Have an appointment today at 10:15 am and it’s already 10:54 and still waiting. On my previous appointment I also had to wait for around 20 mins before Bub was finally seen. Now it’s become a longer waiting time. Having this said, I think it’s an absolute disrespectful thing to treat your patients this way, our time is precious too and that’s why we make an appointment for. I wonder what would happen if this was the other way around and I was this terribly late to my appointment?

Simone was absolutely fantastic with my 7 year daughter who injured her ankle! I’m very grateful for his expertise in this area as my daughter is now back to her regular activities without pain. All the staff are very friendly and professional and I highly recommend this amazing multidisciplinary centre.

Nothing is better than when you find an Physio who is able to assess and treat your health needs accurately and efficiently all while keeping very client centred. I cannot recommend Agner enough as a pelvic floor Physio she is a real gem with so much knowledge.

3rd time here, wait time is ridiculous. Last time waited 2 hours to see the doc even with an appointment. Today sitting here an hour already and who knows how much longer. Dr levitt is brilliant but they need to sort their booking system out whether people have long or standard appointments especially sitting in a waiting room with young kids who get bored. May have to look at finding someone else if we have to come back here again

Dr Amy Powles is absolutely fantastic, she truely listens to parents concern and is thorough with her approach to children. We have seen numerous doctors in Perth and she is the only one who has provided complete guidance for my daughter and given us a sense of direction. Previously for my son we have seen Dr Levitt and the nurses who are also great. I can’t fault any of the staff at baby steps it’s truly a centre which has the best interest of children and parents.

Did not receive good service and won’t go back. I saw a Physio and in my appointment we went through about 10 exercises. I was going to write them all down to make sure I remembered them all and steps on how to do them correctly. The Physio told me she would send me an email that day with the exercises we went through so I didn’t need to write them all down. She checked she had the correct email address in the appointment. The email never came. I called four days later to follow up. I received no call back or the email. I called four days later again. No call back but I did receive an email but it was for the wrong exercises and wasn’t the ones we went through. I called again and once again no call back. I called again and after my 4th call the Physio finally called me back. She told me she would email me the correct exercises in our phone call. Days past and still no email. I called again and did not get a call back. It has been a couple of months now and I never received the info I was promised. I gave up asking. My junk emails were checked daily. Terrible service and a waste of money as the exercises were what I paid for. She didn’t work on my muscles/do any form of massage.

I have recently come to know this wonderful practice, and started working with its amazing team of professionals from Leon, Michelle, and Emma. They are second to none from developing an out of the box medical advice and care for its patients. Their approach is challenging the status quo.

Very bad service. Price not fix . At beginning say one Price at the end of appointment Price in 2 time more . Terapist so rude my son do not like her at all. She works with children and she should know how kids sensitive She is not professional at all . Definitely not recommend this centre

My child suffer from severe eczema and has been a struggle for us parent until we see Dr. Amy Powles. She listens to her patient and did a very detail check up. She is also very patience with stressful parents who asked alot of questions. Treatment process is also explained in detail and easy to follow. Would totally recommend her!

Dr Levit from Baby Steps in Wembley has an incredible circumcision clinic which is moving to Subiaco soon. I have had three sons have their procedure in his clinic from Grantham house to Baby Steps in Wembley, over a span of 13 years and cannot express how professional they are. They offer a wealth of children and women services all in the same clinic. The procedure is quick, you are fully informed and supported. It is a culturally safe environment and is covered significantly by Medicare. 24 hour access to Dr Levit following procedure as he makes himself available for any concerns parents may have. Highly recommend.

Pleased by this clinic! They called me this morning and said the lady my daughter supposed to see is sick and we have to reschedule our app, but because we going to Europe tomorrow they fit me in, we had to wait a bit but that doesn’t matter the Dr Leon Levitt I seen was so knowledgeable and so nice, he explained everything I wanted to know and helped my daughter with her skin problem :)

We have waited years to see a Paed for our almost 10 year old diagnosed autistic son. The shortage in Perth is disgraceful. Finally we managed to get in to see Dr Stephen Bilkey and he has been OUTSTANDING! We are so grateful. Excellent clinic.

I went to baby steps for my daughter six week check up and they told me to see Agner for pelvic floor and it was honestly the best thing I ever did. I started seeing her when my baby was four months old and my baby is now 10 months old and my pelvic floor is back to normal! And perfect I’m so happy no more liners for me haha I cannot thank her enough she’s amazing and And makes you feel so comfortable and not once did I feel embarrassed about anything she just makes everything feel so normal it’s awesome!!!!

Dr Levitt and Leigh-Anne have been such a great support and provided wonderful advice while I have battled challenges with breastfeeding. We had an unfortunate start at birth due to misinformation during our time in hospital which left me feeling anxious and concerned about my ability to breastfeed. I attended a tongue tie consult when my daughter was 3 weeks old, with their support and reassurance I have made great progress. I appreciate their conservative approach, rather than rushing in to treat something that does not need to be treated or medical intervention. Thank you Leigh-Anne and Dr Levitt for your guidance, encouragement, patience and kindness. For a first time mum, being told you are doing a good job means the world.

I saw Dr Levitt for my baby when she was 10 weeks old. We had been dealing with increased unsettled behaviours for 6+ weeks, with a baby who would scream all day during and after feeds. I was at my wits end as a first time mum, and sought out the help of a ‘specialist’ centre for babies. If I could give this clinic 0 stars, I would. Because the way I was spoken to by Dr Levitt was disgusting. After a thorough examination and history, Dr Levitt said to me ‘your baby is healthy, stop looking for something to be wrong with her’. I walked out of the clinic and cried. The last thing I wanted was something to be ‘wrong’, but someone to try and tackle the issues we were facing. I had asked Dr Levitt if there was a possibility of CMPI due to her discomfort, explosive poops, mucous in her stools and reflux, to which he said no. My baby is now 7 months old. At 12 weeks, my husband and I decided to try her on a hydrolysed formula for CMPI and her symptoms improved overnight - and she stopped crying incessantly. She also had a tongue and lip tie, that was affecting her feeding and air intake - something Dr Levitt said she didn’t have. For someone who is a supposed ‘expert’ in babies, I have never felt so utterly disgusted by a doctors advice or the way he spoke to me. I will never return to this clinic and I have told many people of my poor experience and not recommended the clinic.
