Once a month I visit Active Wellness spa for the Wellness Pod and let me tell you - it is my favourite time of everyone month! My workplace gives me the opportunity to attend apart of a wellness program and I feel so privileged. My workplace designed the wellness program to not only give back, but to provide some dedicated me time for the team. They really nailed it when they picked Active Wellness Spa to be apart of the program! Each visit to the spa I am welcomed beyond belief with beautiful energy and words from the staff, and then I leave with the feeling like I am floating… it is such a unique feeling that I recommend to all my friends and family! Each month I have something to look forward to for muscle recovery, relaxation and pure self care. Looking forward to my next visit!

I absolutely loved my visit to Active Wellness Spa in East Vic Park. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and at ease, and my entire experience was filled with quality service. The spa itself is a beautiful, calming atmosphere, filled with serene aromas, soft music, and well-maintained, relaxing treatment areas. The staff are warm and friendly, and take time to understand each client's individual needs. During my treatments, I felt the technicians used the most advanced and quality products, providing a thorough and comprehensive experience. I especially enjoyed my deep tissue massage, which was very thorough and rejuvenating. Overall, I would highly recommend Active Wellness Spa. Active Wellness Spa is a welcoming place with professional and kind people who will help you to achieve your goals for your best wellbeing results. Missed this place so much! It had been quite a while between my roll, pod and coconut water sessions, let's just say "life" got in the way but all was restored this morning 🙏 Any tension in my body and tightness of muscles soon eased with my 30 minute active roll session. It's just the perfect all over body massage. Following it up with my heated pod session was another 30 minutes of total relaxation. It's a form of meditation for me and sealed the deal. So glad to be back into my sessions. Selfcare is so important and even when life gets crazy and busy, we need to make sure we leave a little window open for ourselves to unwind and come back to us and just centre. Crystal you are such a beautiful kind and caring soul✨️ Active Wellness is even more when your smiling face is looking back at me when I open that door. AMAZING Active rolling experience :) I really enjoyed the flexibility of choosing how much work was needed in which part of my body, the intensity was up to me as well. However, the machine was extremely easy to use and the positions on the laminate were easy, especially with Crystal's help in explaining exactly how to target each muscle group. I may be completely spoiled and have to make this part of my routine now!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I have found their insta page and I’m glad I did! I have booked straight away the BioHacker pack, and my body feels so much relaxed! From the booking to the appointment it was super easy, the place is amazing and I felt like a princess the all time. Coconut water is great too at the end, very appreciate my time there with an amazing girl that took very good care of me 🤩

After my first visit to Active Wellness Spa I became addicted! There are so many changes I have noticed. It instantly boosts my energy and I feel like my endorphins are on a high ☺️ my skin feels so much softer and it also helps relieve the pain I get in my knees and ankles from wearing heels all day at work. Would recommend investing in the saver pack because you’ll want to cone back more than once!

I've been coming to active wellness for about 4 months now and fall in love more and more each visit. I've learnt to truly surrender at my appointments and leave floating out the door. The staff are so welcoming, accommodating and honestly the loveliest! The pod is definitely my favourite, I can literally drift off into lala land and always feel incredible afterwards. I have now discovered the active roll and I might have a new favourite obsession Thank you to Crystal and Marly for being so beautiful each visit x
