On holiday in Busselton when needed to get a prescription, having left original at home in Perth. At short notice, was given appointment at 9.10am on a Sunday. Efficient admin quickly processed me as a new patient then seen by Dr at exact time. Dr was very friendly and helpful. All made for great experience thanks to all staff.

Maxie who is usually at reception, is polite, patient, compassionate and understanding. She has a big heart which she generously shares with the patients she interacts with. Maxie is a refreshing reminder of how to be a good human. Thanks Maxie.

I moved to Australia during the COVID pandemic, from the USA and sought medical services fat Power medical. I received friendly and competent welcome from the reception staff, especially one lady that always remembered my name. Since I have received outstanding care and treatment from the doctors and nurses.

I couldn’t rate my first appointment with Power Medical more highly. Normally when you go to the doctors, they’re always running behind.. but my doctor was bang on time with no fuss. Reception ladies/staff were lovely and I was out of there quickly.

Got in quickly with only a 15 min wait time. Dr Dan Crowley is so thorough and is such a nice bloke. Likes a laugh. The reception staff are efficient and friendly

I always go to Power Medical Centre, I have my own choice of Dr but if he's not available for any reason I can see any other and all very very good. The receptionists are all very friendly and helpful. I would not go anywhere else.

On arrival Dr running an hour late .It was Sunday and the only clinic open Receptionist was excellent in advising this. Doctor seemed super rushed . I had extremely bad cough , virus and severely unwell . I had been to emergency a few nights earlier unable to breathe and previously seen my regular Dr an another clinic which I mentioned .This Dr didn’t check any vitals at all just a temp? I had to push for her to check my ears which she seemed annoyed about and then upon leaving I asked for a medical certificate which I could see was cutting into time. Much better service at emergency. I’ve been back to my Doctor since as still very unwell . Avoid this place . It was a backup when it was a bulk bill practice but now forget it . Terrible treatment

Great treatment as new patient to this clinic. I had no trouble getting an immediate appointment. The doctor I saw was caring, understanding and understood my concerns and his help is much appreciated..

I was very lucky to get into the Power Medical Centre as I have had a knee operation and urgently needed more tablets. Ladies at the front desk spoke to me with care, kindness And were very helpful. I saw a 70 year old doctor called Richard, he was very happy to see me, greeted me with a smile and was very helpful with going through my tablets and helping myself understand the reason I was on so many tablet. He gave me some more stronger pain killers. Wrote everything down on the computer what I was taking. Asked how was feeling. I was very happy with everybodys service.

From making the appointment, to arriving today to the friendliness of the reception and the compassion and thoroughness of Dr Nikki, this was a real breath of fresh air. Thanks Nikki and Wendy for your kindness.

Doctor was great for the service given. Rating is due to being charged an after hours consultation for a 7:45am appointment. Neither the website or reception desk mentions what hours are applicable to the standard consultation $80 fee instead of the $95 fee. Consider it misleading information.

Third time here but appointments never on time. Especially today I was very ill but still had to wait an hour without an apology. It’s not the doctor’s right to be late when patients always have to be on time. After waiting an hour I received a conclusion to stick to Panadol and paid $80. I wouldn’t have bothered to travel with sick body to waste money for that opinion. Sad for the receptionists because they are friendly but doctor wasn’t helpful

As a visitor to Busselton with an urgent medical requirement I was graciously attended to by reception staff as well as the doctor. Despite all doctors being fully booked, I was seen within the hour to my satisfaction and appreciation. I'd certainly recommend to others (and it opened an hour earlier than other clinics in the vicinity).

This was my first visit & my only criticism is waiting 30mins for my scheduled appointment but it was certainly worth the wait. Absolutely loved my doctor & will definitely be seeing her again. This surgery is open 7 days with a lot of GPs & bulk bill which is a bonus.

Travelling around Australia makes it hard to get an Drs appointment as a "new patient" but PMC gave me one within 48 hours. Clinic was clean and on time. Easy to park. Chemist adjoining. All good. Friendly note: they need to update their recorded message as it cuts you off without any information at the moment.

I was staying in Busselton following some recent surgery. The Dr, I managed to get an appointment with was responsive and reassuring about my concerns, examined me and provided me with assuring advice about my post op recovery moving forwards. I certainly would go back to this practice again if needing to.

Great caring doctors and nurses. Most appointments are bulk billed. Can book online or by phone. Doctors can send you a script by text. You can request a phone call appointment. There is a pharmacy next door. Car park is free.

The staff at Power Medical were absolutely wonderful. They managed to get me a 9 o’clock appointment to see Dr Richard Leavy, who again was brilliant, after a thorough examination he gave me a referral to have a CT scan which I had the following morning. I highly recommend this place.

We also are long term patients of Jess Grabham and she is the most kindest caring soul. You ladies are amazing at what you do, thank you!!

I’ve been attending this practice with my family for a few years now. Front desk staff, clinicians and practitioners all show a high level of professionalism but more than that, they ALL have an air of genuine care and concern for their patients which can be hard to find in this day and age. I very highly recommend this practice.
