My 'Five Star' rating is for 'Jacob'. What a nice man. I spoke to him seven days ago and asked him the availability of a particular Red Wine. Yes it was available. Consequently I asked him to put Six bottles away for me. I called to the shop a few hours later. And there was my wine waiting for me. (Albeit Jacob was not working now) Seven days later, I phoned this same outlet, and yes, Jacob answered the call. We had never met, and yet he recognized my voice, and he told me what I probably wanted. Yes, he was spot on. This time when I went to collect my order this young man was there. He is an extremely nice and intelligent person. Don't lose him BWS. He even rectified a fault that I made with my 'Every Day Rewards Card '

Great customer service, when asked about boxed goodies was able to show me what products they had in store and was prepared to contact other BWS stores to follow up. Layout is well appointed as well as the variety of liquid refreshments available . Clean, bright made for an intoxication experience and we were only looking ...lol. prices comparable and reasonable. This is a nice, clean store with a good selection of wines and beers. They always have some sort of specials available. Good places to eat close by. Staff are always polite and friendly and willing to help out if you need some advise on what alcohol to buy. Service here is very professional. One of the best bws stores around. Highly recommended and a very happy customer.

Not huge but enough variety to give you good choice. Lots of specials and takes Woolworths reward cards with purchases. Very friendly and informative staff.

I was shocked because I went in to get two bottles of my favourite thr Cruises Wild Raspberry. And I get to counter snd scanned the two bottles and it gone up ny another $1. I wont be going bsck there again as I will be going to Dans Murphy bottle shop.
