If you want to step back into what feels like the middle of the first lockdown panic, go to this clinic! You can forget a polite hello from the receptionists. However surprisingly our doctor was very thorough, kind and knowledgeable.

No option for 0 stars. Made a booking and arrived 15min beforehand , left sit for 1 hour in the waiting room and when I went to the counter to asked how much longer I was told the as much as needed. I've never seen or heard an arrogant and ill-mannered receptionist in my life. I still come just for the sake of it dr Sertic .But I don’t know How long will I be coming? I feel so bad

I feel i have spent the most luxurious service for $15 per minute without the luxury feel at all!! 5 mins into the appointment, done already and another patient was already waiting for the doctor whom i was booked with. I can only speculate that they book clients every 5-10mins per doctor 😱😱😱

I had so many bad experiences in this medical centre and today it was just the last straw. After having finally found a competent doctor after years, today, I had the proof that this doctor might be the only one who could actually help patients. Anyway, after being requested by the the above mentioned doctor to see me, I booked my appointment, which was rescheduled to another gp at the last minute. Before agreeing to reschedule the appointment with a different doctor, I described my specific situation to the receptionist, I was assured that the other doctor could help me anyway. Well, this did not happen at all. Not only the doctor had no idea of my visit, or my medical history overall, he was completely useless in giving answers to my questions. After leaving a referall and a lot of disappointment for not being able to help me whatsoever, he also charged me for the service. Unbelievable! Plus, the gp was more than 30 minutes behind. Bad service from the start till the end.

Avoid at all costs. It was a good practice once but after 30 years loyalty, I’ve changed practices due to a miss diagnosis. If u do go, go 15 mins early and watch how many one dr will see in that 15mins. Nurse Ratched’s grandmother and co at reception are disrespectful and rude. Would give 0 stars but it’s not a option.

The receptionist is so rude that I am going to switch to another medical centre. When I suggested that they remind us to bring a mask when they text us, she snapped back at me that it wasn't up to them.

Two sick toddlers who constantly go to see Dr Vikram Bal (who is absolutely great). I booked three appointments in a row to make sure they would see a doctor every day. They ended up with chest infection and ear infection. The Saturday appointment was spare so I decided to go myself (as eventually I got sick too). They just said that on Saturday morning they don’t get new patients. What? Why is that? It’s the rule. The rule for what I said, I can come in 15 min early and fill in the paperworks. No sorry Saturday is just for our patients because we have few spots. But I booked!!! And my kids attended 3 times in a week. Honestly. Doctor Vikram is great but the rules and the ladies on the phone have no flexibility and brain. They just follow the RULE as a robot. Well .. put machines there then, not people.

If I could provide no stars I would - dr refused to give me a phone consult because I was apparently rude on my visit I wasn’t rude I was explaining how my condition effects me if anything I was probably more upset than anything, if I wanted to be rude trust me you would know the difference between being rude and being upset I wouldn’t recommend using this facility at all they do not care about patients and the fact they’re asthmatic as long as they clock in and out and collect a pay check that’s all they care for. I wouldn’t recommend using them for any reason go elsewhere!

We have been coming to this practice for 10+ years. Reception staff are incredibly rude. Was hung up on today. Really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I will continue to come here as I like the doctors but next time I experience this again (and it's literally everytime I come in or call) I will be asking to speak to rhe manager to make an official complaint. I think it's about time you look at your staff as clearly there are numerous people who feel the same way about the reception staff. Disgusting and embarrassing service.

I called to make an appointment at this surgery. The receptionist was extremely grumpy and rude on the phone so I decided to go elsewhere!

Great practice. Wonderful, caring Doctors. Efficient and helpful reception team. The nurse is fanatics with babies and kids. Having a pathologist and chemist on-site is great too. Parking can be a bit problematic so I would recommend parking at red rooster and walking over if you’re steady on your feet as there’s a steep decline.

Everyone very friendly in reception. Have seen most of the doctors and they are all efficient, caring and thorough
