Actually bought this very beautiful floral shape pink Argyle ring 6 months ago but only got it from my family recently. Absolutely adores this cute pretty pink diamond ring! Ironically I bought it without even physically seen nor try on! Jade as well as Laura were patient and helpful in explaining to me by emails over the 1 month and reassured that the ring will be the one which will be posted in secure shipment to me. Jade also sent me a couple of photos upon my request of the Rosetta Pink diamond ring. After much consideration, I took a risk after gathering some positive comments from customers who had bought with Nina's, I purchased and had it resized as well... Shipment came within a week and it was a big relief, especially it being a pricey item that had not even been touch and seen with my eyes! I am really pleased with the purchase! Rhianna was with me every step of the way, from choosing the colour of diamonds, to careful consideration of what setting would be best. Nothing was too much trouble, and through our emails I feel she gained an insight into what would be just right for me.I live in Tasmania & Nina's is in W.A. Rhianna made everything so easy, my ring was sent over to W.A. Their master jewellers worked to set the 10 orange & green diamonds into the band to give new life to a wedding band, that was first placed on my hand nearly 30 years ago. The stones glow with the colours of the Kimberley, making this simple ring into something very special. Thank you so much !

My now Fiance said you made everything easy and guided him through the process to make it as stress free as possible in what can be an overwhelming situation. Considering I don't wear rings or much jewelry at all you both captured me and my style so well. The ring is everything I could have ever asked for or imagined. I was so sad when I had to part with it for resizing, especially being all the way in Canberra. Thank you for also looking after the resizing so quickly and keeping me up to date on the post. When I decided to propose to my girlfriend I was confronted with the previously unknown world of diamonds. I emailed some jewellers with an enquiry. The email I received from Heather at Nina's really stood out - she was not giving me the hard sell but asked me what I had in mind, and what she could do for me within my budget. She was very patient in forwarding a number of designs for me to consider, and was flexible enough to make little alterations to them to best meet what I thought my fiancee would like. She then kept me well informed as the design went off to be made, and everything was done on time and as described. Importantly, my fiancee really loves the ring and it looks so stunning. The people at Nina's, especially Heather, seemed over the moon for us, and are making some minor size alterations for free. I could not recommend Nina's enough to anyone thinking of getting engaged. You get a unique and beautiful ring entirely to your own specifications, and a service that is human and outstanding.
