of a move.

Getting tired of the whole 'no change' (coins) thing they are doing there. It's been months and this has not been straightened out... A big retailer like home depot can't give me my change back...!? C'mon... They say they round it up to the nearest dollar in the customers favor, but yet I always walk away without my full change amount. I pay full price for the item fair and square. If they're going to cheat me out of my change then they need to adjust pricing accordingly.

It's a Home Depot LOL it's clean the employees are knowledgeable this is pretty much what I've come to expect from Home Depot stores. The only thing that stood out for me as far as this specific location is the manager was exceptionally helpful when I had a problem. I don't want to specify the problem because other people could use it to cheat the system but realistically they owed me nothing and gave me a full refund. So I have to give it five stars
