Went to Flames Restaurant. Excellent food and byo.

Best IGA in Perth. Always well stocked, clean & lots of variety. They will order anything you want to see on the shelf & make sure its available for you. Ive done this a few times. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff are friendly & helpful. Great little shop with delicious pastries too

Lovely small shopping mall with a restaurant and park nearby. Recommended.

Disappointed the coffee shop was closed at 1400hrs.

The IGA was great so many items I needed on special, clean , awesome fruit and vegetable section.

Just IGA and a indian restaurant and a few shops but the IGA had items which most place does not stock like Horlicks , If you don't know what it is your not alone most Australians don't ,

Very cluttered. Too much stock spread all over the place. There's too much going on in this store, making it feel small and closed in.

So apparently the Flames restaurant has a monopoly on coffee. Flames is closed for a whole month (ridiculous) so went to IGA only to be told they are not allowed to sell coffee because of some arrangement with Flames (again ridiculous). Flames sux.
