I hope the owner is aware that 2 of the workers in this shop always shut at least 20 minutes before closing time.. twice we've arrived to find the place shut and the 2 girls chatting inside the kitchen when we know they make signs that it's closed!!! You are loosing business we were going to buy 9 subways both times but we've been told it's shut both times!!! Act on this it's ridiculous!!!!

The fist time to visit here. First time to leave a review in google. I have never seen any Subway like here. The worst sub I have ever had!! I dont know where I upload this sub with this review. IT IS SHOCKING.. The Thinnest sub I ever had. Literally the shop staff no VERY LESS indignants put in it. The manager will need to train the staffs to make the same quality as other subways!!

Terrible service. Cold meat balls even when we directly asked if they had been heated. Very average.

Had a lunch here on the 11th of December 2022.... around 1PM..... The sandwich was made really well, nice clean and tidy restaurant. Kate S. was very friendly and provided great customer service and a credit to the business.

Was served by Caitlin today. She greeted me with a bright smile, was prompt with preparing the sub, and put in the effort to make the experience pleasant, even though I was just another customer buying a sandwich from Subway.

I went in to get three foot longs today and they were all very good. I asked for extra pickles and Kendall put the perfect amount on. I will definitely be coming here again, Thanks Kendall!

Earlier today, I was served by a bright young lady she served my food with a smile and perfectly toasted my bread like I asked her to. Wonderful service will definitely be coming here again thanks kendall ☺️🥰

At 1.30pm on Sunday 8th Oct my husband and I went into subway in Ardross and when we left we both commented on how amazing the two young staff members were! A teenage boy (14) and teenage girl (14) who were both so friendly and professional and handled the pressure of lots of customers. We were both so impressed!!! Wish we had asked their names so we could give them the credit they both deserve. Hoping the owner/manager can look up who was on at this time. Well done kids!!!
