beware!
The
WORST
&
RUDEST
customer
service
I’ve
ever
seen
-
ABSOLUTELY
SHOCKING
It
was
a
very
hot
day
last
week.
I
visited
Gloria
Jeans
Coffees
Innaloo to
get
a
chilled
coffee
as
I
was
very
thirsty
and
needed
to
relax
after
a
busy
day.
I
went
inside
to
order.
There
were
two
staff
members
working
there
-
one
was
middle
aged
short
Asian
lady,
and
the
other
was
an
Indian
or
Northern
African
looking,
skinny
young
girl
with
long
wavy
hair.
The
conversation
I
had
with
the
Asian
lady
at
the
casher
was
just
like:
“Can
I
get
a
regular
crème
brulee
espresso
chiller
please?”
-
“Sure
-
$7.70
please”.
That
was
all.
Simple
and
easy….it
should
have
been!!!
The
pic
on
the
wall
was
showing
a
nice
icy
frosty
espresso,
topped
with
whipped
cream
and
more
caramel
cream.
After
a
few
mins,
the
skinny
girl
called
me
as
my
order
was
ready
–
and
what
I
got
was
just
an
icy
frosty
espresso
-
NO
topping
at
all.
I
took
it
to
my
table
but
I
felt
strange,
as
it
didn’t
look
like
the
menu
pic
at
all.
I
went
back
to
the
counter
and
the
young
girl
came
out
rather
quite
annoyed
-
‘what’s
wrong?’
I
said
‘there
should
be
a
cream
on
the
top
according
to
the
picture’.
The
girl
replied
something
like
I
had
ordered
it
without
(that
wasn’t
true!!)
and
that’s
why
she
didn’t
put
the
cream
topping.
Was
it
my
fault????
She
added
the
cream,
then
passed
it
on
to
me
with
a
very
annoyed
face.
I
then
looked
around
to
find
a
spoon.
The
café
had
quite
a
few
unclean
tables
with
dirty
plates
and
cups
but
no
clean
spoon
at
all.
I
needed
it
to
eat
the
cream
and
the
frosty
coffee
as
it
was
impossible
to
do
so
with
a
straw.
The
grumpy
young
girl
said
‘what
are
you
looking
for?”
I
replied
‘can
I
get
a
spoon
please’.
She
gave
me
a
spoon
with
no
smile,
no
word,
but
with
a
more
annoyed
face.
I
started
eating
it
again,
but
there
was
still
no
caramel
syrup
on
the
top.
Why
this
staff
member
didn’t
ask
me
if
I
wanted
the
syrup
or
not,
so
I
went
back
again
to
ask
for
it.
The
wavy
hair
girl
was
even
more
annoyed
with
a
‘what
do
you
want
NOW’
face
and
she
started
arguing
with
me,
aggressively
said
‘because
you
didn’t
ask
for
it!’
I
would
not
take
the
sh*t
from
this
absolutely
rude
person,
as
they
were
not
providing
what
I
had
paid
for.
Eventually
the
Asian
lady
got
in
between
us
and
she
said,
‘that’s
ok,
ok,
you
want
the
syrup
on
the
top,
I
will
do
it
for
you’.
Hey
lady,
you
took
my
order
and
why
didn’t
you
tell
the
rude
young
staff
member
that
I
didn’t
do
anything
wrong
or
she
made
a
mistake
on
my
order???????
Eventually
I
got
what
I
wanted,
but
these
things
should
have
come
with
my
coffee
as
a
default.
I
felt
as
if
I
was
demanding
and
causing
a
big
inconvenience
to
them.
Why
I
had
to
get
all
the
attitude
from
the
crew
when
I
was
politely
asking
for
what
I
had
paid
for.
And
the
aggressiveness
to
argue
with
me,
when
they
wouldn’t
admit
their
mistakes!!!
I
was
absolutely
shocked
with
the
level
of
customer
service.
It
was
totally
unacceptable.
This
is
definitely
the
WORST
café
ever
I’ve
come
across
with
in
my
life
and
they
deserve
zero
star.
I
could
have
ask
for
a
refund
for
all
the
attitude
they
gave
me
–
the
total
rudeness
which
absolutely
ruined
my
afternoon.
